Questo ristorante e' un' 'istituzione' per gli Altipiani e la sua fama non si smentisce mai! Ricette sempre interessanti, cucinate alla perfezione, ad un costo giusto! Oggi però vado a segnalare l'ultima novità ...la zuppa inglese preparata in casa dalla signora Sofia! Una leccornia speciale! Ed io...sono un "zuppa inglese dipendente"! Brava Sofia ...il top assoluto!

Locale molto grande sempre super affollato, senza togliere niente alla qualità sia dei prodotti che del servizio! Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a trovare un posto anche se non si è riusciti a prenotare. Portate abbondanti. Prezzi ragionevoli.

27/12/2023: Personally, I don't like snobbish environments, I love trattorias. Unfortunately I would say that the environment is a bit too cold. The lady at the service could certainly be a little kinder, but I understand that the customers could be too. Last but not least, I would go beyond 5 stars for the pizzas. In addition to the quantity of choice, the quality is superb. Excellent leavening and excellent products. Also very good the next day. Compliments!

30/03/2024: Really specific and elegant atmosphere, nice and good quality food. Not as pricey as you would think; it's worth the money. The service was a bit slow, and no one asked us how we liked the food which was weird.
26/12/2023: The location of the restaurant is very elegant. We were accommodated in the breakfast room, very bright and well-kept. Lunch consisted of a fixed menu. The kitchen was very slow in preparing (a reason explained by our waiter as a slowdown 'requested by us') and the guys who helped with the service were not up to the standard of the hotel; guys who didn't pay the right amount of attention, often chatted in the middle of the room and when asked for more bottles of water, they pretended not to hear or didn't pay attention. The food-price ratio is good, but needs to be improved in terms of front-of-house customer service.
