04/07/2025: Ordered pizza and gelato. The pizza was not great, perhaps the ingredients were not as fresh as I expected. The gelato was pretty good. The server was attentive, patient and friendly. This might be the only Gelateria in Brunate.

02/07/2025: The view was good. Food was decent. The service was horrible. All other tables were served with mats and proper greetings. Except for us. The waitress didn't bother to serve us just because we weren't white. We had to ask for everything twice before she did her job. It is not like we are paying any less. Very unprofessional behaviour.

20/07/2025: Feels like a hidden gem! We stumbled in here and they told us they could give us a table with lake view for an hour due to some reservations, but it was great! All of the staff were very nice, and spoke good English! However I am unsure if you could just stop by here for some drinks without food :)

20/07/2025: Aside from the view, which made the whole thing a little more pleasant, I agree with the other reviews about the long wait (about an hour for us, and there were only three tables) and the high prices. No discounts, no liqueurs offered.

30/06/2025: Long waits, a bit deceived by the view, very cold dining room in winter if you are not glued to the fireplace. Waiter too old to still work and to deal with the public, with little patience and desire, evidently. I confirm other reviews in which they say that the cook is grumpy and not willing to receive comments. Furthermore, there are obvious problems with reservations by phone ... and fortunately there is a new official website where you can book rooms and where at least I receive answers from the agency that developed it. Attention: in this regard there are two websites, but only the most modern one and with a beautiful brand is the official and constantly updated one, also reachable via Instagram and Booking. I hope that the too troubled and troubled management of this beautiful place finds a firm point, because it is truly unthinkable that a customer should be able to book only through the web agency and not through the restaurateurs, who are truly rude. For this reason they will never see my money again, and it is a lot, because this place is unjustifiably expensive as the plague and the food is bad. I add that the rooms are dirty. Mortifying.

04/06/2025: A lovely spot to rest and grab a beer after traipsing around Brunate. The service was friendly (and very accommodating to my very poor Italian) and the outside table, in the late afternoon hours, was relaxing.
