18/10/2025: Welcoming and friendly atmosphere, fast and organized service despite the restaurant being full. You can also sit outside if the weather permits, as the street and Piazza Pia are closed to traffic on that side. It goes without saying that everything was delicious, but the top score goes to Rita's tiramisu, which isn't the usual one served in a glass, but a portion on a plate. I didn't photograph it because I didn't have time! Am I biased? Try it...

25/09/2025: I had to wait 30 minutes to get a sandwich and a beer, even though it was off-peak time (12:50) and there was no one in line. But then again, it was the Rome derby, and it was more important to follow the match on my tablet. Furthermore, the burly guy at the kiosk is incredibly ignorant. He wanted me to eat standing up even though there were empty seats at the counter ("They're for people having coffee, otherwise how am I supposed to do it") and empty tables ("And what if someone makes a reservation?"). In the end, he took pity on me and let me eat my sandwich on a rusty iron table. Hygiene is also poor, as the place where they prepare the sandwiches is full of flies and midges, which isn't a good sign. If you value yourself and your self-esteem, avoid this place. When I write negative reviews, I do so for one sole purpose: if you're good and capable, you should thrive; if you're not, you should quit and change careers, given the overwhelming competition. Unfortunately, most people don't think like me. Update: I appreciate your polite response. I'll try again next year.

16/12/2025: Today I went to dinner with my wife. My experience at this place was rather unsatisfactory. We sat down and noticed that there were no forks or knives on the table. After ten minutes, the waiter came over very hastily and listed a series of dishes. After asking for the menu, he looked at us with a surprised expression and threw a card with a QR code on the table. After reading the appetizer dishes, I asked him to explain the various entrees to me, with a very annoyed and hasty expression. We placed our order. A carbonara A tagliata A side dish A starter Total spent 42 euros. A bit too much, I think. But that's not to say that disrespectful treatment towards a paying customer isn't right. When you go to a restaurant, the first thing to do is display the prices at the entrance, then the menu to choose what you want. Then, if you don't understand, you ask the waiter.

It's a shame that the ambiance is a bit vintage, with its various mixed selections giving it an exotic flavor but lacking any real personality. I think the selection needs to be explored further, and the beer selection is also limited (a real shame). The service is decent, neither praise nor disgrace, but for the quality of the food, I'd go back with my eyes closed.

You can see and taste the care taken in their preparation: no artificial flavors, no excessive sweetness, but a perfect balance that highlights the quality of the ingredients. It's the kind of croissant that makes you start the day with a smile or makes you want to stay again the next day just to rediscover that flavor. The place has a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere, with attention to detail. The staff is kind, smiling, and helpful: you can tell they want to make their customers feel good, and this attention is evident in every little detail, whether it's a leisurely breakfast, a mid-morning break, or even just a quick coffee, here every moment takes on a different flavor. It's one of those places you remember and, above all, want to return to. Highly recommended.

17/01/2026: Terrible service. The lady at the cash register was rude to the employees and customers. Forgotten by God in the cave, after an hour and a half only the appetizer arrived. I repeatedly asked for water and the child's meal. We got up without eating the only pizza we ordered because after an hour and a half of waiting, a small child couldn't contain himself! I politely replied that things needed improving when a waitress said "sorry," and the lady at the cash register in a completely inappropriate manner began a rant, not to mention the owner who, walking by, without knowing the point of the conversation, said, "What do you want?" Too bad my husband heard you. The service absolutely needs improving, because aesthetically it may be a great place, but the people, the professionals, always make the difference.

We've been going there for a few years, and month after month, season after season, they never cease to amaze us with new additions, updates, and improvements. After gelato, granitas, and pastries, superbly prepared by Maestro/Chef Francesco, today we tried the latest addition, the Sicilian aperitivo, with a magnificent Spritz, prepared by Barwoman Alessia!!! Go for it, always on point.

06/01/2026: First time at the pizzeria on the corner, I read late reviews, complaints, etc., I ordered 4 pizzas today, January 6th, they arrived perfectly on time, very good, well-seasoned and well-cooked, they seem really big and they are honest with the prices too, delivery only 1.50 euros, we took Margherita, Biancaneve, Innominata and Vesuvio, all very good, I will return, nice the collection of points for future discounts, thanks, good work
