11/10/2025: Ideally located. Good service and nice room.

02/10/2025: The room is quite small but comfortable and recently renovated, with a beautiful view of Lake Como. The soundproofing, however, isn't optimal. The breakfast is adequate for a 4-star hotel.

12/10/2025: The place is beautiful, with a fabulous view, excellent service, and delicious food. My only advice is to avoid driving up to the top in large vehicles, such as SUVs. The road is very narrow and two-way, and in some cases there are no safety barriers. However, with great caution, you can reach the top, and the rewards will be well rewarded at 1,200 meters. The beauty of the place and the view will leave you breathless.

21/09/2025: We were guests at the Falco hut. We went to the top to see the view and saw the Rispoto. We went in and asked if they could sell us a dessert. The answer was €40.00 for a jam tart (€3 at Lidel), without a slice. I told him to keep it and be ashamed.

16/09/2025: Fantastic food. Brilliant and creative dishes. Beginning with their Caprese Evolution, obviously a mozzarella di bufala dish, not surprising as the chefs/owners are from Caserta, Campania, which is also my hometown. Then the veal filled ravioli as well as the linguine Nerato style - both stupendous. Followed by the best quail dish I have ever experienced, cooked in a tuna sauce, “tonnato” style. My wife had the eggplant parmigiana, also delicious. Best food in Como/Cernobbio. Highly recommend it. Francesco

Each dish is simple yet surprisingly flavorful, showcasing Amalfi Coast tradition with respect while adding a creative twist, a perfect balance of classic and innovation. The wine list is interesting, and prices are fair for the quality. Highly recommended, whether you're in the area or willing to make the trip just for this experience! 30/09/2025: Food: bland is the best review I can give. It was okay-ish. Absolutely not worth the price tag. Service: the service was adequate. Friendly enough. Big problem - I had told them it was our honeymoon and ask we be seated (IF POSSIBLE) by the window or the edge. They had said to get an earlier reservation and ask for it. Which I did. When we arrived, we were the first people there. They sat us in the very BACK. The furthest away from the view possible. They said they had reservations for the tables close to the view. That’s fine, if someone already got it - totally fine. BUT nobody came for those seats the entire time. There was actually only one other table there the whole time we were there. Huge let down on the service. For the price tag, I would have expected more attention to our accommodation. Really crappy to do. Right before we finished, an hour later, one couple showed up and took one of the 6 view-tables. I read the reviews but thought I would give them a chance - bad idea. Believe the reviews. There are so many better places for the money. Just go somewhere else.

29/09/2025: The atmosphere and views cannot be beat. Quiet and romantic with exceptional service and food.

20/10/2025: The only good thing about this “hotel” is the location. Rooms outdated but okay for the price, however very cold. On the other hand please avoid this accommodation, the receptionist I assume owner named Silvia wrongfully accused us stealing from the breakfast (muesli bar)😅 then started an argument being quite aggressive and making no solid point which is totally unacceptable as we were paying guests. Only the gentleman at the reception tried to deescalate the situation which made us not to pursue furthermore the situation. This has made such a bad impact on our trip, she was hitting a tone that was derogatory , was pushing the lines of bullying and was far from professional behavior.

16/10/2025: Very pleasant hotel staff. They speak excellent French. The location, close to the lake and the Bellagio pier, is truly excellent. However, be sure to bring earplugs for the traffic that passes right outside the windows. The decor is still in the 1970s, and the rooms are very disparate but very clean. The breakfast is very generous and plentiful.
