03/05/2025: La nostra esperienza è iniziata con un menu weekend abbastanza scarso con poca territorialita. Non c'era possibilita di avere ne un menu alla carta ne una carta dei vini. Anzi come ha detto il titolare "vi porto un buon vino sfuso pugliese". La serata continua con bicchieri per il vino molto sporchi con ancora gocce e odore di vino, la cameriera si è proposta di scambiarli con 2 calici da birra perché aveva finito i bicchieri e poi ci ha riportato gli stessi bicchieri risciacquati. Nessuno ci ha chiesto scusa per l'inconveniente. Dopo ci hanno portato la cena. Buoni gli gnocchi fritti, mangiabile la giardiniera sotto aceto con verdure non di stagione. Il meglio arriva con il risotto!!! Il riso era molto scotto, direi spalmabile, e mangiandolo è finita una zanzara nel piatto, già perché le zanzare la fanno da padrone nel ristorante!!! Ricordarsi di portare un repellente!!! Poi rimane in sospeso come mai porzioni e piatti del tavolo accanto a noi fossero completamente differenti... comunque siamo andati via con 3 piatti a metà, nessuno ci ha chiesto come mai e ce ne siamo andati senza nemmeno il caffè. Aspettiamo di vedere il ristorante nel programma Cucine da Incubo. Bisogna saper lavorare, non proporre piatti con prezzi poco sotto la media. Lo sconsiglio vivamente perché nessuno sprechi una serata come abbiamo fatto noi.

27/04/2025: Ci teniamo a fare i nostri complimenti all'osteria, al buon cibo e al personale/proprietario. Abbiamo preso antipasti, marubini in brodo e coppa con patate come secondo, non sappiamo dire quale fosse meglio; in tutte le portate abbiamo leccato i baffi. Vino della casa ottimo, lo dicono i 4 L e 1/2 che abbiamo spazzolato, il tutto a prezzi onestissimi. Una fantastica Serata in compagnia, eravamo in 9, scambiando anche tante chiacchiere e risate con il proprietario, che gentilmente ha assecondato tutte le nostre richieste. 04/06/2025: I was surprised by this simple, traditional place immersed in the Po Valley countryside. Pumpkin tortelli, fried gnocco and excellent cured meats. Kindness and helpfulness in the service.

07/05/2025: I stopped for a business lunch at Trattoria Sgalbazzi, attracted by its reputation for traditional cuisine. The environment is simple and the service friendly, but overall the experience did not fully meet expectations. The menu of the day is average, with dishes that recall home cooking, but without standing out for taste or originality. Decent quality, right portions, but nothing that really leaves its mark. It may be fine for a quick break if you're in the area, but I wouldn't recommend it as a gastronomic stop for anyone looking for something more refined or memorable.

25/04/2025: Excellent pizza, quiet and welcoming place! My wife and I had dinner here on April 25, 2025 and we were really satisfied. We tried two truly super pizzas: the Soresinese, a rich and tasty white one with a mix of quality cheeses (gorgonzola, taleggio, Grana Padano Riserva... a delight!), and the Contadina, with a very fragrant tomato, red Tropea onion and crispy bacon: a perfect balance between sweet and savory. The dough is really well worked, soft but with the right crunchiness. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very quiet, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Highly recommended if you are in the Soresina area! We will definitely be back.

08/04/2025: Not a bad family restaurant with reasonable prices. There is no parking for trucks but in the evening no one passes by as it is a secondary road, I basically parked on the hit-and-run road

08/02/2025: In occasione della festa del torrone a Cremona siamo stati a mangiare in questo ristorante che fa parte del circuito AIC. Il posto dispone di molti coperti ed il personale è informatissimo. Onestamente l’antipasto ci ha deluso sia per quantità che per qualità ( carciofi e salumi). I tortelloni fatti in casa senza glutine erano invece squisiti. Anche il tiramisù e la sbrisolona erano ottimi e fatti in casa come una volta. Conto un po’ sopra la media ma tutto sommato siamo stati soddisfatti.

20/05/2025: We sat down at 12:05 for a business lunch, ordered at 12:30 and at 12:55 they only serve us the first course after repeated requests... we left without eating the second course ordered! I will never go back there again!!

07/03/2025: Simple cuisine, very good pizzas, with the possibility of lactose-free mozzarella! Various special flavours, in addition to the classics! The desserts are also excellent, here too there are lactose-free products! The cheesecake was really good! Honest prices, very simple but clean environment! Excellent space for coats too! 22/01/2025: Friendly staff. Careful about the environment. But the quality is very low. It's been a long time since I went there and I definitely won't go back! I took 3 cooked ham wraps with 2 slices per wrap. From the edge there were 2 fingers of empty plain. Insubstantial cheese. It smells like acid, which I couldn't tell if it was the ham or the dough. Piada sticky and practically raw! Terrible quality.
