04/11/2024: It was a true gastronomic experience, the owner guided us on this journey with a surprise menu (4, 5 or 6 courses of your choice) in which we were amazed. Very refined raw materials, the difference is made by the attention put into the preparation of each dish and in the relationship with customers which is very close given the intimacy of the restaurant. Possibility to choose 1 wine tasting paired with each course, or even 1 bottle. The price is in line with expectations given the refinement of the dishes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through Montefiascone and who loves quality slow food.

10/11/2024: Splendid restaurant-farmhouse in an idyllic setting a few steps from Lake Bolsena, with a first-rate gastronomic offer. Worth mentioning are the homemade fresh pasta first courses and the wild boar stew. Net of the TheFork discount (correctly applied), the prices are not exactly cheap; but it can be said that in such a context it is money well spent.

Had dinner on Friday 16 August, 4 of us truly enraptured by the culinary offering both for its imagination and its extremely high quality. 23/08/2024: Tutto ottimo dal cibo all’accoglienza, prodotti locali e trattati come si deve, prezzo più che onesto per la qualità. Apprezzato molto la divisione dei piatti anticipata avendo diviso un secondo in due. Unico punto da migliorare (secondo me) il dolce che sembrava molto intrigante (panna cotta all’anice con gel di peperone e cioccolato fondente), l’anice non si sentiva molto e rimaneva una panna cotta semplice, ma comunque molto buono

24/08/2024: Place with the possibility of also having a veranda, convenient and shaded parking (we had a little dog), good traditional Viterbo dishes and generous portions, a substantial appetizer and a very correct price for what and how much we ate... Catuscia offered us an off-menu option with a excessive number of dishes, congratulations on the memory and availability, we will definitely be back 👍 highly recommended!

11/08/2024: Siamo stati a cena in 6 amici sulla terrazza panoramica che guarda Il lago. Da prenotare in quanto fanno il doppio turno. Consiglio il primo turno per poter ammirare il tramonto. Il servizio buono, le pietanze ottime , il prezzo in linea.
