31/10/2025: Setting, cuisine, service, everything is there!

23/09/2025: A little set back in the old streets of Bordighera, in a beautifully decorated little square, we enjoy the tasty and well-presented specialties: a fish steak from the catch of the day and its crunchy vegetable medley, and for dessert the famous tiramisu, pimped with caramel cream and a chocolate crisp. We also appreciate the fact that the waiters speak French and that the menus are translated. This is a valuable help even if the diversity of Italian pasta is untranslatable and requires an explanation, kindly provided.

12/10/2025: A restaurant with two chefs, one for starters and one for main courses. The ambiance isn't particularly impressive, both from the outside and inside, and yet... wow, what dishes! Excellent cuisine, a varied menu, especially fish, but also meat, and even vegan (not my cup of tea...). I'd say the main courses are better than the main courses, at least in my experience for four meals for two. The prices are good. In short, you try it once, but you'll definitely return. I don't know of any other restaurants in Varazze, but I think it's one of the best, even compared to neighboring towns or those near the coast (Celle Ligure, Arenzano, etc.). I'll definitely return at the first opportunity. My only concern is that the main course chef is apparently leaving to change careers.

01/12/2025: We had the daily special (chicken) and from the à la carte menu, spaghetti vongole and fish with a potato crust. The two first courses were okay, a bit too salty. The fish was topped with mashed potatoes, which wasn't my idea of ​​a 'crust'. The chicken special wasn't really good, rather sweet, which made it inedible for my partner. I probably wouldn't have eaten it either... perhaps a Ligurian recipe?

19/10/2025: A well-kept and intimate little place. The few indoor tables allow for careful attention to detail. Excellent raw fish, homemade bread and breadsticks, and an interesting and unusual wine list. First time... and certainly not the last. See you soon.

23/09/2025: A pleasant restaurant right in the city center. Excellent quality food, even a little more. Impeccable service. However, not entirely ideal with a teenager because the dishes are very elaborate with sophisticated flavors. Great place.

17/10/2025: The stuffed rabbit and lasagna are spectacular! A must-see at this magical place.

17/10/2025: We only had the chance to have an afternoon snack, so we can't judge the cuisine, but the pear tart and pandolce were very good! Always a distinctly Italian atmosphere at the counters of these cafes!

12/11/2025: The octopus in broccoli sauce was simply divine. The first courses were excellent, the service excellent, and the staff incredibly courteous and professional. I always return every time I visit Sanremo.

29/07/2025: I booked by searching online. The location is unfortunately on the main road in Laigueglia, a little before Capo Mele. I say "unfortunately" because while sitting at the table, you can smell the fumes from cars and buses. The dishes are generous and of good quality. I would recommend repeating, but with the windows closed and air conditioning.

31/10/2025: The pizza is excellent, the staff is attentive and courteous, and the service is quick. And one thing to keep in mind, not least, is the large, private parking lot.

26/10/2025: I've had the pleasure of visiting this place several times, and each time has been a confirmation. The atmosphere is truly welcoming and meticulously maintained, perfect for both an aperitif with friends and a more relaxed lunch or dinner. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and always attentive to their guests' needs, without being intrusive. The food is excellent: from the rich and delicious aperitif options to the lunch and dinner dishes, always beautifully presented and prepared with quality ingredients, with a decidedly good value. A place I gladly return to when passing through Busalla.

13/11/2025: We chose Piro to celebrate our daughter's Confirmation, and from the first phone call, we were impressed by their extreme kindness and willingness to accommodate our tastes. The dishes were delicious, with excellent ingredients and light, crispy fried food. All our guests were delighted. They've improved since the previous management.

17/12/2025: Pizza: If you like Neapolitan and/or contemporary pizza, this isn't it; however, it's good and very digestible. Panigacci/Sgabei/Cold cuts: all very good. Adequate price/quality/service.

13/12/2025: On the outskirts, excellent pizza. Average restaurant. Excellent panigacci. Good selection of beers and wines. Young, fast, and courteous wait staff.

09/08/2025: The atmosphere is very nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. I tried the brioche and the raspberry flake. The pastry was very good, crispy, and buttery just right, made with good-quality ingredients.

21/10/2025: Beautifully situated on the water, it's incredibly cozy when it gets dark and the lights in the bay come on. The food was good, but nothing more to say. Service is prompt but not entirely up to par with the rules of gastronomy.
