11/09/2025: Had dinner with friends practically on the waterfront. Beautiful location and excellent table service. We had mussels, seafood gnocchi, and cod, all delicious. The owner, Gianluca, was very friendly. And to finish, we lounged on the sun loungers and watched the fireworks right on the water. Great experience.

18/09/2025: Four of us went for dinner in August. We were unpleasantly surprised to discover that the menu is a "tasting" menu, meaning you can't choose your preferred course (this isn't indicated in any review, nor is it announced by the owners when booking). The food is generally good, especially the first courses. The service staff is courteous and efficient, but unfortunately, like the diners, they must be literally dying of heat due to the lack of air conditioning (only a small ceiling fan, which is decidedly inadequate). The price is fair. More suitable for tourists, given the type of menu.

05/09/2025: A charming restaurant with exposed beams, unfortunately once surrounded by greenery, now surrounded by small factories. The staff is friendly and efficient. A variety of dishes are served, from appetizers to main courses, based on traditional Ligurian and seasonal ingredients. All are very tasty, and even the fried foods are light. The fritters served for dessert are a bit disappointing. The price is good, around €30.

29/08/2025: Spent the Ferragosto holiday with friends. Good food accompanied by great music. Friendly and helpful owners. Excellent porchetta.

15/08/2025: Excellent food and hospitality. We didn't stay overnight, but we'll be back. However, you'll need a 4WD to get there, or you can walk a short distance.

25/07/2025: Very friendly family place. We arrived after lunch time. The owner went back into the kitchen for us and made us delicious pasta (carbonara and putanesca).

21/07/2025: Three longtime friends returning from Sanremo, lunch break inland. Homemade and authentic cooking, friendly staff, family atmosphere, generous portions, very fair prices. We'll be back.

14/10/2025: All I can say is: WOW! The ambiance is very inviting, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food tempts you to go back again, even if you only planned to eat there once. It's a bit cramped, but that didn't bother us. We had really great meals twice, and I can recommend this restaurant to anyone. For me, it's one of the best, if not the best, in Rapallo.

22/09/2025: Maybe it's the atmosphere, the novelty, or the location, considering that part of the portico we saw, but it seemed like a fantastic place to us. All this without diminishing the deliciousness and abundance of the dishes we enjoyed, all served with great professionalism and kindness. Those five or six tight hairpin bends are definitely worth the effort, especially for the view from that height. Parking wasn't a problem for us, especially since it was late September. We'll definitely be back to try their other dishes.

09/09/2025: Honestly, we had booked at another restaurant, but due to our delay, our table was given to someone else. Fair enough, no fuss, in fact, thank you! We discovered this place, seemingly anonymous from abroad but welcoming, intimate, and elegant inside, specifically in the courtyard. Indeed, upon entering, we find a hallway with the cash register, the restrooms (clean and tidy), the kitchen, and then the restaurant area with a beautiful, well-kept, and quiet internal courtyard. The dishes are well-presented and flavorful. Excellent wine selection. Coffee in the Moka pot at the table. Attentive service. Prices in line with the aforementioned setting. Recommended.

07/09/2025: The best restaurant in Sarzana, without a doubt. The location is very pleasant, with the added bonus of dining in a lovely garden. All the staff are very welcoming, and customers are well looked after. In addition to the well-designed menu, this restaurant strives to ensure customers receive only the highest quality, freshest ingredients. For this reason, the prices are completely in line with the offerings. Ottone I was a truly wonderful discovery. Kudos to the entire staff, keep up the good work!

26/09/2025: A lovely place with very interesting offerings. The staff is friendly, young, and knowledgeable. The off-menu mushroom dishes are highly recommended, as are the desserts. They were helpful and honest, even when it came to resolving an unexpected payment issue. Recommended.

15/09/2025: At Trattoria Maria, you truly feel at home: it's a family-run establishment where kindness and passion make the difference. The culinary journey begins with a series of appetizers that immediately win you over—fried bread with lard, savory pies, crepes, and much more—and continues with first courses rich in character, such as red wine risotto and polenta with nettles and porcini mushroom cream. The main courses are equally impressive: the roast beef and venison with fried porcini mushrooms are tender and flavorful. But the real highlight comes with dessert: the pistachio meringue, a unique delight that alone is worth the trip. It's not a restaurant located on the main road; it's tucked away in a small village, but perhaps that's what makes it special. Book early, because tables fill up quickly. I'll definitely be back!

23/08/2025: Such a cozy bar for apertivo!!! Incredible drinks and magical staff. With every drink you get lots of delicious snacks!! We were here with our 1 year old son and it felt like we came home to friends!! Very sad that we discovered this place on our last night, we will be back! ❤️

27/09/2025: First of all, the service was very friendly, attentive, and meticulous. They welcomed us without a reservation, and we stumbled upon it purely by chance. An excellent dinner with good value. The setting is well-kept, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommended!

22/09/2025: You have to move a little away from the seafront, and don't hesitate to walk a little in the heart of the village to find this restaurant on a small square that is very quiet and pleasantly cool in summer. But what a treat!! Everything is perfect, the welcome first with the smile and the kindness of the waiter, the cuisine then with dishes that delight our taste buds (the seafood pasta is "killer"), the relaxing and superbly decorated setting. If you pass through Porto Venere don't hesitate, go there, you will be amazed!!!
