Gelateria Latteria Ferrighetto In Rho

Fantastic ice cream shop, delicious "rotating" ice creams, friendly and helpful staff.

For a corporate event, we decided to hire this gelateria to create the cake. The birthday boy is a lover of traditional desserts, and after consulting with the owners, we opted for a reinterpretation of the classic diplomatic cake. I've rarely heard so many compliments on a dessert! The cake, despite its considerable weight (between the pastry, cream, and soaked sponge cake), was extremely light and well-balanced. The cream was incredibly fresh, the pastry crumbly, and the sponge cake extremely soft. A truly successful dessert. I highly recommend Gelateria Ferrighetto if you're looking for the flavor of traditional desserts with the lightness of modern ones. (Special mention for the excellent quality/price ratio and the kindness of the owners.)

Truly my favorite place, my childhood. I can still taste the mascarpone ice cream... The added bonus is that it's remained the same...
