Upon entering this restaurant, you immediately realize you're in a classy place. Describing the universe of Osmosi without slipping into the banal is a challenge to the senses: here, the experience isn't limited to the plate, but transforms into a constant stimulation where the boundary between food and the senses becomes wonderfully subtle. This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. The experience is completed in the glass, where expert knowledge of wine meets attentive, yet never intrusive, listening attentively, creating a perfect harmony between knowledge and personal pleasure. The dishes I tasted exude that mystery typical of those who know how to transform raw ingredients into an almost unique experience. 05/01/2026: Found it by chance on the way back from a visit to Montefiascone/Bolsena. A brand new place nestled in the countryside that serves quality food. We tried the cheeses, lasagna, and spaghetti cacio pepe... All delicious!!!! Highly recommended.

01/03/2026: A truly special place. Rooms directly overlook the lake, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming; and the food is truly delicious. Special mention goes to the first courses (tonnarelli allo scoglio and paccheri with octopus and pecorino cheese), which are truly delicious! Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

20/02/2026: We ordered three portions of spaghetti carbonara to go and had to wait standing in the restaurant for well over an hour, with no complimentary drink or anything. The rigatoni carbonara we did receive tasted good, but for €36 it was far too little. It was at most 1.5 portions, and we're not big eaters. What a shame!

05/03/2026: If you're passing by the lakeside in Montefiascone, you can't miss lunch or dinner at Morano. The quality, courtesy, and ambiance are wonderful. I recommend calling to reserve a table overlooking the lake.

15/02/2026: Unfortunately, I have to give my dinner a negative review. The high price-quality ratio is, in my opinion, completely inadequate. Appetizer: Minimal portion consisting of just a few mussels and clams, which were tasteless and lacked seasoning. First course: Gnocchi were overcooked. The scampi cream was disappointing: the seafood flavor was missing; a vague taste prevailed (probably butter). Second course: The fried calamari and shrimp was, in my opinion, the worst I've ever eaten in my life. In short: small portions and quality that, in my opinion, absolutely doesn't justify the final bill. I would not recommend it. The only positive note was that the young waiter who served us was kind, quick, and precise, which raised my rating for the service.
