29/12/2024: I chose this place to celebrate my graduation and was immediately enchanted by it. The location in question has an incredible view, the swimming pool is open all year round, and is an integral part of Villa Mercede, a jewel at the entrance to Frascati, one of my favorite areas of the Castelli Romani. The professionalism of the maître Nicola makes "La cucina con vista" a restaurant of great prominence; he assisted me at all times, making sure my guests were comfortable and enjoying the event, it was as if he was watching over us. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly, in line with the elegance of the venue. The refined and tasty food was the confirmation of having chosen the right restaurant and which I would recommend a million times to everyone, not only to celebrate events but also to spend a quiet evening enjoying a splendid view. Congratulations again to all the staff, well deserved. Keep it up! ❤️

06/01/2025: The experience was flawless from the start. While we waited they offered us smoked scamorzine wrapped in bacon, a touch of originality that made the welcome even warmer. The owner's passion clearly shines through: not only through the quality and care of the dishes, but also in the joy with which she welcomes each guest, making everyone feel at home, but with the service and professionalism of a high-level restaurant. We opted for a complete, rich and varied mixed starter, which included cured meats, cheeses and hot specialties such as cacio e pepe meatballs, chickpeas with truffle cream, Roman tripe, rustic pie with courgettes, tomato and lentil meatballs. Each course was prepared with quality ingredients and perfectly cooked All at a surprisingly honest price: truly unbeatable, especially considering the generosity of the portions. The kindness and friendliness of the staff, combined with the extraordinary quality of the food, made this experience a pleasant discovery during a walk in Frascati. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant that combines tradition, taste and hospitality.

13/11/2024: Rustic and very nice atmosphere, kind and friendly staff and good food, of excellent quality and cooked really well and you can also find a good choice of wines which are recommended by the owner's son who I know has taken a sommelier course. I will happily return.

09/12/2024: Osteria located in the center of Frascati, has a very characteristic and welcoming environment. The staff is really kind and very knowledgeable. As for the food, the starters were good, although I didn't particularly like the porchetta and mozzarella, while the meatballs were really excellent. As for the first course, I chose a truffled carbonara, which was really good. Price a little above average, but still approved.

Service at a very high level, food also great and the atmosphere of a local business. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet and authentic place full of local people.

02/11/2024: Perfect service, delicious food. To start, we were served a glass of prosecco and bread My wife ate tortellini with mussels, I ordered risotto with shrimps. The dishes were prepared perfectly. At the end, we had a perfect espresso with almond cookies. It is worth adding that the restaurant is quiet. No loud music, which often distracts and interferes with conversation. When I'm in Frascati again, I will definitely come back here.

08/02/2025: My partner and I spent a pleasant evening at the property's SPA. We chose a couple's massage with jacuzzi, accompanied by a rich aperitif. The structure is very well looked after, and the staff has always been friendly and professional. It is the ideal place for those looking for a moment of pure relaxation and well-being. We will be back!

30/01/2025: I had wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, as it had very high ratings. However, I had always held back, because the descriptions of the dishes and some photos gave me the idea of ​​a cuisine that was a little too refined, which I don't like very much. Then I saw that management had changed and that the music in the kitchen had also changed and so I finally decided to try it. I was there for a quick lunch and I took the dish of the day, without even looking at the menu and so this is a preliminary review. I intend to return calmly for dinner and then do a more in-depth review. Meanwhile, the judgement, even if preliminary, is certainly positive. The place is welcoming and the dishes we tried were very good. The courteous and "familiar" service seemed to me to be in tune with the environment and with the customers, who also seemed to be made up of regulars. For now I give it a good 4, all deserved. Then we'll see if we can bring it to 5 with dinner.

28/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Very welcoming place, the service is fast and efficient. In addition to the vast choice of dishes and excellent quality, a positive note to which we should give credit is certainly represented by the kindness of the owner and the waitress who served us. It is a high-end restaurant, whose quality-price ratio is absolutely right. It also has internal parking. We will definitely be back!

11/02/2025: The lasagna bolognese and mushroom pasta were excellent. Desserts are their strong point. The meal was overall very successful. The chef was particularly pleasant. I highly recommend this establishment for a most enjoyable evening.

I had a carbonara and my partner had the ravioli with porchetta... for the second course a portion of delicious suckling pig... too bad I was full otherwise I would have also taken the chicory , there are inviting choices off the menu... the tiramisu was also good, the only thing that annoyed me a little was paying €7.50 for a cover charge for 3... for goodness' sake... I always respect those who work... .overall it's a great restaurant which I will definitely return to 😊

08/12/2024: I would be lying if I said I didn't know this place but ... the review is not biased, I came alone for dinner because in my opinion the dishes are balanced in quantity, fair (I don't eat much in the evening) and tasty. A cuisine with local products and masterfully prepared by the chef with many years of experience ... there is no shortage of photos and I am not an expert in photos. The room is very spacious and muffles the noise from the completely full tables well. The service has improved a lot, quick and precise, informed about the dishes that the owner knows how to describe carefully, I haven't been here for a while but they have increased the choice on the wine list. I read that someone commented on the cost, it is certainly proportionate to the effort in the kitchen and in sourcing the always excellent quality raw materials. A small weakness as it is almost central in Frascati or you are very lucky to immediately find a parking space under the place or you just have to walk a hundred meters. Three people in the dining room and three in the kitchen on a Friday evening ensure attention and speed. I've been going there for years and overall I've never changed my opinion. Recommended, still today.
