03/12/2024: To say that the food is good is an understatement....place set in a medieval place; kind and friendly staff, the legendary Severino manages the brigade... who prepares traditional Roman dishes at a top level and not only that, at the pizzas there is Giulio, a boy who is very knowledgeable about the dough of Roman pizzas, friendly waiters, but in hand... they explain the menu to you in a simple way! Absolutely worth repeating experience, we will definitely be back 👍🏾

16/10/2024: Very nice restaurant, although a little dark. Quality food and generous portions. The waiter's manner was a little brusque and not very empathetic but a detail that could be overlooked, visibly amazed because we only had three courses for two people. It's the fourth time we've been back and we will do it again because the food is really good as is the value for money. So recommended.

05/01/2025: An unexpected surprise in the center of Tivoli that really feels like entering ancient Roman ruins! Proverbial hospitality that puts you at ease, excellent dishes that represent the territory very well. Truly a beautiful evening!! Tonight we would have liked to repeat but unfortunately they are closed... it will definitely be for next time and one more reason to return to beautiful Tivoli.

01/01/2025: Ogni volta che veniamo alle Terme ci fermiamo in questa braceria dove a parte sentirci a casa .. la carne e le focacce sono ottime..non abbiamo mai preso i primi.. non posso recensire.. ma vi assicuro che la carne è top

30/12/2024: We were welcomed by the friendly staff and sat down for dinner amongst cosy families. My pizza Marina was delicious and paired up well with the red wine. We had a great night out and will definitely come back to this nice place.

30/11/2024: The food was amazing and the service was great! We forgot to say when ordering that we had a train to catch, but the food was worth the wait and we still made our train with time to spare. Also appreciate that we weren’t turned away even though we arrived just before the closing time before dinner.

11/01/2025: The quality of the products served is excellent, the service is attentive and carried out by young and trained staff. The environment is a little cramped although of a high standard, it's a pity that the requested wine is missing although it is on the menu.

30/05/2024: Questo è l’esempio di ciò che io chiamo “Un ritrovo della cucina italiana… Gourmet!”. La location è d’ispirazione per un pranzo durante la visita della bella Tivoli, oppure un Aperitivo rilassante, oppure una cena all’insegna di piatti dove quello che regna è l’unione tra ingredienti, amore per la cucina, esperienza dello Chef. E qui chi meglio dello Chef Tiziano Zuccari può dare il meglio di se! Credetemi… ho avuto la fortuna di provare i suoi piatti e le sue ricette e lo ringrazio veramente! Ad accoglierti poi c’è Alessia… donna forte e che sa cosa vuol dire il sorriso e l’attenzione per un cliente! I piatti sono di vario tipo ma quello che li definisce è permetterti di degustare differenti sapori magari accompagnati da un ottimo cocktail. Quello che posso consigliare a tutti è che se passate per Tivoli, mentre passeggiate nel cuore della città, provate la mia stessa esperienza perché ne vale veramente la pena!

30/12/2024: Average restaurant. Very well managed. The guys in the room are courteous, helpful and approachable. The food needs to be reviewed...unfortunately not average for the Roman province.

22/12/2024: A place reminiscent of old Roman trattorias. Family atmosphere and really good dishes. The wild boar stew that they offered us as the dish of the day was really tasty. The pastas for the first courses are homemade and you can feel it. The top quality grilled meat and the wine cellar offers many choices. The final tiramisu was sublime. Highly recommended!!!

13/11/2024: Never found a place where the meat is cooked better than here, everything is delicious and specialties such as pulled pork are excellent.

06/01/2025: The price was reasonable and the gelato was delicious! It was 2.5 euros for 2 flavors, so I stopped by and ate it while looking around Tivoli. There is a plaza right in front, so you can sit in the plaza and eat.

19/08/2024: The ice cream is really delicious and cheap! That's a lot of sheep! There is also a table in front of the store so you can sit and eat! 2 flavors of ice cream are 3 euros!

23/12/2024: Locale molto bello,curato nei particolari, l’arredamento ricorda molto i pub inglesi. Il servizio è stato cordiale e veloce. Ottime le birre. Peccato per le alette di pollo davvero poco cotte, lo abbiamo fatto notare alla ragazza che ci ha servito,ma lei ha sostenuto che dipendesse dalla cottura a bassa temperatura.

03/12/2024: Let me start by saying that we have been here as a couple or for events other times, and we have never had an excellent experience. In any case, dinner for 5, we opt for the fish that we know well in general: freshness of the raw material questionable especially on the raw ones where it must be a key element, care of some dishes to be reviewed, good risotto and linguine but... .they should have arrived with the tartare according to the menu but instead the dish was really different. Apart from this, the Turbot is good. Environment, what can I say, always very classic and retro, in need of a bit of updating, or at least some music suited to the environment itself would be nice. Service, eh, it needs a little more attention on some details.

04/12/2024: I celebrated my daughter's birthday. Private room, welcoming environment and owner. Beautiful view of the Sibilla, excellent food... Fully satisfied.
