04/11/2025: Strolling through the center of Viterbo, I finally sit down at Sosta del Suffragio. A historic pizzeria a stone's throw from the town square and located in the center of a beautiful avenue. I'll start by saying that the pizzeria is rustic, familiar and welcoming, I found the staff to be truly competent in the whole context. Speaking of food, being with friends we ordered the Fritti which consisted of Supplì potato croquette and that Crocchetta, with Ascoli olives I must say everything was sublime. The cooking, guys, was excellent, arriving at the table to weigh your tongue. Everything was excellent I would say until we got to the pizzas, we ordered two Suffragio and a Marinaio, gigantic on the sides but super crunchy, well-leavened dough and a cooking worthy of being called pizza. All accompanied by excellent beers such as the IPA on tap, I must say I spent a truly carefree evening in a very lovely setting! You can't go to the center of Viterbo and not eat one of the best pizzas in the Viterbo and Tuscany area! Let me try it and judge for myself... It's worth a bite.

08/11/2025: Nice, well-stocked bar. The Neapolitan custom of "suspended coffee" is quite amusing, and it's practiced here. It's a shame about the bathroom, which doesn't lock, is small, and is unisex (during busiest hours, there's a long line).

09/10/2025: Lights and shadows. Let's start with the highlights: the chef knows how to handle fish exceptionally well! This is no small feat. The fish is fresh and masterfully prepared. Unfortunately, everything else was subpar: the combinations of ingredients in the dishes were rather predictable and not particularly successful, and the flavors in the two starters I tried were disjointed. The place is average, a bit too noisy, and the tables are close together. The service was inadequate. It's unfortunate to criticize the helpful staff, but bringing a bottle of wine to the table already opened is unforgivable. A little instruction from the owners would be enough to avoid these lapses in style. I strongly advise the chef to increase the selection of raw fish and quick-cooked or steamed fish, where it is at its best. This will also justify the prices, which are still on the high end.

08/10/2025: Really had a wonderful time here ; particularly enjoyed the pasta with “cuore di tonno”. Really amazing stuff. Nice minimalist design which leaves space for the most important thing, the food.

16/09/2025: I won't judge what I ate, as I don't have the expertise. In any case, I found everything excellent. What I'd like to focus on is a wish I expressed to the chef: As a resident of Ciociaria, I appreciate your research rooted in the region, but I feel a desire for a closer connection to local culinary traditions. I'd be fascinated to see the traditional dishes of Ciociaria revisited with your personal and innovative perspective. It's a complex challenge, requiring historical research and study, but my experiences at this restaurant have convinced me that you have the sensitivity and skill to transform these roots into unique and contemporary creations.

11/09/2025: A few steps back Whenever we pass through Fiuggi, this restaurant is a must-visit for us. Chef Tassa's touch is clearly evident. The menu is based on seasonal and local products, with a particular focus on vegetables. We chose the 8-course menu. It's a shame the welcome menu has changed: there are no longer various finger foods, but rather the course that previously opened the tasting menu. Unfortunately, the 8 courses also include the chef's welcome, so there are actually 7. The quality of the dishes is excellent, both in terms of flavor and balance. The wine tasting wasn't entirely satisfying: no particularly noteworthy labels, nor particularly impressive ones. Overall, however, it was still a pleasant evening.

19/08/2025: Chinese restaurant on Via Don Minzoni in Frosinone, low-key, air conditioning working, normal waiting times, good food quality but staff, at least as far as I'm concerned, not very helpful, they don't like you to come back to them.... after all, what can you expect from the Chinese...?

02/06/2025: Probably the best dinner we've ever had! We celebrated a couple anniversary in May. Very suprised by the amazing quality, freshness and textures of the food. The ambiance is like from fairytale - exterior and interior. We combined both. The service was impeccable - always present but not too intrusive. We had very nice, cozy talks, guys were just super polite and friendly, class. The Chef even proposed us wine for dessert and some suprise as a second dessert. After eating at NUMEROUS Michelin star restaurants, I must say this experience overcame them all not only relatively for the affordability but overally. Grazie Grazie Grazie !

22/11/2025: Very beautiful restaurant, especially the outside! It has a beautifully kept garden! I've been there many times and I have to say, the food is divine! The only downside is that I now have a dog (from what I understand, they're not allowed), so I'll have to give up coming here! Please remove this, I'm so sorry I won't be able to come back 😔

20/10/2025: A well-deserved five stars. Went just yesterday on an organized tour. Very fast service. The location is perfect for any occasion. Very spacious interior and a large outdoor garden. Excellent food, and plenty of it. Highly recommended.

15/12/2025: I love this place, the food is delicious and the service is excellent. It's a family-run place and everyone is super friendly. They really pay attention to even the little details... they even have games and crayons for the kids. There's also parking!! Really TOP!

10/12/2025: When I stopped for some pastries, I expected better quality and service, but that wasn't the case. The pastries didn't have the dough I remember from artisanal bakeries. They definitely could have done better and improved.
