We ordered two pinsas for home delivery at 9 pm, and they were delivered very quickly. The pinsas were delicious and rich in toppings. Great prices, and both the person who took the order and the person who delivered it were incredibly kind. Highly recommended.

A positive experience in every sense. I emphasize the delicacy and quality of the products handmade by the family members/owners of the establishment. The first courses of "ammassita" pasta were uniquely delicious. The wines paired with the meals were varied. Very attentive service. The price was fair for the quality.

🌿 YOU CAN BE VEGAN 🌿 Thank you 😘 I was invited to a classy dinner at this place, which I didn't know, and I was already prepared/resigned to eating only vegetables...and instead...: Appetizer: bruschetta with tomatoes and, I think, falafel. Even though the latter weren't the best, I really appreciated the idea. (They could have just given me vegetables, but instead they made an effort to think of an alternative 🙏) First courses - a plate of pasta with a simple sauce (very basic) and a plate of pasta with creamed zucchini (very delicate, it's zucchini after all! I appreciated that they made it creamy so it blended with the pasta; often, people don't even make the effort and just throw 2-3 vegetables randomly on the plate) MAIN COURSE: SLICED FAKE CHICKEN 🤩🤩🤩 I never would have expected that while everyone else was getting a mixed grill, I'd get a protein! THANK YOU for your care in finding an alternative that could match the omnivorous one without making me feel inferior. It takes so little, yet it's not a given to find this kind of attention in places that don't serve vegan food. Really good, thank you. The portions were just right/abundant. The place is nice and the staff is attentive. Parking isn't a problem. I don't know why the students paid for the costs. 😅

The best ciabattoni in the province of Rome 😀😋 But the croissants, maritozzi, Danish pastries, etc. are also no slouch!

I highly recommend Centrale 97. I celebrated my mother's birthday with a surprise party, and in addition to the relaxing and laid-back atmosphere, we ate fantastic food: super-light pinsas, delicious fried foods, drinks for every taste, and... the pastry chef made a top-notch Bavarian cake. My cousin, who is celiac, had a pizza made especially for her in a laboratory with zero risk of cross-contamination. The wait was almost non-existent. Moira, who served us, was incredibly patient with us, fulfilling our every request. 5 stars for everything. I'll definitely be back!

We stopped by for lunch by chance. The buffalo mozzarella from Parma was excellent. The focaccia was very good. The zucchini flower, mozzarella, and anchovy pinsa was delicious.
