29/05/2025: Great place! Very professional service, qucik, polite and helpful. We were here before, so we knew the food is delicious. Lovely outdoor dinner.

29/05/2025: I came here for lunch and was told to wait 10 minutes to be seated, even though three tables were clearly available. After finally being seated, I ordered a simple pizza and tap water. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for the pizza, while a group of four who arrived after me were served, finished eating, and left before I got my food. The service was incredibly slow. It was also extremely hot day, and when I asked to move to a shaded table (four were free), the waiter refused. My table was so hot I could barely hold the fork. Bearing in mind that the restaurant is located in the old town and serves tourists , the price is ok. My pizza cost €12. But, they charged €3.50 for tap water and a mandatory €2.50 just for sitting outside. On the positive note, The pizza itself was okay — interesting flavors with sweet sausage and some leafy greens (maybe sorrel). Won’t be coming back.

08/06/2025: A valid alternative to pizzerias, they have various play areas for up to 10 years. The pizzas are very good while for the kitchen they serve various first courses from risotto to pasta and ravioli..

12/05/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't leave none! Disgusting food and unpleasant waiters, with his hands putting the pizza on the plate he wiped the sweat from his forehead and fixed his quiff!!! Professionalism equal to 0!!! Never again

14/06/2025: A few months late, I would like to leave 5 well-deserved stars to this place. We found ourselves there "passing through" after an experience at the San Pellegrino spa and, in addition to the excellent food and super friendly atmosphere, we also received extreme availability and kindness from the staff, for a small problem that had occurred to us. Highly recommended

18/05/2025: Beautiful, very clean restaurant with many details that make it inviting. The staff is very young, friendly and really kind. The menu offers a good variety of dishes, prepared in a simple way but pleasing to the palate. The prices are very fair. The bathrooms are renovated and fully equipped. If you are in the area for work or for a trip it is absolutely recommended.

31/05/2025: A lovely place with amazing seafood. The menu is short but focused, and the frizzante Chardonnay makes everything even more enjoyable.

16/05/2025: Very good food, shame about the chef/person in the dining room who was really aggressive and rude. We paid and left without finishing what we had on the table. It was a birthday with a lot of bitterness. Some people should stay closed and calm down before ruining the evening of those who can't afford a fish dinner every month.

01/07/2025: Average business lunch for choice and price (the side dish is not a buffet, like in other places...). Just a small hitch with the second course of undercooked fish (the central part of the fillet was still raw), immediately resolved by the restaurant staff, in a very friendly way. I thought I'd give it a second chance to try the pizza and the "Gran Fritto del Capitano". Eventually I'll update the review accordingly.

12/04/2025: I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and I feel compelled to share it to prevent other customers from having the same disappointment. I ordered fried fish, but what arrived was so soaked in oil that it looked like it had just come from a malfunctioning fryer. The fish was soaked in grease, to the point that every bite was unpleasant and difficult to swallow. Although I tried to eat some of it out of courtesy, I eventually had to stop because it was so inedible. I pointed this out to the staff, hoping for a gesture of professionalism, but the response was unacceptable: they told me that "it's normal like this" and that "no one has ever sent the dish back". Really? Is heavy, oily fried food considered normal? The icing on the cake came when it came to the bill: they made me pay half the price of the dish with the excuse that I had eaten part of it. Are we kidding?! If a customer can't finish their dish because it's poorly prepared, the minimum is to offer a solution (a discount, another dish, at least an apology!), don't expect them to pay anyway. Have you ever seen something like this? Poor service, low quality food and total lack of customer focus. Really disappointed.

10/06/2025: The first two times I went well, the third time I went I didn't like it at all. We ordered a cappuccino, a large ginseng cup and a Sicilian cannoli for pleasure cut in half, but they brought us another type of cannoli with cream that wasn't very fresh, not to mention that there were various types of large and small cannoli and with various types of creams. The old cannolo €3.50, the ginseng and the cappuccino €1.70 Plus 2.00 for a total of €7.20. The poor service we won't go again because among other things we were sitting inside and there was a person smoking 🤷

04/05/2025: Accoglienti, Gentilissimi e Autentici. Non c'è un format, ma la vera e autentica semplicità dell' Oste e di sua moglie. All' arrivo stavano preparando l'area esterna, ci hanno accolto e raccontato il contesto territoriale in cui ci trovavamo. L'agriturismo si percepisce che è in evoluzione, le camere Autentiche per staccare con una vista sulle Orobie molto bella. Menù degustazione a cena magnifico, i piatti squisiti, abbondanti e si percepisce tutto l'impegno che ci mettono! Pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza! Il Brasato eccellente! Lo chef che ti invita in cucina 🔝. Vi auguro di acquistare tutto il borghetto e di espandere il vostro agriturismo!!!

13/04/2025: Accolti come in famiglia. Matteo il titolare nonché cuoco e tutto lo staff sono stati eccellenti sotto tutti i punti di vista. Cibo ottimo, prodotti tipici buonissimi. Locale accogliente, curato nei particolari. Un plauso particolare a Matteo per il bellissimo momento di condivisione con gli ospiti nel quale ha raccontato le origini dell' agriturismo e l'attività quotidiana da lui svolta. Perfetto!!!

26/05/2025: I was recently at the restaurant "Mas" and I have to say that the gastronomic experience was really pleasant! The food was delicious. I ordered the pasta alla vongole as a first course, which was prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients. The dish was elegantly presented and appetizing. As a second course the Wagyu A5, which needs no explanation. Simply fantastic. The prices were reasonable given the quality of the dishes served. I highly recommend the custard with berries. The restaurant had a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with modern and refined decorations. The background music was pleasant and not too loud. The owner, I suppose, was very friendly and professional. However, there was one situation that we noticed right away. Since it is a refined-looking place, there was a little prejudice since we were dressed casually, jeans and t-shirts. I said I had not booked and was immediately told that I had to check the possibility of having dinner. Very fast, he told us that if he was quick he would have a table, that is, the last one, in a "hidden" corner. We arrived around 7:30 pm, we left around 9:30 pm and there were few occupied tables, of which the best ones, with a lake view, were almost all available, just a group of 4 people, elegantly dressed, waved. I understand that there may be exclusive places with a dress code but I don't think that was the case. I was just disappointed by this fact... there were many places available but the lack of a "jacket and tie" made the experience less fascinating. I hope that in the future, the wording on the menu: "inclusive place" will actually be like this...

25/06/2025: We were disappointed. Based on the reviews, we expected much more. While the food came quickly, we waited far too long for the bill and felt ignored. Classic tourist trap — staff avoids eye contact and the service feels rushed and uninterested. Next time we’ll grab something to go and enjoy the city instead.

23/06/2025: Italian food is good. It's really delicious. The shop is next to the church. I walked around confusedly. Behind the shop on the other side, there's a gelato shop. It's good to eat to fill my stomach.

17/05/2025: Purtroppo,sebbene la cucina sia sempre ottima, ed il personale gentile il servizio è scaduto molto. Peccato davvero perché era tra i nostri locali preferiti dal 2021 ma le ultime volte una delusione totale. Siamo tornati questa sera e purtroppo abbiamo constatato nuovamente uno scarso servizio e un tempo impossibile per una cena. Dispiace molto perché basterebbe un po’ di organizzazione in più.

06/06/2025: I recommend! This is not the first time here... in principle, when we are in this area, we go for lunch. But this time I was surprised, in a good sense of the word. In a nutshell... I don't really understand Italian, and I didn't understand what kind of fish I ordered. When they brought it, I don't know how, but they noticed that I didn't like it very much (probably from the expression on my face 😆) and you already understand how attentive they are to customers here. And they asked if I liked everything. I explained that it wasn't their fault (I'm not sure they fully understood) But they replaced the dish) It was very nice 🤗
