The atmosphere is elegant, with pleasant background music. The service was attentive and friendly. The highlight is the food. Truly delicious. We tried the house carbonara, and I absolutely recommend it; it was delicious. For the kids, we had the cutlet. They ate it all, so I'd say that's a good one too. I'd gladly return. Recommended.

This time we were tempted by the "classics" tasting menu…six fantastic courses! In addition to the menu, they bring a small appetizer to start and a small pastry dessert to finish. Our dessert menu didn't include the mushroom pictured, but I wanted to try it, so I changed my plans!! Recommended wine based on the menu, which was also perfect! It's not just a restaurant, it's an experience! Congratulations!!!

As two women in white dresses, we greatly appreciated the gentleness and sensitivity with which they welcomed us: they were truly kind in having our car parked directly at the entrance to the steps, a simple gesture yet full of respect and care. 19/03/2026: We visited this place on Sunday evening for an aperitif dinner. It costs €15 for a drink and a buffet aperitif; any additional drinks are charged at the regular price. The varied and constantly replenished buffet includes appetizers, finger food, and both hot and cold first and second courses. I found the chicken and artichoke salad particularly good. The staff, both at the bar and the buffet staff, were very friendly and helpful. Personally, I had a great time and would happily return.

The agriturismo isn't very large, but it's welcoming and well-structured, even to accommodate large groups, which isn't always a given. The staff was very kind and helpful, a real plus. As for the food, it wasn't bad, but honestly, I expected something more: I had a grilled dish, which was good but not memorable, while the grilled vegetables seemed a bit sparse and arranged carelessly. A much-appreciated plus among the desserts was the selection of desserts designed for those with dairy intolerances, made with plant-based ingredients—a truly enjoyable, inclusive offering. The price is average, neither high nor low, but fair for what's on offer. In short, a nice place with good potential, which perhaps could really make a difference with a little more attention to detail on the menu.

Ample free private parking with spaces for the disabled is available. It's easily accessible by public transportation and is just minutes from Montichiari's historic center and the sports center. 30/01/2026: The "fuoricasello" app suggested various options along our route. We booked on the website! A modern setting with an open kitchen. Very friendly staff. We tried two first courses: bigoli and pumpkin tortelli. Then a portion of torta delle rose. Everything was delicious. We had some difficulty getting to the restaurant when we were practically there. Perhaps the traffic system had been changed... the signs led to a road that was impassable next to the many businesses and restaurants. Only after several minutes did we find the solution by continuing towards a roundabout and there we were. January 2026

Truffle-scented tagliolini cost €30, not even in high-end restaurants, and if I say scent, it's because it was the only tangible thing. €200 for four with two dishes each? It's still a "business lunch" restaurant. Let's scale back a bit. Is a customer even free to write a review without having to shoulder the burden of "four families who make a living from this job"? I don't think being presumptuous and not admitting the mistakes the customer points out is the right choice. A bottle of wine brought to the table ALREADY OPENED, without even letting me taste it. Thrown on the table in a plastic tray in a restaurant that offers me a first course for €30? No, that's not normal at all, I've never seen anything like that, not even in a pizzeria. Spaghetti with seafood had a handful of capers and a handful of olives inside, which completely covered the flavor, and perhaps there's a reason for that. The appetizers (3, not 4), by the way, were ALL THE SAME. They arrived cold despite the 30-minute wait that started AFTER ORDERING, of course, I emphasize this because I felt like I was speaking different languages ​​at this point. I'll conclude by saying that the dishes weren't returned because they were edible, but as with everything, everything has to be commensurate with the price, and then the castle collapses.
