When he reported it, the owner, who was not at all professional, said that it can happen, ridiculing the incident and making irony that he would go and beat up the cooks. I think a check by the ASL is appropriate. Avoid like the plague.

11/06/2025: Ordered two burgers at 8:30 pm, arrived at 9:10 pm. One burger with raw meat, the other with 2 pieces of meat, one cooked and the other raw. We should have said it at the beginning, but we were really hungry and we didn't want to wait another 40 minutes. I left a piece of the raw one, because it was hard to eat... I curse my curiosity to see how raw it really was inside, and when I opened it I found small pieces of plastic. I told the waitress, she justified what happened by saying that it was Fassona meat, and that it's normal for it to be pink inside (😂); as for the pieces of plastic she doesn't know how to justify it, she says she would have gone to ask the kitchen staff (she never went to ask because when she came back near our table she didn't even look us in the eye to say something). It would have been the least they could have offered a discount, or something, but we were made to pay the bill in full. It's a shame because the times I've been there everything has always been excellent, but this time it really messed up.
