12/07/2024: Questo posto è perfetto se quel che di cerca è la qualità senza fronzoli. Tutto buonissimo, dai primi ai secondi, passando banalmente per il pane, il vino, ecc ecc... Gestori ottime persone, gentili e genuine come il cibo che propongono. Prezzi ottimi come solo si possono fare quando si punta sulla qualità a discapito di inutili pagliacciate pseudo marchettare

18/07/2024: Quick business lunch and, considering the very hot climate, we limited ourselves to ordering a "salad of various vegetables with strips", at least that's what it was indicated on the menu among the "second courses", with a side dish of parsley potatoes. It's a shame that we received a skimpy bowl of sautéed vegetables (and 4 or 5 pieces of potato separately) which, at most, could have corresponded to a side dish, other than a "second course" or "salad". When you choose a table inside because it's too hot outside, you might expect a closed interior with air conditioning on; instead the windows were completely open and the air conditioning was off, so you sweated no more or less than if you were outside, or perhaps worse. Negative experience, not to be repeated.

18/07/2024: Non andate se avete dei figli. 5 amiche e 5 bambini Prenotiamo alle 19 e ci dicono che aprono alle 19.30 voi immaginatevi con 5 bambini di meno di 2 anni, ma ci dicono che fanno subito fare la pasta per i bambini, ma non è così prima arrivano le nostre pizze e alle 19.45 arriva la pasta dei bambini le TAGLIATELLE per dei bambini così piccoli ottimo direi risultato bambini stanchi nervosi per l’orario e praticamente non hanno mangiato nulla. Poteva essere una bella serata in un bel posto con spazio all’aperto e giochi per i bambini ma purtroppo non è stato così

11/08/2024: Siamo stati recente per una cena in famiglia, ho ordinato del coniglio con i funghi che purtroppo ho trovato molto secco, inoltre la polenta aveva dei grossi grani di sale che non si sono sciolti. Gli altri commensali si sono trovati benino con il cibo e non hanno avuto il problema della polenta, quindi penso di aver avuto un po’ di sfortuna con quella. Il personale è molto cortese e abbiamo tutti apprezzato il servizio.

02/08/2024: It was very unexpected and positive experience. We had one night stop in the area on our journey to the France. Meals, personel and atmosphere were excelent. Very authentic and natural. Restaurant looks to be serving mostly for local people, so they know exactly how home made italian cousine should look like. 5☆ no doubt!

02/01/2024: Ho prenotato telefonicamente per un pranzo domenicale con mio marito, mi confermano il tavolo (e fin qui tutto bene ) ma all’arrivo mi trovo un cartello con ben scritto : non si accettano carte di credito e bancomat. Ma un cliente deve per forza pagare in contante per non far pagare al gestore le commissioni bancarie ?? PESSIMO , la conclusione … non avevo abbastanza contante e non sono potuta entrare a pranzare 👎

22/06/2024: 4 of us went for a quiet dinner and had burgers, pizza and fried dumplings with cured meats. I must say that everything was truly spectacular and very generous (waiting times normal). In addition to food, they also serve as a bar and consequently delicious cocktails with the right doses, a very knowledgeable bartender also on reinterpretations of classic cocktails. Very kind and friendly staff ready to satisfy every possible request, prices within the norm or in any case not higher than other places in the area.

16/08/2024: We enjoyed an exceptional meal as a family in this beautiful establishment. Access is easy from Bergamo and the restaurant has ample parking. The quality of the dishes and the service is excellent, the chef and his team do a remarkable job. Ristorante Abbazia is a great place to discover.

11/08/2024: We stopped while visiting the area. Our disappointment came from different reasons 1) menus badly translated, we ordered a steak, it came as a tartare. 2) we ordered a salad that was never delivered 3) scalopine were rather bland 4) service was so so, how can you forget to deliver a dish when there are only 5 tables being served? It was on a Sunday, not that many open restaurants around, but not to be repeated
