20/04/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante in più occasioni, sia per delle feste (tra cui la mia dei 40 anni), che per dei pranzi in famiglia e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze, location stupenda (di sera poi rende ancora di più con la meravigliosa vista su Roma), portate buonissime, porzioni giuste e non striminzite e rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto. Ho sempre fatto un figurone con le persone che ho portato qui. Assolutamente consigliato!

21/03/2025: Enchanting location with an incredible view overlooking both an illuminated swimming pool and Rome. Prominent restaurant located in the Castelli Romani area. Impeccable welcome from the maìtre who assists guests in every choice. The attention to detail and the welcome flutes served upon arrival were very appreciated. Refined and particular cuisine, prices appropriate to the location and the quality of the food.

04/05/2025: We were 4 adults and a 2 year old girl, we had a great time! Both the service and the owner's cuisine were excellent. The pappardelle with wild boar and the lamb with lamb are particularly recommended. We will definitely be back

03/05/2025: 5 stars - An unforgettable experience at the Cavour Restaurant! I went to the Cavour Restaurant in Frascati and I was thrilled! The environment is elegant but welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The cuisine is simply delicious: dishes with attention to detail, with fresh ingredients and authentic traditional flavours, revisited with taste. Special thanks go to Yegle, the owner, who with passion and professionalism makes every visit a unique experience. His kindness and attention to guests really make the difference. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, atmosphere and a welcome that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

11/05/2025: FAVORITE BURGER. It's the second time I've come to this place and it never disappoints! The sandwiches are sensational, loaded with seasoning and cooked to perfection. They make the bread themselves and it is of high quality. Delicious fried food and very honest prices (€15 menu with sandwich, drink and fries). They also do desserts and have beers on tap. The place is a bit small so I recommend booking a little in advance.

27/04/2025: Pub con arredamenti di legno, come se ne trovano pochi. Per me già è sufficiente. Perché lo trovo bellissimo. Cibo ottimo. Panini fatti a regola d’arte con un pane eccellente e materie prime di qualità. Selezione di birre artigianali di grandi birrifici. E personale davvero gentile. Una perla da consigliare Ivan

12/05/2025: 3 of us tasted meatballs with sauce, oxtail meatballs, coratella, pork shank, sautéed chicory (no starters or first courses). We were advised on a red wine that could accompany everything and the innkeeper was very good at serving us a juicy and drinkable Cesanese. Excellent tiramisu and lovely location. On Saturday evenings, fast service and maximum availability and courtesy of the staff.

07/05/2025: Dinner for two, two roast meats: Sublime chicken, all the rest of the meat is also excellent but I would have avoided the trimming which is too heavy. Really excellent sautéed chicory, house wine "Cerasuolo" not bad. Coffee, albeit in pods, better than that of many bars around. I will definitely be back to try the rest. Really recommended.

04/05/2025: Per quanto a Frascati sia impossibile non mangiare bene, questa trattoria entra di diritto fra le preferite delle nostre vacanze romane. Comodissima la prenotazione con THE FORK che ci ha dato subito un 20% di sconto, personale giovane e gentilissimo e cibo davvero ottimo. Anche la amatriciana rivisitata con - UDITE UDITE - la cipolla. Ottima. Ci siamo divisi un antipasto misto, due primi (spaziali i tonnarelli cacio e pepe, equilibrati nel gusto), due calici (enormi) di vino, acqua, dolce e due caffè. 50 euro sono stati un prezzo più che giusto. Torneremo sicuramente. P. s. Se non siete del posto e cercate posteggio, c'è a dieci minuti a piedi quello della stazione che può essere pagato con il Telepass.

26/05/2025: Cozy place with baroque and elegant notes. The staff is very kind and welcoming and the menu offers a variety of foods and wines of excellent quality for all tastes. I definitely recommend it.

28/05/2025: From the kitchen to the service to the location everything was impeccable! We were a very large group with vegetarians and they treated us very well. From the tasty appetizers with unusual and special vegan variations. Delicious amatriciana and carbonara as well as the fried lamb chops. The vegan alternatives were much appreciated especially for the attention in the preparation of the dishes (and not the usual banal vegetables that you find around). Excellent tiramisu and wine donuts. Unbeatable price/quality/quantity, we will definitely be back!

18/05/2025: Restaurant on view in Frascati We started with a mixed appetizer from the Osteria but we were a little disappointed by the size of the dishes on the plate. Let's say it was a bit gourmet. Followed by a nice first course cacio e pepe very good. For the second course the waiter (very kind) recommended a meatloaf with Provola and side dishes of our choice. All good. No music inside the restaurant as it is a rustic and a bit elegant. Service by the waiters good all good guys. I expected more. Fair prices.

04/05/2025: We had my daughter's communion, from the no-obligation consultancy of Giada, super professional and prepared, and if you don't have any ideas she will help you solve them, the location with foreign spaces for every need always if the weather allows it of course, but internally it is no less with comfortable spaces, excellent food, excellent Chef and Metrev service and super friendly waiters thanks again until the next highly recommended event

Clean and large rooms, convenient to the center of Frascati and strategic for visiting Rome, good breakfast with a second espresso coffee and cappuccino (excellent coffee)... THANKS for everything

10/04/2025: A very cozy atmosphere with a touch of sophistication when it comes to drinks. They have a delicious murrito and the best burrito I've ever had!!! Romantic for couples and great for friends, I don't need to say anything else... The place is really good!

07/02/2025: First time at Divan Japonais at Max's! Well what can I say, I was really satisfied with this place with its welcoming and slightly retro atmosphere. As soon as we sat down we were greeted with some delicious olives flavored with spices, if I'm not mistaken some chips and a glass of aniseed water, I must say very simple but not at all obvious, very refreshing. The quantity of alcohol available, and their quality amazed me a lot. The menu offers a lot of choice, and the cocktails are really good, with a refined flavour. Personally I think it's brilliant to accompany the cocktail with a cruet that allows you to refill the glass. Highly recommended for those who love drinking quality cocktails at fair prices!!!! I will definitely be back!!!!!!

21/04/2025: Un bel giorno di Pasquetta passato con la famiglia in questo locale, piccolo ma molto accogliente. Il cameriere super veloce e disponibile e che dire dello chef: ha preparato la carbonara fuori menù solo per il nostro tavolo!! Un buonissimo pranzo e se torneremo a Frascati sapremo dove andare a mangiare. Grazie ❤️

For breakfast, an acceptable choice with a sore point for the yeasts which in my humble opinion could be improved. Extremely attentive, kind and helpful staff with guests! Possibility of consumption on site and takeaway. Recommended for anyone nearby

Esperienza che parla di ricerca delle materie prime, accuratezza nelle selezioni degli ingredienti e del vino. Cucina semplice ma mai banale, anzi. 24/03/2025: Il locale è confortevole ed il personale accogliente. Il menù è interessante e le portate molto buone. Tuttavia diverse cose mi hanno lasciato insoddisfatto: l’acqua (solo liscia dal rubinetto) aveva un pessimo sapore. Il tavolo era appiccicoso, cosa che ho trovato sgradevolissima. Le portate dei primi davvero esigue (5 tortelli contati). Il conto finale davvero esagerato rispetto alla qualità dell’esperienza vissuta. Un vero peccato. Non ci tornerei.
