06/10/2025: A very nice, quiet place with dim lights in Rho. For a pleasant evening. A small restaurant with few tables, so I recommend booking. Good food, and you can view the menu online. And good service. The bathroom has everything you need: soap, toilet paper, toiletries, and women's underwear. Even toothpaste (nice touch). I ordered the sfumature menu (these are the photos I'm posting). One thing that needs improvement is the background music. I heard the same Andrea Bocelli song three times that night. Not only do they repeat the same songs, but they also cut out.

01/10/2025: I visited this restaurant on a Friday evening, and we chose the "freehand" menu. The food was decent; the menu consisted of four surprise courses, but I found the meat dish (bavetta) a bit rubbery. As for dessert, I would have appreciated a more structured dish; what I received consisted of granola accompanied by a raspberry coulis and a cream. It was certainly good, but it was a fairly simple dish; I expected a little more. We did, however, appreciate the small pastry at the end, the appetizer, and the first course. The wines were good. As for the service, everything was fine; we were the only table of the evening until around 9:30 PM, so the service was quick and focused on us. There was a small misunderstanding when, not being able to see the "surprise" dishes on the "freehand" menu, I asked not to receive any raw fish or meat, which I didn't like. It took a moment of convincing with the waitress to get this request across to the chef. The request was eventually accepted by the chef, especially since we were the only table, and I was happy with the food I received. Regarding the prices, I think they're a bit higher than comparable restaurants.

25/10/2025: Don't let the appearance of the place fool you, because we were impressed by the freshness of the raw materials. Everything was excellent, found out via smartbox, but we will definitely be back. Very kind and welcoming staff.

16/10/2025: Excellent restaurant offering varied and delicious dishes—the food is truly, truly, truly good! 🍽️ The servers are lovely: kind, cheerful, and always available to explain the dishes or offer helpful advice, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm, the service attentive, and the quality of the food is impeccable. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area!

The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed, perfect for spending an evening with friends or discovering new labels. Matteo, the owner, is a special person—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to recommend the right wine for any occasion. An absolute must-try... and it's no coincidence that I return often!

30/09/2025: We stopped here for a drink, while staying in the area, it was exceptional, all the staff were very kind and polite, the selection of wine is massive and reasonable priced, ours was delicious! A must visit if in Rho for the evening. Bellissimo!

09/11/2025: My partner and I have already been to Mezzolitro twice. They have almost everything gluten-free, excellent food, and top-notch wine! I highly recommend the fettuccine all'Abruzzese, they're a true delight for the palate. The arrosticini are also delicious! We were truly satisfied.

03/10/2025: In July 2023 I ate a mixed fried fish, I had never eaten fried fish like this, the fish was very fresh, it was definitely from this year, my children and my wife had the pizza, truly exceptional, nice and crispy, it almost seems like nougat! The water here is unique, it is very humid! Congratulations!

26/11/2025: We came with 8 friends to have dinner here. We ate à la carte. We came in with an appetite and left feeling hungry. For 8 people, the bread consisted of: 5 strips of focaccia, 1cm thick, 3cm wide, 10cm long, and 5 slices of French bread cut with a slicer, otherwise it risks being too big and the customer could choke! On the menu, 5 friends of ours ordered grilled sausage, but when they brought it, it was a small sausage cut in half and opened, to make it appear bigger! I recommend this restaurant to those on a diet. Here, not only will you not gain weight, but you will definitely lose weight and become beautifully slim!

07/11/2025: Nine of us came for a business lunch for €8 excluding drinks. We went in with an appetite and left feeling very hungry. They brought seafood pasta, but the fisherman hadn't caught any seafood! And the pasta, weighing 40 grams, was a lot! The fish soup for the second course contained 3 empty scampi and 5 clams that whoever caught them was probably dead by now, but they were still fresh: they were from this century! For bread, they bring a basket for every four people with five slices of bread, 1cm thick, 5cm in diameter, and four strips with a 2cm wide, 10cm long front. I have some advice for the owner: increase the price but let people eat! Pasta at the superior costs €1 per kilo and frozen fish costs much less than fresh fish in Rho. Other restaurants offer a business lunch that costs 12 euros, but there's a generous first course, a generous second course, a side dish or a bottle of water or half a litre of wine, or a can of soft drink. Here, in my opinion, this type of lunch is appreciated by those on a diet, and so there's no danger of putting on weight!

01/10/2025: If you keep walking past and promising yourself you'll pop in, you're in serious danger of missing out. What a mistake! Home cooking at its finest and generous portions that quickly make you forget about diets and calorie restrictions. Long live the carbonara and the ossobuco with its delicious puccetta, and the polenta right next to it—you'd end up eating another portion, but you just can't. We finished with the homemade chocolate and apple cake, which, with Gerry Scotti playing in the background, truly made you feel at home. The prices were more than fair for the flavor that lingered in your mouth. We also appreciated the courtesy and kindness of everyone we met, both in words and in looks. Thank you.
