08/07/2025: I came here for my birthday whilst in Rome and was blown away. Fantastic quality of food and a lovely atmosphere. The staff couldn't have been more knowledgeable or attentive. I even got a free glass of wine as a birthday present! The carpaccio was heavenly and I drank the nicest sweet rosé I've ever had at the restaurant.

30/06/2025: The reviews for this restaurant seem to be all over the place, but I'm here to give it a good review and hoping they will continue to churn out good experiences for travelers in the future. Located very close to Termini, and offering hours much earlier than others, this place is suited for tourists who can't wait until 7pm to start dinner. The food we ordered were delicious! The green sauce lasagna was not like anything we've had before. Steak looked average but was surprisingly tender. The mozzarella they used in the Caprese had a very milky flavor, where other places tended to be bland. L'amatriciana the jowl meat is like a bacon dialed up to an 11 in terms of taste. Desserts were nice and light. Price-wise perhaps the portions are on the small side, but still not that expensive considering it's on the Michelin guide and all the dishes turned out all right.

The service is impeccable: everyone is kind, attentive, and helpful. A place that truly exudes comfort, joy, and serenity. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, beauty, and an unforgettable family atmosphere!

24/05/2025: The staff was very sweet, the margarita pizzas were delicious, I recommend it to everyone. There was a very nice Italian atmosphere in the restaurant, I felt the warmth of the Italian people once again, everyone should definitely give it a try ❤️

12/06/2025: Outside the historic center of Viterbo there is a place of goodness. This very simple and tasty trattoria is the best you can find in Viterbo. The Big Boss welcomes us at 9:30 pm and interrupts a chat with a friend to eat for us. The menu is written on a piece of paper, with various explanations of the freshness and preparation of the dishes. Very good. The Big Boss makes sure it is to our liking, otherwise no problem, he changes or offers the dishes again if we want. Abruzzese bitters at the end to conclude the dinner. First and second courses, wine and water are about 20 euros per person. Keep going like this Big Boss

02/08/2025: Excellent. Way better than expected. Food was plentiful and great value for money. Large portions. Waiters very attentive and obliging. We had the pinza pizza, grilled lamb and seafood spaghetti. All was perfect. Deserves way better rating. Will be back.

28/07/2025: The best place, with friendly staff, good food, great vibe and music. We had our best time here. We discovered the place passing by and after the first time we ate here we choose to came back the rest of our holiday. You must try the pasta Imperium with seafood, the best we ever had. The service is very fast. One night we danced with the chef and we had the a lot of fun. Thank you for all the experience!

01/08/2025: The staff were very kind, courteous, and helpful. The supplì were truly excellent, highly recommended. The place is unpretentious and might not be inviting, but the savory dishes are the exact opposite: very good. As for the pastries, the selection is neither good nor bad.

14/06/2025: Once one of the best for breakfast, I have returned sporadically in the last 3 years, and today I can say NO. Rising prices and decidedly not good croissants.

16/05/2025: Went to this nice bistro for the second time. Love the little alley it is located in and the staff is really friendly :) The Pasta Carbonara could use a little bit of salt for me. But that's just my personal opinion
