Bar Roma In Tremezzo

Great bar...and great prices..very friendly staff.I recommend you go there...

We were asking for help with someone that speaks Italian to call a restaurant that we made prior dinner reservations however we were not be able to make it after we arrived late into Lake Como and we found Laura from Bar Roma who unselfishly made the call for us. We decided to rest and have dinner instead at Bar Roma and it turns out to be one of the most hospitable experience we had in Italy. The eggplant and pasta here were delicious and what is more important is not only the food and cuisine but the impeccable service from the entire team led by Laura that makes the difference not only to us but the entire room of other guests. My friend secretly informed them it’s my birthday and they surprised me with a cake that comes with fireworks. Wow, i am impressed. Gratitude to Laura for making my day with such wonderful experience.

Literally cannot thank Laura and her staff enough. We got to Tremezzo late after travel, and they stayed open for us basically providing us with a private dining experience. The food was so great, we came back a second time for lunch! The eggplant is to die and the mushroom tagliatelle might be my favorite meal of my entire trip! The service was incredible - we learned so much about the culture, area, and food by chatting with everyone. Highly recommend.
