Fishmonger restaurant located in an industrial area that is decidedly out of the ordinary. You book online, you arrive and they make you sit at a table set with paper tablecloths (the menu). The waitress arrives and takes the drink order. For the food, you take care of it yourself and bring the order to the counter. Then they call your table and you go get your plates. Fresh fish, good raw, as well as fried. The desserts are also good. Atypical restaurant with good prices. If you feel like serving yourself, a valid alternative. It's fine for me!

Ristorante di pesce freschissimo che funziona come una pescheria vera e propria ma con i tavoli. Non sei servito ma una volta pronta l’ordinazione bisogna andare a ritirarla e portarla al tavolo ma è tutto di ottima qualità, pesce crudo da sogno, primi molto buoni...

Prima esperienza: caratteristica e piacevole la formula adottata. Ottimi i crudi (tra i migliori assaggiati), buoni i primi anche se un po’ pesanti e “spessi” i condimenti delle paste (non per il pesce, buono, ma per l’insieme … il pomodoro sembrava stracotto); fritto misto con qualche problema di cottura. Abbiamo scelto tipi di pesce con differenti esigenze di frittura (anche per le dimensioni), essendo stati cucinati nell’olio tutti assieme la cottura non è stata uniforme: ok per i pezzi più grossi, bruciati i pesci più piccoli. Se non è possibile per motivi organizzativi in cucina differenziare la cottura sarebbe opportuno sconsigliare in fase di selezione di mettere assieme ad esempio anelli di totano e polipetti (per via delle evidenti differenze nei tempi di cottura). Ci torneremo per provare qualche altro piatto.
