25/02/2025: Devo dire che avevo letto qualcosa ma nn ho dato peso.... sbagliato!! Nn mi piace fare una recensione negativa perché so che può capitare a tutti una giornata no ma nel mio caso la merita tutta senza attenuanti. Pranzo domenicale in famiglia, prenotato x 4 persone, arrivati alle 12.45 alle 15.10 ho deciso di andarmene e nn aspettare più il 2 nello specifico 2 fritture ordinate . La giustificazione del proprietario, " la domenica dovete avere pazienza" e credo di averne avuta molta. Pazienza, cancellerò questo locale dalla mia lista. Tu che leggerai pensa.... potrebbe capitare e nn sarai felice ...nn rischiare

18/03/2025: A very beautiful location where, however, the arrangement of the tables in the central room penalizes the diners: the kitchen door that opens and closes creates a certain visual discomfort, the table next to the toilet, the entrance door open onto the outdoor area, beautiful in summer, but a little less so on winter evenings. Average service with little attention and without changing cutlery. Amazing food, everything really excellent, cooking, menu, quality. High prices, I took advantage of The Fork discount. I paid for the quality. The rest can be improved.

06/03/2025: A unique place! Located in a small square in the historic centre “piazza calandrini” is Simon Boccanegra . It is a family-run restaurant, inside we found a superbly detailed environment and the cleanliness of the place is exceptional!!! The menu offers a lot of alternatives and the possibility to try typical local dishes; I recommend taking several dishes to taste everything in rotation. The fresh homemade pasta is incredible, but also the pork cheek and focaccia. Also perfect for those with celiac disease, various dishes to choose from, and the focacce prepared by them artisanally without gluten are delicious. What can I say, highly recommended! Patrizia and Simone will make you feel at home.

05/02/2025: Era tanto che non ci andavo, ci sono sempre andata per la varietà di infusi che hanno da bere e la scelta di the, hanno sempre avuto prezzi ragionevoli ma ora spendere 5 euro per una tazza di acqua calda mi sembra un po’ troppo…

The owner brought his Emilian land to the menu and I was happy to get the mixed boiled meats with 4 accompanying sauces, sweet and sour, slightly spicy, green and a spectacular mustard. Foie gras appetizer rare to find for the delicacy of the flavor that explodes on the palate with nuts, figs and raisins in passito! Belin the tasting was amazing.... bring me the goose now!!! My colleague's tortelloni (zibelloni) of culatello with fondue and parmesan... delicately savory but with an exceptional flavour. Baked caramelized fruit salad with ice cream, very good. Great surprise! The next visit will be dinner with the wife also for the cellar which promises very well, today only one glass for driving license reasons, alas! 24/01/2025: In the center of Sarzana, a single room, with brick vaults on the ceiling. The choice is not wide, and unfortunately when I went the cannelloni I wanted to get were not available. The appetizer consisting of 5 tastings consisted of silverside carpaccio (very, perhaps too tasty), good courgette flan, savory pie with spelled (nothing special), good savory pie with courgettes, a sour leaf with a morsel on top of melted cheese. Lacking cannelloni I opted for gnocchi (I imagine homemade, good) with artichoke leaves and Zola cream, let's say that they can be improved. Overall a decent lunch, also considering the honest higher prices.

06/01/2025: L'Osteria del Monsignore è un ristorante situato al centro di Sarzana. Ho avuto l'occasione di pranzarci insieme ad un gruppo di amici poco prima di Natale. Il locale non è molto ampio ma al suo interno potete trovare un'atmosfera riservata. Il menù si fonda sui i piatti della tradizione Lunigiana, niente di elaborato ma sicuramente appetitoso. La qualità è molto buona, così come il servizio garbato e veloce. Ampia la scelta dei vini. Prezzo nella media

22/12/2024: Spero la mia recensione sia di sprone allo staff, perché c'è da rivedere il servizio. Tempi troppo lunghi, troppa attesa tra l'uscita delle varie pizze e quasi un'ora per ordinare il dolce. Per una pizza e un dolce quasi tre ore.... o si migliora l'organizzazione o si assume una persona in più. Cmq la pizza era molto buona!
