02/11/2025: An absolutely exceptional restaurant for weddings, with a charming location, spacious, clean, and tidy, and very kind and helpful staff. They offer a wide variety of dishes, all delicious and of excellent quality. We hope to return for other weddings.

24/01/2026: Wide selection of local and international wines, a remarkable selection of sparkling wines, and a delicious line of Bassano del Grappa "amari" (bitter wines). I ended up buying four bottles. The tasting and sampling portion was excellent!

08/01/2026: I had dinner last night, January 7, 2026. I chose crostini with luganega, tagliata, dessert, a glass of wine, and a amaro. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, cooked truly well. The explanation of the dishes and ingredients was thorough. Good and friendly service. The bill was moderately high, but justified by the high quality. Excellent dinner. A recommended place, and I will definitely return.

06/03/2026: We've been frequenting this place for a few years now, and we discovered it thanks to my brothers-in-law. It's become a favorite for us, whether we're looking for something different or to celebrate special occasions. The welcome is always excellent, and the table is beautifully set. Menus range in price, and you can usually choose them when you book. They range from house appetizers (always fresh) to first and second courses, desserts, and more (everything is always delicious and fresh). You can also visit the enclosures where the animals are kept, and there's also a shop selling the farm's produce. Highly recommended.

23/12/2025: An elegant and refined location with pleasant background music. Refined cuisine from the entrée: the octopus on creamed potatoes and the tartlets with cream cheese and hazelnuts were excellent. The house brown bread with whole grains served warm, accompanied by a taste of fabulous Apulian extra virgin olive oil. The Riserva San Massimo rice with black garlic, chili pepper, and shrimp tartare was excellent, as were the buckwheat tagliatelle with hare and royale sauce. The poached egg with Jerusalem artichoke, Parmesan fondue, and black truffle were delicious, although, in my opinion, the flavors were slightly disconnected. The lime mondeghini were a real treat. Everything was accompanied by a good bottle of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene. The service was courteous and professional. We will definitely be back.

21/02/2026: We were the first customers on Friday night...a beautiful place architecturally, welcoming and warm. Super efficient and professional waiters. Really good pizza (thin and with fresh ingredients)...it's not the first time and it certainly won't be the last.

01/03/2026: Had lunch at Il Ghiottone and overall it was a very pleasant experience. We ordered the Spaghetti alle Vongole, Parmigiana di Melanzane, and some white pizza served as table bread. The Vongole was simple and well executed — fresh clams, nicely balanced garlic and olive oil, and perfectly cooked pasta with good texture. A classic Italian dish done right. The Parmigiana was flavorful but not heavy, with a good balance between the tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, finished with fresh basil. The white pizza (similar to focaccia) was included in the €2 coperto per person. It had a nice crispy exterior and soft interior, making it a great starter while waiting for the mains. Prices are reasonable for Italy, portions are satisfying, and the atmosphere feels like a relaxed, family-style restaurant. A solid choice if you’re looking for traditional Italian comfort food.

28/01/2026: The atmosphere inside is great, the staff are very polite and attentive, and the dishes are small, as they should be, and very well-made (everything is delicious, but the orange custard with crumble deserves an honorable mention). I highly recommend it, and I'll be back.
