01/09/2025: Very slow and distracted staff, no way to ask..., plus they arrive first without cutlery..., and even if you call them..., it takes... before they pay attention to you. I don't recommend it..., not even to my enemies.
31/08/2025: The best croissants in the area, among the many that sell disgusting and industrial croissants at the Opificio you can find excellent ones made by the pastry chef.

02/09/2025: Rather interesting place in the middle of a regular Italian suburb. An American West cowboy themed restaurant. Complete with movie scene sound effect's and gun shot duals apon entering. Once in, you get greeted by the friendly staff in cowboy hats etc. The entire restaurant is completely decked out to emulate a Western restaurant / saloon. Bit over the top for me but it seems the people love it as it was packed. The food (pizza's )& the service , both quick as well as delicious. Had a fun time in a weird kind of way and it wasn't too expensive.

16/07/2025: In the last few weeks I have eaten at this restaurant twice... One evening to celebrate a colleague's retirement and for lunch with my husband... Everything was very good... rich appetizers and the mezze maniche with cacio e pepe were delicious and al dente, just the way I like them... The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very welcoming... I recommend it.
11/06/2025: We were welcomed with our dog very affectionately, we took 2 classic first courses of the Roman tradition and 2 very good second courses as tradition dictates, highly recommended, we will definitely return

The food? Poor quality, poorly cooked, and over-seasoned. On the plus side, the waiters were friendly, efficient, and truly skilled!

06/08/2025: Spectacular pinsa, very kind and punctual service, very pleasant atmosphere on the terrace overlooking the main square. I don't know if this is what the name refers to, but it really is the best triad you could ask for from any restaurant: excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere!
18/05/2025: Located in Montecelio right in the square. Very small but welcoming place. It offers only a pizza or pinsa menu with the possibility of taking a good variety of sandwiches. Very rich menu for the various types of pizzas with red, white or special bases. Possibility of also choosing calzones. Everything can be accompanied by an appetizer of fried foods with classic or more particular supplì. Each pizza flavor can also be taken in the pinsa version which is the characteristic of this place. Very easy-going, with a mise en place with paper plates and cups. Moderate and standard prices. Some pizza flavors are very good with well-matched ingredients. Excellent the peculiarity of putting scissors at the table and cutting the pizza more comfortably. The only flaw is the slightly slow service. Recommended

Good variety of pizzas, and the dough is very easy to digest. Nice outdoor space.
Prices are reasonable.
Only flaw: the waiters were very friendly, but they often didn't see us from our table, and we had to wait for them to clear our plates before asking for more.
But I recommend it. It was a great experience. We'll be back.

19/05/2025: Excellent experience in this very nice place both outside and inside, very kind and friendly people especially fast in the service without sinning in the quality of the dish and the drink is no less, very good beer with enough varied choice between IPA and others, truly an excellent place to have near home. Very happy to have discovered it and tried it very good 👏👏👏
