15/03/2026: A truly wonderful place, right on the seafront, with a relaxing and special atmosphere. The food is excellent, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. The staff is always kind, smiling, and very helpful, making you feel welcome and at ease at all times. A unique place you'll always want to return to. Kudos to the entire staff!

17/09/2025: This year we stayed at Hotel Rosalba for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is modern, well-designed, with spacious rooms and a wonderful, incredibly relaxing pool. The staff is highly qualified, incredibly helpful, and friendly. The manager, Paolo, is professional, kind, and approachable, as many should be. Excellent cuisine by chef Maurizio, delicious and plentiful dishes, and the dining room staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The sea is just a short distance away, with private, direct access to the beach. The hotel, like the hotel, is pet-friendly. The entertainment was top-notch! Engaging and fun for both adults and children. A special shout-out and thanks to entertainer Tony, who managed to fill our days with laughter and joy. We sincerely hope to see him again when we return. It was a wonderful holiday of relaxation and fun. A full 5 stars. We will definitely be back next summer!

13/09/2025: I hate to write this review, but unfortunately I'd been with the previous management and never had a problem. I was with my family last night, Saturday, September 6th, and tonight, throwing away the receipt (which I kept), I realized that 5 zucchini flowers with Cantabrian anchovies and ricotta (we ordered 2 portions... the waiter said 1 portion, 2 zucchini flowers... one was free... that's what they told us but didn't actually do...) cost us 32 euros... we basically spent double... what can I say... I was wrong not to check, but when they give you the bill (the individual amounts aren't visible like in other restaurants) they dictate the food... let's say you trust them... then it was 16 euros more... but it's a terrible gesture... we definitely won't be back (also because of another problem with a first course with canichie, which was supposed to be white with cherry tomato sauce but was instead red with tomato paste and cherry tomatoes). But if you want to try it, I recommend asking for everything, sending it back if it doesn't match what was advertised, and above all, checking the bill. I'm replying to the owner: regarding the strozzapreti, sorry, maybe it wasn't concentrated, but the tomato (preserved) was present because the sauce, with only cherry tomatoes, isn't red... my children finished it, they were still hungry, and they don't mind fish sauce with tomato, while I don't like it, which is why I specifically asked, so perhaps it's better to be more specific in explaining the dishes... the rest was normal, so when you asked if everything was okay, we confirmed... let's just say that in my opinion there's no value for money... and as for the bill, I thank you for the gesture, but when the bill was done, you went over the dishes and their quantities with me, so... I won't add anything else... in any case, I don't think I'll contact you, but as already said, I won't be returning.

30/12/2025: A generic bottled weisse was ordered and a San Gabriel Weizen beer arrived for €1.24, served for €10... There are no brands on the menu except for generic "craft beer." They'll never see me again. The pizza was average, nothing special. I had a fornarina and prosciutto crudo for dinner; I don't feel like reviewing the prosciutto, because I don't think they made it.

01/01/2026: A welcoming and very well-maintained restaurant. We started with a truly excellent bruschetta appetizer, crispy and flavorful. The first courses are a must: cappelletti in brodo are delicious, as are the cappellacci al sugo and the passatelli with radicchio, balanced and flavorful. The rabbit was also delicious. The highlights, however, were the desserts: a fantastic crème brûlée and an excellent strudel, an unusual dessert to find in the area. Excellent service and very fair prices for the quality offered. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rimini who wants to try traditional cuisine.

24/11/2025: At the end of August we had lunch at this restaurant. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! Rude staff, especially the owner. We were at lunch and he started yelling at two other diners. It almost started a fight! The food was absolutely awful! Never again!!!!!

07/03/2026: Truly beautiful place! The view from the terrace is spectacular and makes lunch even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is bright, refined, and very relaxing. We had two exceptional first courses: a rich and flavorful pasta with meat sauce and tagliatelle with mushrooms and sausage, truly creamy and well-balanced. Generous portions and quality ingredients. Friendly service and a quiet atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely lunch while enjoying the view. Definitely a place to return to!

05/03/2026: Highly recommended. The tagliatelle with ragù and other delicious first courses were delicious, as was the generous portion of exquisite seared beef carpaccio (I ordered a portion to go). The staff were professional and fast, and the owner, Mr. Alessandro, was extremely kind and knew how to pamper his customers. The panoramic view was simply amazing. We'll definitely be back.

03/01/2026: Very convenient location for the beach, shopping, and sports. The hotel offers a breakfast room with elegant furnishings and a wide selection of high-quality products. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is brand new and well-organized. The room and bathroom are a bit small but always spotless, and the balcony with a side sea view is delightful. Quiet. It's also truly pet-friendly. Highly recommended.

18/12/2025: I stopped in with some friends for some piadinas. I wasn't expecting much, but to our surprise, we ate excellent piadinas and cassoni in a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The service was also excellent, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

02/12/2025: Pacha Mama is a truly delightful piadina shop. Light dough, well-filled piadinas, and ingredients that taste fresh. The cassoni are also worth a try: crispy on the outside and rich on the inside, without being heavy. The service is fast and the staff are friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are fair for the quality. In short, a place you'll want to return to.

23/11/2025: The tranquility we found at Tenuta Saiano is hard to match. The building, a classic country farmhouse, is ancient and charming. The rooms are truly welcoming, furnished with antiques yet equipped with every modern comfort. The breakfast served to us was excellent: the estate's products are renowned for their high quality, and we enjoyed a generous variety. Fog and snow prevented us from visiting the grounds, which certainly would have been worth a long stroll. Honorable mention goes to the lady in charge of management: professional, attentive, full of attention, and generous with recommendations for places to visit. We hope to return soon.

02/11/2025: It's a magnificent place, surrounded by greenery and nature with a beautiful view. Welcoming staff and a new, clean room. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but they bring some homemade sweet and savory items to your table, which is also great for reducing waste! The products are excellent, and we highly recommend it!
