05/11/2024: Small but welcoming wine shop. We stopped for an hour to get something to drink, they welcomed us and also offered us two appetizers with which I can say that the food is good.

07/12/2024: You really must dine at La Fagurida! My husband and I got married in Lake Como this summer and we hosted our rehearsal dinner at this lovely restaurant. We live in the US and had never visited the restaurant before, so it was a bit of a risk, but it was beyond perfect - there isn’t a single thing we would change about our experience. Lello was so wonderful to work with and he and his staff made everything so special for us and our guests. The food is AMAZING. Beef filet, rabbit, and all the local fare was absolutely delicious and so reasonably priced for our party. The food is some of the best and most authentic in the area, and the ambiance is cozy and feels like home and the view of the lake is breathtaking. I hope if you’re looking for a delicious, authentic, charming place to eat in Tremezzo, you visit La Fagurida. We can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Lake Como!
23/11/2024: Very nice place both in winter with the closed veranda and in summer with the terraces overlooking the lake... Housed in a very characteristic stone house. The rabbit and polenta are recommended

02/01/2025: I arrived at the hotel a few days before Christmas and had dinner that evening. The food was great. That evening, I became ill (not food related) and didn't leave my room the next day. The staff checked on me when I didn't make it to breakfast. The next day the checked on me again and offered to bring tea and snacks to the room. I finally made it out of the room on Christmas day to have breakfast, see the area and take a walk. The food, the location and the hotel was perfect for my holiday escape but the staff made the difference. It felt like a family had welcomed me into their home and that was amazing. Christmas Lunch was the best meal I have had in Italy. I will be back to see them soon.
02/01/2025: Hotel located directly on Lake Como. Comfortable and spotless room, like all the rooms. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff.
The restaurant is very refined and refined.
Everything perfect….what more can I say….Excellent!!!!

05/12/2024: What an elegant space 👏 everything about this hotel is impressive but this restaurant in particular is an absolute pleasure to dine at. Magnificent views overlooking the lake, romantic set-up, welcoming and pleasant staff. Our main and desert dishes were prepared tableside which was both educational and very entertaining and ofcourse delicious. The wine list is also 👌

08/11/2024: Siempre un tiempo encantador en el Bar Roma! Gracias Carmen por los fabulosos mordiscos, mucho más que mordiscos sin embargo .. interminable charcutería, pan de ajo y pizza! ¡Tu servicio es más que fantástico! 🤩🍷

01/11/2024: Si pudiera dejar cero lo haría. Servicio impactante. Dueño y personal terrible. Nunca recibí ninguna comida antes de salir después de esperar 2 horas. Recomiendo encarecidamente que evites ir a un restaurante adecuado.

02/10/2024: Excelente menú y gran ambiente con personal amable y bien informado. Sirve algunas opciones sin gluten, los precios son buenos y los tamaños de las porciones son buenos. Nos alojamos por encima del restaurante durante una semana en un apartamento y comimos allí numerosas veces, desayuno, almuerzo y cena

¡Nunca imaginé que podría tener una pizza mala en Italia! La corteza estaba poco horneada y sin sabor y las coberturas de una lata.

15/12/2024: Pranzo domenicale con parenti ed amici. Ristorante con una bellissima vista sul lago, un menú semplice di piatti tradizionali ma ben fatti. Polenta Uncia da prenotare, e meno male che lo abbiamo fatto !
Pizzoccheri, carni, affettati, buon dolci.
Servizio rapido ed un prezzo onesto.

09/04/2024: Un dîner parfait, si reposant après une longue route. Buffet d’antipasti où on a envie de tout prendre tellement tout est bon. Truite du lac grillée aux légumes braisés. Vin blanc italien léger. L’endroit surplombant le lac offre par ailleurs une vue magique!

01/09/2024: Il ristorante è situato al primo piano del maestoso Grand Hotel Tremezzo, e propone i piatti più iconici della cucina italiana. Premesso che i costi sono davvero elevati, la qualità delle portate è altissima, tanto da poter affermare che l'amatriciana che ho mangiato sia la migliore mai provata, così come la cacio e pepe, anch'essa di alto livello. Anche la fiorentina di manzetta prussiana era davvero superlativa, morbidissima e saporita. Fenomenali pure i dolci. Quanto alle porzioni dei piatti, le ho trovate corrette. Un applauso va anche ai camerieri, molto competenti e qualificati, che preparano alcune portate al tavolo spiegandone i segreti (cacio e pepe e tiramisù). Mi sento di dare un unico suggerimento: i coltelli per la carne, seppur molto belli come linea, dovrebbero essere più affilati. Per concludere, l'Escale è un grande ristorante, che consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliano concedersi un'esperienza culinaria di altissimo livello, in una cornice incantevole.

26/06/2024: Wij kwamen langs lopen maar tegen over is een parkeerplaats voor als je met de auto komt maar allemaal locals die een praatje maken met iedereen wijntje en biertje drinken maar vooral het super lekkere eten niet verder zoeken hier gaan eten echt niet sjiek of fancy maar gewoon normaal en vriendelijke mensen als je naar boven loopt kan je gewoon de keuken in kijken en dat alles voor een normale prijs geen toeristische kaart en prijzen nee dat kennen ze hier niet
15/04/2024: Siamo capitati qui per ragioni di comodità. Il locale è piuttosto spartano, non certo elegante ed accogliente. I piatti che abbiamo consumato però non erano male. Direi che il locale si presta per un pasto veloce e per soddisfae la necessità di mangiare, non certo per una serata romantica o comunque in felice compagnia.
