13/11/2025: A small backstreet restaurant in small-town Frascati that really delivers quality food - well sourced and cooked with style. My Lamb Scottadito was crisp, crunchy, meaty and hot, just out of the oven, and accompanied by crisp oven roasted potatoes. Fine lamb, done right. A starter of lightly fried zucchini was a surprise, crispy, tasty, salty, and great with my beer. Lovely restaurant, lovely people. Recommended.

21/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant by chance, unfortunately it is a bit hidden and therefore not very popular, I promised myself to return several times as we had a great time, excellent preparation of meals, good value for money, kindness, cleanliness, wi-fi, I highly recommend it

03/01/2026: Clean place, impeccable service. We were greeted with a smile and a... welcome, they explained the menu, asked if everything was okay, and guided us through lunch... which may seem obvious, but they aren't. Traditional cuisine prepared with care. I rediscovered the flavors of grandma's cooking with the oxtail meatball, which I recommend. The desserts are also good. Excellent value for money. I recommend it. Well done.

28/01/2026: We went to this fraschetta for lunch on December 25th, attracted by the excellent reviews. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. I'd still be curious to try again, as there are definitely some positives. Parking isn't much because there are at least two restaurants there. You have to enter a closed-off street; it's better to walk (as we did) on busy days than to turn back and look elsewhere. The place is definitely worth a visit, especially if you eat in the characteristic, well-decorated, and clean cave area. The staff is friendly, but the lack of a menu and therefore the unknown prices are a major downside. I especially wonder, "Is that even possible these days?" Unfortunately, the limited selection (yes, I know it's a fraschetta, but the prices are restaurant-like!! So...?) doesn't help if you're going with children. We asked for bruschetta for the kids, but they told us they don't make it. Then they asked for simple pasta for them, but they don't cook, and that's fine, I'm fine with that; we're very understanding. The worst thing, then, isn't that the kids weren't satisfied, but that even though we asked for a portion of appetizers (specifying ONE more than once given the situation) to find something for the little ones to eat and then reorder to taste or try something else, they still brought us and charged us 2. That's just not how it's done, I'm very disappointed. Otherwise, the lasagna was excellent, the house wine was good, coming from large plastic bottles, and the appetizer was average/good, nothing special. The porchetta was tasty, but not exceptional (the one from Viterbo is better and crispier, in my opinion). In the end, the kids only ate bread, or almost (they basically bought something from outside), and we, obviously, weren't able to eat it all. I'd like to go back and pay more attention to my bill, without the kids and double the appetizers so I can try something else.

27/12/2025: I go there often because it's close to where I live. The food is spectacular and very reasonably priced. Roman specialties. There's a place outside where you can start the evening with an aperitivo. Unfortunately, parking is a sore point...

09/11/2025: Phenomenal pizzeria! The dough is light and fluffy, and the cooking is always impeccably crispy. The ingredients are top-quality, with carefully selected ingredients for the toppings, which are always well-balanced. It never feels heavy. I highly recommend this pizzeria to everyone. The staff is also always helpful, kind, and courteous. A full recommendation.

30/12/2025: I chose Domus to celebrate my eighteenth birthday, and needless to say, I had a wonderful time! From the preparations for the party to the welcome I received at the hotel for the first time with Lucrezia, I always felt treated like a friend, not a client. Then, speaking of the party, the food was exceptional to say the least, and the service was impeccable. During the party, the waiter, Indi, asked if everything was going as I wanted at least ten times. He was always there for me, but not at all invasive; in fact, he made me feel even more listened to, even for the smallest details. A huge thank you again to all the staff; I would do it again a thousand times!

30/12/2025: I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday. The location was beautiful, everything was meticulously maintained, the food was good, and the staff was always helpful and polite. The room I chose was beautiful and meticulously designed. I just added some balloons.

30/12/2025: Excellent, interesting first experience. Well-prepared, tasty dishes. Welcoming place, we had a great time. Good, well-stocked wine cellar. Dinner for four: four appetizers, a bottle of wine, four first courses, one appetizer for each main course, and two desserts, €40/person.

20/11/2025: Very attentive to quality, with more than fair prices. First courses are freshly prepared, choosing from their daily fresh egg pasta. A good selection of second courses and side dishes are also available. Recommended for quick, quality lunches.

16/10/2025: Excellent pasta and fast, friendly service. Esmeralda and her husband serve up excellent dishes every day. The pasta is a real highlight, of course, but the traditional main courses are certainly not out of place. Takeout is a great way to share their delicious dishes with family and friends. Highly recommended.

27/07/2025: Very nice and well-kept place, quality food. Max, the owner, is an artist when it comes to making cocktails, and I've never had them as good as his anywhere else!

22/07/2025: Fantastic place! I decided to spend my birthday here, and it was a memorable experience. The owner/bartender was polite, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere is intimate and charming, and you can definitely enjoy one of the most breathtaking views of Frascati (better at sunset!). One last thing, as the owner says: "This place isn't a watering hole!" So be brave and try the drinks. They're fabulous!

08/12/2025: Excellent restaurant. We celebrated a birthday and occupied the entire place, which is usually closed for Sunday lunch. The food is good, and the atmosphere and service are up to expectations.

12/12/2025: I returned after a few years and was pleased that the quality of the place was even better than I remembered. The selection of platters, wines, and beers is truly impressive, not to mention the rock music that accompanies the evening. The homemade desserts are the icing on the cake. Well done guys!

10/11/2025: On Sunday 09/11/25 I went there with my wife for lunch. Aside from a misunderstanding on my part, I asked the owner about it so we could visit the Roman catacombs on which the Pasquino restaurant stands. WE HAD A VERY WONDERFUL LUNCH. Everything was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
