23/09/2025: A little set back in the old streets of Bordighera, in a beautifully decorated little square, we enjoy the tasty and well-presented specialties: a fish steak from the catch of the day and its crunchy vegetable medley, and for dessert the famous tiramisu, pimped with caramel cream and a chocolate crisp. We also appreciate the fact that the waiters speak French and that the menus are translated. This is a valuable help even if the diversity of Italian pasta is untranslatable and requires an explanation, kindly provided.

08/11/2025: This is really just my personal opinion. I'm sorry, but I can't be satisfied with the disappointing quality/price ratio. Located in a perfect spot above Sestri Ponente, nothing particularly beautiful, but not bad either. 2 rooms with as many seats as they can fit... Traditional set menu. Appetizers with objectively mediocre cured meats, stuffed with Genoese-style vegetables and stuffed with potatoes, which I disliked. The fish salad was flavorless, and the anchovies marinated in vinegar were very good. Good first courses: seafood risotto with pink shrimp, calamari, and mussels, good; Genoese-style ravioli, good. Mixed fried fish with the aforementioned fish, fried well. A slice of apple pie, tiramisu, or panna cotta, okay. The house wine is unpresentable; they only offer two bottles of red wine, one Dolcetto and one Barbera. My bill is €45 per person, plus the cost of wine and water. Of course, I'm used to spending that amount, but given the type of offer, I expected more...

23/08/2025: Such a cozy bar for apertivo!!! Incredible drinks and magical staff. With every drink you get lots of delicious snacks!! We were here with our 1 year old son and it felt like we came home to friends!! Very sad that we discovered this place on our last night, we will be back! ❤️

It would only be more authentic if someone played the guitar and sang. The kitchen...magic. In Imperia again...heading straight over for dinner!

We were blown away on our very first visit – the food is divine, every single dish prepared with such love and finesse that you'll never want to eat anywhere else. The atmosphere is simply dreamy: candlelight, white tablecloths, soft music, and in summer, dinner under the fig tree – it couldn't be more romantic. The staff is exceptionally warm and attentive without being intrusive. You immediately feel welcome and cared for. A particularly lovely touch: the daily changing menu is lovingly handwritten, and the hosts are happy to help with the translation and selection. A truly soulful restaurant that you'll never forget.
