09/11/2025: EVERYTHING PERFECT! I celebrated my daughter's birthday by booking practically one day in advance. The owner, Elisa, was very kind and thoughtful in organizing everything (decorations, food, and celebration) as we requested. Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming and professional, accompanying you to your room in the children's area. It's large, well-designed, cozy, and clean. The games are well-spaced so as not to make too much noise in the rooms (each with a cute, themed name). The table was beautifully set; the aperitif offered a well-prepared and carefully prepared selection of food, from various pizzas, cured meats, pasta, mozzarella, fried gnocco, bruschetta, and so much more. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and always available, even for drinks. Definitely recommended, not only for children's parties but also for eating at the restaurant, which is separate from the children's area, perfect for not having too much noise. 25/05/2025: Good ice cream. Too bad there is no place to eat it except standing or on the 2 benches in front. Quantity slightly lower than average compared to the price.

12/05/2025: Valid ice cream shop, good ice cream, complete with 'unconventional' flavors and lactose-free flavours. Smiling and kind staff despite the slightly late hour. We didn't taste the cakes and the single portions, but it must be said that they looked beautiful, very inviting. The environment is clean and tidy, it is not large, but if the weather permits you can stop on the outdoor benches.

11/10/2025: 5-star luxury? At Uncle Pippo's Shack Osteria, these things don't happen. €52 for two drinks, and we were served an aperitif with this spoon. I was both indignant and disgusted at the same time. It's out of the question to find these things in a place that claims to be 5-star luxury. On the verge of calling the NAS, I left with €50 less and feeling nauseous, because I realized afterwards that the spoon was dirty, even though I was using it at the beginning!!! DON'T GO THERE.

06/10/2025: Right in the city center, this Michelin-starred restaurant is located on the top floor of the Vista Hotel and offers a super luxurious and exclusive location, including a small terrace where you can dine outside with a lake view. The dishes, whether meat or fish, are surprising to the palate (I recommend the Turbot) and well presented. The Champagne and desserts are excellent, and the staff pampers you from start to finish.

22/10/2025: The guys are very kind and the aperitif is excellent and plentiful. The outdoor seating is the gem of the place.

08/11/2025: Recommended if you like cream in tagliatelle with mushrooms, pre-cooked ravioli, and supermarket cheeses. "We didn't charge you for the pasta with cream because we're gentlemen," I was told when paying. And anyway, claiming to be gentlemen isn't exactly "gentlemanly" after all...

17/11/2025: The pizza is really delicious, and the service is very fast. They have already prepared kids (pieces) like in the picture and they heat them up nicely every time, so they are crispy and really nice to eat. The flavors are interesting and varied. I also tried the senca pomidori variant — without tomatoes — and it was quite good. Overall, a great place for a quick and tasty bite. 🍕

16/11/2025: Total disorganization: at least a 10-minute wait for a coffee at the counter. The croissant was stale and low-quality.

21/09/2025: I've always been there for an aperitivo and ok, passed, the other night I stopped for a cocktail...well...the worst pina colada of my life, horrible, take it off the menu if you don't know how to make it

05/09/2025: Definitely clean and tidy. The service is a bit expensive at €25 per kilo for the focaccia. It's good, no doubt, but it's excessive. At least the paper placemat could be avoided by charging a cover charge, but I understand that there are operating costs. Compliments to the polite and smiling waiters.

22/11/2025: A family welcome. The restaurant is slightly dated but spacious, absolutely clean and tidy. The restaurant menu offers a good variety of dishes, including local cuisine. The pizzeria offers numerous toppings on thin pizzas. The homemade desserts are excellent. A regular stop for some time, never disappointed. Good value for money.

18/10/2025: As a Roman, I can only compliment the chef. An extraordinary cacio e pepe, a fabulous amatriciana, an amazing carbonara. What can I say? I recommend anyone who loves Roman cuisine to stop by Locanda Antica Roma.

30/09/2025: Friendly service. The atmosphere made me sad because it seemed like a place close to closing down, given the lack of dishes listed on the menu and even the lack of canned drinks. The food is very salty and has nothing to do with Roman cuisine. Perhaps some Ticinese might believe this, but in Rome, the food is different. Still water is top-of-the-line and out of my budget. The bill is excessively high.

08/11/2025: My son and I quietly and calmly pointed out the less-than-pleasant taste of a cheesecake: the person at the counter (the name "Simone" on his jacket) swore at us and told us to leave, saying, "Quickly find your way to f..." Unspeakable. I soon discovered that the bakery had already been convicted years ago for failing to label frozen products, so they must be used to selling poor-quality products.
