30/03/2025: I went to dinner yesterday with my boyfriend. Lovely warm and welcoming place. The owner is a wonderful person. Original and delicious dishes. All prepared with the utmost care and attention. Excellent choices also for people with intolerances and allergies. Impeccable service. I recommend it to all those who think of having a nice day or even more than one in Montefiascone. You cannot leave or pass through Montefiascone without having come to osmosis.

12/04/2025: I had been there a few years ago and had good memories. The restaurant is located inside a very suggestive 16th century estate where most of the products are prepared and then put on the table. certainly their specialty is porco-cignale, a hybrid that gives the meat a more delicate flavor than wild boar itself but more succulent than pork. They serve it in all its forms, from cured meats, to meat-based first courses and second courses and I must say that I liked everything. The portions are really generous even if the price is slightly high it is fully compensated, furthermore we had the fork discount so we spent very little. Quality products and at km0 given that a lot of it, even the wine, is they produce on the estate. yesterday it was just us and honestly I can't explain why since the food is good, so I highly recommend you try it!

26/04/2025: Rude and unprofessional.
We ordered lombrichelli cacio, pepe and truffle.
We ask, if possible, not to add pepper or truffles, and the waitress confirms that it is absolutely possible.
However, classic cacio e pepe arrives at the table.
We point this out to the waiter.
First he tells us that there is no pepper, then, after pointing out that the plate was full of it, he replies that you can't eat cheese without pepper... but what does that have to do with it?
It's like if in Genoa you ordered a pesto without garlic: it's possible to do it. If you still bring me pesto with garlic and I point out the mistake, you can't justify yourself by saying that "it's not traditional"!
At the end they change our dish and, always politely, we ask to have the same pasta with tomato sauce.
After 20 minutes they bring us, instead of lombrichelli, completely raw Tuscan pici.
We left the dish untouched, giving it just a forkful.
We go to pay and, without being asked how it went or whether we had a good or bad experience, they make us pay the full bill and greet us with a simple "good evening".

12/09/2024: Siamo stati bene, arredamento accogliente a tema bosco e gufi, musica top un rock da intenditori, il cibo era veramente buono e leggero con sapori delicati e ben accostati. Consiglio a tutti questo ristorante.
12/09/2024: Difficile scrivere una recensione del Languorino a Montefiascone, perché è tutto sempre ottimo. Servizio, atmosfera, cibo, prezzi, cortesia ed accoglienza sono sempre ad alto livello. Vi consiglio di provarlo assolutamente .

13/04/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo bellissimo ristorante sul lago, e nonostante nostro figlio di un anno e mezzo avesse decisamente una brutta serata, sono stati tutti estremamente cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno servito velocemente e con grande gentilezza. Il cibo ottimo: abbiamo preso una pizza rossa, una bianca e una focaccia ed erano cotte alla perfezione e ben condite, poi un primo e un secondo di pesce ed erano davvero eccezionali. Prezzi nella media. Se torneremo in zona ci fermeremo senz'altro qui.
02/03/2025: Bellissima location sul lago pesce fresco personale gentile attenzione e cura del cliente non serve chiamare per avere le bevande e le posate pulite controllano costantemente i tavoli sostituendo per tempo continuamente posate e bevande quasi terminate

04/04/2025: Well-kept restaurant, with a nice tree-lined parking lot (something not to be underestimated in the summer months), excellent and genuine cuisine, friendly staff.
08/03/2025: Mi è sembrato molto meglio di tanti anni fa quando partecipai ad un giropizza per un evento politico. Parcheggio immenso anche se con accesso stretto. Locale proprio di fronte al lago in ambienti ampi e pulitissimi che almeno in parte hanno arredi ed architetture datate; sembrano realizzati su misura per matrimoni ed eventi affollati. In ogni caso però in uno di questi eventi a menù fisso si è mangiato molto bene spendendo relativamente poco. Grande disponibilità del personale per bis e tris di portate. Da consigliare, soprattutto per eventi.

10/11/2024: Locale molto molto suggestivo: una parte della rocca restaurata che mantiene la sua identità sposandosi molto bene con lo stile dell’enoteca.
Buona scelta di vini, sopratutto locali, di ottima qualità.
Non abbiamo esplorato molto la scelta culinaria, ma bruschette e taglieri erano sfiziosi.
Ci ritornerei ma senza musica dal vivo, non per la qualità ma per il contesto!
19/10/2024: Si, scarso sotto ogni aspetto. Scarsa innanzi tutto l’attenzione ai clienti. Scarso poi il cibo, come qualità ( le noci che accompagnano il mediocre piatto di formaggi sono amare e sanno di muffa) e quantità (il miele è un velo impercettibile di una ciotolina minuscola) e la presentazione disordinata e deludente (un piatto di formaggi buttati là, senza spiegazioni, senza armonia e soprattutto senza amore). Svogliato il personale in sala. Conto non scarso e ingiustificato.
E allora perché venire in questo posto a bere un bicchiere di vino (almeno quello abbastanza buono) se poi il cibo è insignificante, non si può parlare perché l’invadente musica dal vivo (di cui non è stata data informazione al momento della prenotazione) è assordante e tutto contribuisce a indispettire il cliente?
E poi quando fuori c’è la nebbia fitta fitta e non si può neanche godere del panorama….
No, direi proprio che non c’è nessun motivo per tornare. Ma neanche il sole e una visibilità di nitidezza ineguagliabile ci convincerebbero a fare una seconda visita a questa enoteca di Montefiascone.
Peccato, una bella potenzialità annegata nel mare della mediocrità

20/03/2025: Prese due fritture calamari e gamberi e una polpo e patate e che dire...... porzioni da bambini . Qualità neanche nella media. Per quanto riguarda il servizio il cameriere che lavora nel ristorante da poco cortese e gentile. Da apprezzare almeno il servizio. Sicuramente non ci ritorno.

06/04/2025: Sul tutte le puntate che ho visto, il "ristoratore" Doriano è il più ridicolo di tutte le puntate viste su "cucine da incubo"...arrogante e bugiardo. le batte tutte!! Limousine, cena gratis e il Divino Osasiss con 3 kg di carne 🤣🤣.
Spero adesso sia ok...
31/03/2025: Beautiful location, they often organize musical evenings and have nice aperitifs outdoors. The staff are friendly but on several occasions they were unorganized.

Be mi spiace dirlo ma è stata una delusione.volevamo mangiare una buona frittura di pesce ma purtroppo non è stato così...frittura unta e non croccante..
In compenso tiramisù ottimo.
Servizio non molto veloce(causa anche dalla sala comunque piena)
Forse siamo capitati in una giornata un po' no infatti non mi sento di sconsigliarlo..
Magari proveremo un'altra volta e poi si vedrà!
Voto location 6 (è comunque una trattoria storica quindi arredo di una volta)
