30/01/2025: A wonderful restaurant with truly homemade food, the atmosphere and all the staff very friendly and attentive. The tiramisu is especially good with a splendid creaminess and flavour.

27/01/2025: We went there for lunch, taking advantage of a gift voucher and we really had a great time. The view of the lake is wonderful, the place is cozy and the open kitchen is a solution that I appreciated. Unfortunately the balcony cannot be used in winter because it is not heated.
The staff is very courteous and the food is really excellent: I recommend taking the octopus with potato cream as a starter and, as a first course, the risotto with perch.
We will happily return. Super recommended
02/01/2025: We had a great time in this restaurant, located a stone's throw from our hotel. The view is magnificent, ideal for enjoying the setting while tasting tasty and very delicate dishes. The modern and neat decoration adds a pleasant touch to the atmosphere. A perfect place for an enjoyable dining experience.
Looking forward to coming back in summer to enjoy the terrace and its panorama.

17/01/2025: Spectacular refuge, in my opinion the best in the Como pre-Alps, divine chopping boards and polenta uncia (my friends also had polenta and venison and pizzoccheri, with excellent reviews) and really good homemade cake, what can I say, despite the high-calorie dishes and demanding I digested everything immediately, a sign of the quality and freshness of the products used, a very intimate and warm environment, suitable for conviviality, kind staff attentive to our every need, what can I say, me and my friends we will be back very soon!
Ps: non-negligible and very important detail, very honest prices (polenta uncia at €8 and cake at €5)❤️
01/01/2025: I could define it as a paradise for tired hikers, because once you enter you are part of that warm world of the mountains with a typical environment, simple and delicious local dishes, quantities to satisfy even the most tired, prices absolutely in line with the general offer

Clean, bright rooms, it is possible to order breakfast (which I highly recommend doing - a large selection of dishes and a gorgeous view of the garden and mountains), friendly staff, and the presence of a spa. Of the minuses - I would like better cleaning of rooms during your stay and in the hammam - the presence of mold😔

02/01/2025: Scelto in base alle recensioni e alla sua posizione e non abbiamo sbagliato!pranzare in questo posticino è’ stato magnifico!fuori dal caos e dai locali presi d’asfalto dai soliti turisti in una piccola stradina con una magnifica vista sul lago che abbiamo potuto godere dal nostro tavolo, cibo semplice curato e genuino, gentilezza al primo posto e attenzione al cliente! Bellissimo il camino acceso nella prima stanza ma io ho adorato la vista lago dal nostro tavolo nella seconda stanza, non troppi tavoli e si sente il calore di casa! In estate si può stare sulla piccola terrazza affacciata sul lago!Ottimi i salumi gli gnocchi la polenta con il brasato e la crostata, anche i prezzi più che giusti per il posto…
Se torneremo in zona di certo faremo tappa qui!
18/11/2024: Siamo partiti da Milano e da Cantù per cenare in questo posto ; di giorno la vista deve esser stupenda potendo mangiare in terrazzo , di sera a novembre non era " consigliabile " : il locale interno è piccolo ,a conduzione familiare ,pochi tavoli ma sempre pieno . Si mangia una cucina tipica del posto secondo la stagione ma gustosa e ben presentata . Personale gentile ( mi hanno spiegato cosa è un crotto ..loro ne hanno tre che usano per tenerci vini , formaggi etc.) buon vino peccato non aver gustato i dolci perché terminati . Non conosco il prezzo perché ospite : ma avendo gustato la cena ,il conto per me sarebbe stato secondario.

22/10/2024: Este es un gran lugar en Moltrasio. La sencilla cocina italiana se prepara de maravilla y es deliciosa. El helado es excelente y el personal es tan amable y servicial!
25/08/2024: Queríamos una alternativa a nuestro restaurante del hotel y encontramos una alternativa muy conveniente, muy cómoda y muy deliciosa en La Vecchina, justo al lado de nuestro hotel. Escondido bajo toldos de paraguas y vides, era muy relajado. Un gran grupo familiar estaba disfrutando de un almuerzo tardío relajado y varios de los que asumimos que eran habituales se dejaron caer para tomar bebidas o postres. Nuestra comida era excelente.
