04/02/2024: Bel locale, con arredi interessanti e spazi accoglienti. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, soprattutto i tagliolini al granchio, deliziosi! Ma la cosa che davvero merita 5 stelle è il personale, Sumia è stata una presenza attenta ma non invadente, e anche il proprietario si è rivelato socievole e super interessante, l'atmosfera informale e accogliente ci ha fatto restare fin oltre l'orario di chiusura, godendoci una serata piacevolissima. Consigliato!

03/12/2023: Cibo buono, crudo veramente speciale. Abbiamo mangiato un tagliolino al granchio e un polpo con finocchi e mandorle. Dolce molto buono . Prezzo giusto per la qualità del pesce.

Nutella crepes inedible, extremely sweet and the cream didn't look like Nutella at all. The soundproofing of the room is very good. Medium-high prices.

For me it is mainly for lunch because I have the certainty of eating quality products made without too many frills. Always a balanced taste, right portions and even the single dish for a quick lunch is always well prepared and never done by chance. 11/01/2024: I have always liked the Calcandola pizzeria because it overlooks Piazza Matteotti, the heart of the historic center of Sarzana, and because it has an aesthetically pleasing, warm and welcoming place. The owners are kind and professional. Unfortunately, the table service is not always up to everything else: a bit of carelessness and the lack of willingness to advise/try to satisfy particular dietary needs and alternatives to what is rigidly written on the menu should be avoided. Overall, apart from this small flaw, the place is certainly recommended.

03/12/2023: Ho pranzato con mia moglie in questo piccolo ristorante in pieno centro di Sarzana e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Il menù propone piatti di mare e di terra, oltre alla pizza. L’ambiente è caldo e accogliente grazie al soffitto di mattoni a volta. Cortese e simpatica la proprietaria che ci ha servito a tavola. Mia moglie ha mangiato la tipica mesciua spezzina, una zuppa particolarmente saporita. Io ho preferito le classiche trofie al pesto, con patate e fagiolini, ma prima ho gustato un abbondante tagliere di salumi e formaggi accompagnati dagli sgabei fritti. PorzionI abbondanti e tutto molto buono e saporito. Prezzi onesti e non cari. Tornerò sicuramente in questo locale.

11/09/2023: La cosa strabiliante è poter mangiare all'aperto in una bellissima piazza piena di luci e colori. Servizio molto veloce. C'è una grandissima scelta di piatti dalle pizze,al menù di carne e pesce. Il personale è gentile e molto attento a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Cibo di buona qualità. I prezzi sono un po' alti. Abbiamo speso 69 euro prendendo un tris di panigacci (non ho ben capito la scelta dell'insalata alla base dei panigacci),un filetto di pesce spada, un contorno di verdure grigliate, un menù bambino, due dolci (presentati in modo molto semplice senza alcuna guarnizione), un'acqua, una coca cola e una birra.

19/09/2023: Nonostante avevamo avvisato per sapere se erano aperti, al nostro arrivo non ci volevano far entrare, poi avendo specificato che avevamo chiamato apposta allora ci hanno fatti entrare in maniera molto sgarbata. Da lì l'incubo. Trattati malissimo, menù lanciato sul tavolo, mentre ci hanno preso l'ordine e mentre lo preparavano non facevano altro che cristonarci contro tra di loro. Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto in 5 minuti perché per rincarare la dose un mio collega ha detto 5 minuti e ce ne andiamo e uno di loro ha proprio detto, sarebbe anche ora. Ora premetto che questo locale lo conosco e anche bene. È stato aperto proprio per stare aperto fino a tardi, da sempre è il locale dove i ristoratori si trovano dopo il lavoro perché il boteghin era un punto di ritrovo dove da sempre era aperto fino ad almeno la 1/2 invece prima di mezzanotte è successo tutto questo, e ribadisco abbiamo chiamato apposta prima di partire avvisando che arrivavamo. Consiglio spassionato ai ragazzi/e che ci lavorano dentro. Se non volete stare a lavorare fino a tardi cambiate locale e non rovinate lo storico boteghin. A mai più.

07/02/2024: Ottimo pranzo con menù casalingo adatto a famiglie e bambini e pranzo per operai consiglio ravioli cozze e baccalà con tante altre portate tutte fatte fresche ogni giorno ringrazio tutto il personale i proprietari con tanta disponibilità e gentilezza,presto ci torno per una scorpacciata di ravioli e cozze grazie a presto.
