09/01/2026: The experience at this restaurant was completely disappointing and far from the expectations its reputation had created.
Upon arrival, the owner insisted we opt for the tasting menu, without providing us with the full menu or a detailed description of the dishes and ingredients. Forced to partake in the tasting and stating that the tasting would be tailored to the customer's needs, we were not asked any questions about allergies, intolerances, or food preferences. In fact, everyone was served the same dishes, giving the impression of a standardized rather than personalized offering.
The quality of the cuisine did not live up to expectations: the ingredient combinations seemed unbalanced, lacking harmony and a lack of attention to flavor. The dishes conveyed neither research nor gastronomic coherence; in fact, they were truly disgusting. In some cases, we were not even given a detailed explanation of the dish. When I asked the owner in detail what was in a second course sauce that was making me sick, I was not even given a precise answer.
To finish off the dessert, we were treated to babà, a typical dessert from Montefiascone. We'd also mentioned that we were teetotalers (which suggests the standardization).
The atmosphere also negatively impacted the experience. The place is extremely small, with tables so close together that it's impossible to overhear other people's conversations, eliminating any sense of privacy or comfort. We only went for the reviews, which by now are worth it, as we later discovered that the locals are disgusted by it, so it's a tourist trap. Honestly, we've paid less at REALLY high-quality, Michelin-starred restaurants.
06/01/2026: Twenty-two seats for lucky guests. Nothing is left to chance, there's no banality, just fantastic associations in a journey of colors and high-quality ingredients. A hostess who pampers and directs with care and mastery. We are completely satisfied.

01/02/2026: What a wonderful discovery! We relied on Google Maps to find a restaurant open on Sunday, February 1st, on Lake Bolsena, and it brought us here. We couldn't have hoped for anything better! Delicious food, stunning view, fantastic staff! Don't miss it! Trust us!

06/01/2026: We spent two nights at this hotel primarily for its location and the convenience of visiting all the most beautiful places in Tuscia by car.
Unfortunately, the hotel is showing its age; it feels like a step back in time. The rooms are cramped, retro, and too basic. The hotel is old, and even the smell in the rooms was unpleasant, even though they were clean.
The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the breakfast was far too basic, with industrial and processed products.
The Wi-Fi only works in the lobby.
A general renovation and an improvement in the services offered are in order. On the other hand, the owners' hospitality is worthy of mention; despite the obvious shortcomings, we encountered friendly, kind, and helpful staff.
But alas, this isn't enough to put the hotel on par with other three-star competitors.

21/10/2025: Everything was perfect, we will definitely go back.
13/10/2025: Along the lakeside all the restaurants were full, when we arrived in front of Corrado, we stopped there were three tables and the rest were all free, shortly after we understood why.... Poor quality food and badly cooked, meaning nothing tasted of fish, so much so that another table near us said and complained about the same thing, the first ones were practically sauce with second choice fish mixed in which given the prices at least the first choice, however terrible, if it was empty and the others full there was a reason and here is the mystery revealed

Beautiful location.
The driving force behind this place is still IVALDO.

I think Cannavacciuolo served very little purpose.
08/12/2025: The staff was not at all attentive. We ordered an Onassis appetizer for two, but instead they brought us peppered mussels, which they called soutè (a very different dish from the one served), and tomato rice with mussels, clams, and squid, which they had the nerve to call seafood risotto (also a very different dish from the one served). There's a lot of culinary confusion and poor quality. Avoid.

16/07/2025: La scelta a Montefiascone non era tanta, abbiamo mangiato qui attirare dal posto dal quale si ha una bella vista del lago; il cibo nella media, porzioni forse un po' scarse; servizio un po' improvvisato; conto equo.
06/07/2025: Posto raccolto con vista meravigliosa sul lago, si mangia bene, torneremo sicuramente. La pizza è molto buona! Prezzi ottimi almeno per quello che abbiamo mangiato noi . Pizza , supplì e dolci , amaro( offerto dalla casa)

12/09/2024: Siamo stati bene, arredamento accogliente a tema bosco e gufi, musica top un rock da intenditori, il cibo era veramente buono e leggero con sapori delicati e ben accostati. Consiglio a tutti questo ristorante.
12/09/2024: Difficile scrivere una recensione del Languorino a Montefiascone, perché è tutto sempre ottimo. Servizio, atmosfera, cibo, prezzi, cortesia ed accoglienza sono sempre ad alto livello. Vi consiglio di provarlo assolutamente .
