30/01/2025: Domenica sera siamo finalmente riusciti a tornare alla Cavallina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo ma anche il servizio della cameriera,sempre attenta ma mai invadente. Il mio crudo di ricciola e i paccheri con la gallinella erano squisiti. L'antipasto di fegatini di mio marito era veramente buono così come il secondo di pesce. Sempre graditi sia l'olio di Brisighella da mangiare col pane sia i dolcetti offerti col caffè. Conto più che onesto.

04/01/2025: Dinner with friends in this beautiful establishment which I have already frequented and appreciated several times. Some truly excellent dishes, in particular the scottona carpaccio with vegetables as a starter and the excellent risotto as a first course. Desserts all of great quality, attentive and impeccable service, prices adequate.

Accolti dalla gentilissima moglie di uno dei titolari (il cuoco) ci siamo accomodati nella sala al piano superiore. Ottimi piatti ben proposti e servizio impeccabile.
Consigliatissimo, una delle esperienze culinarie dell'anno.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

12/01/2025: My friends and I passed by this tavern by chance: we were walking through the streets of Brisighella and we stopped to eat here.
What can I say… everything perfect. Crazy location, the place is literally dug into the mountain and the exposed rocks make the environment rustic and warm. The lady who served us was kind, friendly and always professional (thanks again for offering us coffee). We found the food delicious, especially the potatoes and the cake.
Five stars are not enough.
We will be back!!!

Hospitality, professionalism, service, excellent food, very beautiful and well-kept environment, all at absolutely affordable prices in line with the market. Varied menu, many cuts of meat available and tasty first courses and starters. The wine list is excellent and very extensive.

05/01/2025: I had tried this Trattoria about 15 years ago and had good memories, today I went back and I must say with pleasure that my memories were true. Simple, genuine and varied traditional cuisine. The vegetarian dish is good, but the passatelli Pablo style are delicious. Worth mentioning is the chestnut pie with zabaglione.

Il locale è molto carino, accogliente e pulito.
Le cameriere gentili e professionali, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra.
Servizio abbastanza veloce.
Abbiamo ordinato crostini, un primo a testa, un dolce a testa, vino e caffè.
Tutto molto buono, ben impiattato, prodotti freschi.
Il conto giusto per ciò che abbiamo mangiato.
06/01/2025: They pay attention to the details! The food was really tasty - we got the artichoke to start, then the tender veal (which they slowly cook for more than 24h) and the caramelle. The atmosphere is cozy, they’re fast and the service is very kind. The locally produced oil is a plus. Definitely recommended!

16/02/2025: It's a shame, the location is impeccable and very beautiful, the food isn't bad, but unfortunately the service dampens any desire to return, long waits, the waiters don't know where to take the dishes, 20 min. Of waiting to pay, repeated and solicited requests for desserts, coffee and service in general! I understand that there are few of them but it doesn't work like that! A real shame! Salty bill!
13/02/2025: Excellent welcome, quality food, abundant at affordable prices. We couldn't believe our eyes (a mountain of typical appetizers, encore first courses, encore second courses, desserts galore, wine and water for 30 euros) all in a pleasant, interesting and clean context like the rest of the town. We spent a night in a camper in a splendid equipped area not far away.
It will certainly be part of our stops in the next transfers. Thank you

22/11/2024: A step back in time, the bars and taverns of the past, even the furnishings and lights.
Room illuminated by the lights that were once above the billiards!
However, bruscetta, perhaps better defined as crostoni, is very rich in excellent raw materials, almost all of which is raw.
And the wine prices are humane, tavern-style.
Every now and then you have to visit these places, this is where we come from!

03/01/2025: Upon entering you really have the feeling that time has stopped here. A typical village var, with many people, both dating and otherwise, sitting at the tables and chatting calmly. A truly beautiful image, a distant memory of those who live in the city.
Very friendly staff and excellent quality of pastries.
I highly recommend it.
01/12/2024: I had a Hugo with company and they brought us peanuts and small sandwiches.
The drink was very nice and decorated and the snacks well filled😋. All for ONLY 5 EUROS!
I had never been to a bar where an aperitif only costs 5 euros. One of my favorite places in Brisighella.

19/01/2025: atmosfera d'altri tempi, raccolta, in un ambiente conservato splendidamente illuminato da un camino che ha completato il quadro. Perfettamente consigliati sia nel cibo che nella scelta dei vini, ci siamo immersi in sapori veri e quasi dimenticati, semplici ma allo stesso tempo magistralmente cucinato da una giovane e simpatica chef. Così contenti che la sera successiva abbiamo replicato senza indugi.
05/01/2025: Bel locale interrato dall'atmosfera calda e famigliare. Piatti della tradizione buoni e personale simpatico. I primi erano abbondanti e i dolci top, giusti i prezzi. Che dire, da provare!

27/01/2025: Poco fuori Brisighella, nella frazione di Sant Eufemia, si trova l’omonima trattoria, fra le piu’ antiche d’Italia. Locale spartano e un po’ datato, ma comunque decoroso e pulito. Piatti semplici, molti della tradizione romagnola, ben fatti, con porzioni generose. Servizio informale, simpatico e veloce. A pranzo menu’ fisso a 15 euro, mentee a cena e festivi si mangia alla carta con ampia scelta. Da provare.

Noi veniamo qui per le ricorrenze di famiglia, da anni. Non ci ha mai delusi.
