04/06/2025: Pranzo da incubo. Tralasciando la maleducazione e la poca gentilezza ed empatia di alcune cameriere, sia al telefono che di persona, tanto che abbiamo iniziato a pensare che i sorrisi fossero a pagamento, il pranzo é stato costellato da cadute di insetti dall'alto della fitta vegetazione sopra i tavoli dentro i bicchieri, piatti, etc...rendendo la permanenza a tavola quantomeno avventurosa. Parlando delle pietanze, porzioni ridicole (3 foglie di insalata come contorno erano abbastanza imbarazzanti), primi risicati e secondi altrettanto. Capisco che 15 euro di menù fisso é un prezzo allettante ma la prossima volta preferisco spendere il doppio e non alzarmi con la fame e con gli insetti dentro la camicia. Consiglio una disinfestazione accurata e soprattutto un corso per saper trattare con i clienti. Da dimenticare!!!

12/06/2025: Ci hanno consigliato questo ristorante dell’agriturismo in cui soggiornavamo, mai scelta più giusta. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, personale professionale e cordiale, cibo buonissimo dall’antipasto ai dolci. Niente è stato lasciato al caso, sicuramente torneremo in futuro.

11/05/2025: Some time ago my mother-in-law brought me some dry biscuits which I immediately fell in love with! Yesterday I passed through Tuscania and stocked up on lots of packets of dry biscuits with particular flavours! Simply too good!

01/06/2025: Lunch under a "gersomino forest", fresh. We took two ombrichelle with sauce, a second course: meatballs with sauce, two side dishes, two tozzetti for dessert, a coffee, 1/2 liter of local white wine, 1 liter of water strictly from Nepi: 33 for two.....fantastic, as fabulous as the food and the service....highly recommended

17/05/2025: Palazzo Ranucci was a pleasant discovery, a magical place with a breathtaking view and, without a doubt, from the terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful panorama of all Tuscia! The cuisine is excellent, the welcome by Elisa was truly an added value. Before leaving, we had the pleasure of meeting the manager of the location, Mr. Maurizio, an exquisite person with very elegant manners, who also made us experience the true soul of this historic building. Recommended to all those who are looking for a unique, original and, at the same time, traditional experience linked to the authentic values ​​of life.

24/05/2025: We spent hundreds of euros on Fiorentina steak that we had expressly asked for super rare and it was brought to us on a hot plate (how can you not know these things??) forcing us to eat it overcooked and now hard and rubbery, for goodness sake.

14/05/2025: After seeing the trattorias in the area we decided to book by phone. Unfortunately we could stop for a very short time because we had an excursion to do at 3:00 pm. The entrance deserves to be more valued but when you enter, the environment is informal but pleasant, in line with the place and with expectations, a real trattoria with real managers, like those of the past. They were very kind and allowed us to respect the limited time. Characteristic, simple and genuine cuisine. I go from memory: pappardelle with wild boar, baked potatoes, sautéed chicory; good house red wine. Generous portions, water, coffee, bitter. They also offer a tourist menu and a truly interesting assortment of grilled meats. Given the quality of the dishes and the prices, I promise to return with other friends!
