15/08/2024: A very pleasant surprise in Montefiascone. High quality and refined cuisine in a very well-kept environment and impeccable service. The route proposed today, August 15th 2024, by Deborah, the talented owner of the "tavern", was a true sensorial experience: everything impeccable in a happy harmony of flavors and aromas with high quality ingredients selected from what the area offers. Absolutely balanced quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back.

12/08/2024: We chose a four-course meal chosen by the chef and it proved to be amazing. Since I have celiac disease, I was able to taste all the dishes chosen. Attention to every detail! Congratulations to you who put your heart into what you do ♥️

07/08/2024: Nice restaurant with unbeatable views...where you can bathe and relax... The worst thing is the road to get to the place...but it is worth it if there are not many people like in our case.

18/08/2024: I was in this restaurant for dinner on 08/18/24 with friends. I ordered a mixed starter of cured meats and a first course of Maltagliati with their characteristic wild boar pork. To drink we ordered a bottle of red wine (all the wines they have are from their own production). I found the quality of the food excellent and the portions generous. The service was quick and very helpful. I found the bathrooms clean and tidy with everything needed for hygiene. The location is truly fascinating with a very large garden and in the summer it is also possible to use the swimming pool. Good value for money. Owner kind and available for any information. I highly recommend trying it.

18/08/2024: Restaurant in a large building the owner was super pleasant and gave very good advice, we had a ham dish and a swordfish carpaccio which was very good then a dish of pasta with shrimp and pork with tomato reduction and a sauce which was truly to die for I just loved it!!!

09/06/2024: What a great discovery! We visited Montefiascone and stumbled upon this enoteca. It has a large indoor dining area beautifully decorated and a small terrace overlooking Lago di Bolsena. The wine list is impressive. We had a Lazio red wine, Civitella something (I forgot to write it down) and of course a white Est! Est!! Est!!! Like most enoteche the menu is limited - platters of cheese and salumi. And they offer plates of the day. We had fettucini with a veal ragu and white lasagna with artichoke. Wonderful meal and setting!

18/08/2024: Today it's a stormy day we have lunch inside but the lake view is spectacular, it recharges the body and mind. Everything perfect, recommended🥰

17/08/2024: Fantastic place, attached to the dairy specializing in buffalo cheeses. Unexpected proposals for both quality and quantity. Just outside Montefiascone this gem awaits you. Had dinner on Friday 16 August, 4 of us truly enraptured by the culinary offering both for its imagination and its extremely high quality. Come and taste incredible dishes... here the buffalo obviously reigns supreme! Stefano Berna

11/08/2024: Siamo stati a cena in 6 amici sulla terrazza panoramica che guarda Il lago. Da prenotare in quanto fanno il doppio turno. Consiglio il primo turno per poter ammirare il tramonto. Il servizio buono, le pietanze ottime , il prezzo in linea.

24/08/2024: Place with the possibility of also having a veranda, convenient and shaded parking (we had a little dog), good traditional Viterbo dishes and generous portions, a substantial appetizer and a very correct price for what and how much we ate... Catuscia offered us an off-menu option with a excessive number of dishes, congratulations on the memory and availability, we will definitely be back 👍 highly recommended!

25/08/2024: Migliore ristorante della Tuscia, cucina molto ricercata con prodotti locali con qualità ottima. Ambiente super accogliente e personale davvero gentile. Straconsigliato!

23/08/2024: Tutto ottimo dal cibo all’accoglienza, prodotti locali e trattati come si deve, prezzo più che onesto per la qualità. Apprezzato molto la divisione dei piatti anticipata avendo diviso un secondo in due. Unico punto da migliorare (secondo me) il dolce che sembrava molto intrigante (panna cotta all’anice con gel di peperone e cioccolato fondente), l’anice non si sentiva molto e rimaneva una panna cotta semplice, ma comunque molto buono
