11/04/2025: Typical Romoman restaurant. Erik is a very nice and correct person. As for the food, nothing to say... fabulous. In short, from Erik it is a guarantee.
09/04/2025: We went to the “Da Erik” restaurant and the experience was simply perfect. We started with delicious croutons as an appetizer, crunchy just right and full of flavor. Followed by two amatriciana and a cacio e pepe that left us speechless: authentic flavours, pasta cooked to perfection and balanced and tasty seasonings. But the real surprise came with the tripe, divinely cooked, soft and tasty as per tradition.
In addition to the exceptional food, the staff was another strong point: friendly, welcoming and truly thoughtful, they made us feel at home. A place we highly recommend and will definitely return to!

08/04/2025: Really good carbonara!! The excellent meat is definitely worth coming back too, and as a starter buffalo with exceptional raw meat, all fresh, good value for money! good portioned dishes.
I recommend everyone to try the meat and carbonare, equally good pizza!

Location strepitosa in stile " saloon",con tanto di personale vestito a tema.
Iniziamo degustando un po' dei loro fritti,tutti molto buoni e particolari.
E poi ovviamente assaggiamo la loro pizza,per mio gusto personale,una delle migliori mai assaggiate, è risultata molto fina e "scrocchiarella" come piace a me.
Servizio oltre ad essere a tema e quindi molto bello, è risultato anche gentile e professionale.

Update.
Today 25 February 2021, after having found everything needed for the service of my Tiger, at the well-stocked spare parts-accessories shop, I sat at a table in the sun, enjoying an aperitif, an excellent sandwich with sausage and broccoli and an exquisite double coffee, together with dozens of other people: some having lunch, some having an aperitif with appetizers and some just a coffee. An excellent reference point!
18/10/2024: For motorbike enthusiasts but also not... you can make friends or stay calm for a bit. I'm happy to go there

07/03/2025: I stop for breakfast, the home-made croissants are excellent! Good coffee and always friendly staff in a well-kept and clean place make the day start well!
04/03/2025: The factory is a place with excellent possibilities, but unfortunately it still needs to improve on quality, in my case breakfast. The cappuccino was not up to par, twice, the milk was too hot and therefore had bubbles on the surface. The croissants need improvement but we are on the right track, quite flaky but not very fragrant. There is a bit to improve on the service, very friendly staff but I didn't understand who was doing what. The environment, I have known the factory since it first opened and I have always liked it a lot for its industrial style, I would like to be able to bring my children back but since the last time we came the carousel with the bridge needed to be fixed and was a little dangerous to be able to let them play.
I will definitely return because it remains my favorite place, I hope to find the points listed above improved.

Pranzo con menù fisso, richiesta di acconto 10 euro a persona.
Ci accomodiamo all'una, dopo poco arriva l'antipasto e poi attendiamo più di un'ora per i primi. Personale molto scortese e maleducato: nessuno ci informa del ritardo, nessuno si scusa. Orientamento al cliente inesistente. Praticamente un tavolo da 9 totalmente dimenticato. Ci alziamo alle 16:15 avendo mangiato solo l'antipasto. Abbiamo chiesto la doggy bag per sfinimento. Dopo l'esperienza negativa, una volta arrivato il momento del conto, non ti degnano nè delle scuse per il disagio arrecato, nè dello sconto per il pessimo servizio.
Sconsiglio di andare in questo posto.

Io oggi vorrei relazionare il servizio che è il vero biglietto da visita di ogni attività commerciale. In quest'attività ho rilevato la proprietà assente, dei bravissimi giovani addetti al servizio ed una pessima responsabile di sala. Se un cliente sta ricevendo un cattivo servizio ha diritto a confrontarsi con chi ha la responsabilità e non con dei ragazzi gentilissimi che offrono le vaghe risposte suggerite da chi è rimasto dietro le quinte. Se un servizio sta andando male bisogna metterci la faccia, nel caso scusarsi e infine riconciliare economicamente un prezzo magari già stabilito. Nulla di tutto questo. Servizio pessimo, possibilità di reclamare con chi ha la responsabilità impossibile. Riconciliare economica per il disservizio nemmeno presa in considerazione. Questa è una location che sconsiglierò a chicchessia. Una ricorrenza di famiglia rovinata da improvvisazione e incapacità di gestione di un servizio inadeguato. State alla larga. La competizione, nel campo della ristorazione, è ampia e questi signori meritano di fare un altro mestiere.
