22/01/2026: Passing through for work, I decided to stop for lunch, a selection of starters and main courses, plus dessert. The bill was a complete rip-off for me. Starter + sandwich (larger than normal, good, nothing to complain about), water + coffee, €17.80. I've never spent so much anywhere else (aside from the beautiful, clean place, the lovely girls who work hard, and all the passion you could want), but we're not in the center of Padua or Verona or Bassano del Grappa or Ravenna, we're in Alfonsine, holy cow.

17/05/2026: TOP piadina, vast menu of piadinas, rolls and crescioni, the girls are very kind and fast, being located on a busy road the parking is limited to 4/5 cars, acceptable considering that in 15 minutes you order, consume and leave again

27/04/2026: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review: This isn't the first time I've eaten at Polka, and as a celiac, I've always considered it a "go-to" restaurant in Marina Romea. Yesterday was my first and last time at Polka in 2026, for two main reasons I absolutely will not compromise: 1) UNREASONABLE PRICE INCREASE. Let's be clear, you can't pay €18 for fried fish that is actually fried onions, zucchini, eggplant, and carrots. 2) THE QUALITY OF THE DISH IS VERY POOR. Besides being a dish of mostly vegetables, there was also another problem: they were drowned in oil, which is disgusting and not at all healthy. First of all, I reiterate that the price is completely illogical considering it's all vegetables, and especially for that price, it's unacceptable for a dish to come out drowned in oil. I'd like to leave you with an ethical question: Knowing the social fabric in Italy, after years of stagnant wages, and after a rapid and constant increase in costs that doesn't seem to be slowing down, is it ethical to offer certain expensive dishes of rather questionable quality?

10/05/2026: I admit I arrived on a crowded Saturday night. An hour-long wait had put me off, but once I tasted the food, I was completely repelled. It was truly fresh, excellent, and plentiful. The open kitchen is a touch of class in restaurants. Very nice. Just be careful of the grill fumes that fill the room. This is annoying. With a few adjustments, much more can be done. Anyway, well done. Recommended.

05/04/2026: Excellent value and food. Menus for every budget, excellent cooking and delicious dishes. We've been going there for nine years straight and the food is good and the price is fair. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's perfect for us, and I've only eaten there twice before coming here by chance, and I've never changed. Very clean place and family atmosphere, they also serve pizza. I highly recommend trying it.

09/12/2025: Excellent welcome and excellent service! 🤩 We ordered the platter for two, consisting mainly of quality cured meats, a piece of cheese, caramelized figs, squacquerone, and piadina. 🤩🤩🤩🤩 I'd just like to point out that I personally wouldn't have included squacquerone; it's a very delicate cheese that, in my opinion, doesn't add any flavor to the platter. I understand it's often served with jams, but in this context, I don't find it particularly suitable, not even aesthetically. Let's move on to the first courses, a delight 😋 pumpkin ravioli and cappelletti marchesini 🤩 San Govese wine, water, and coffee I recommend it

23/10/2025: I dined on the very pleasant veranda, furnished in a nautical style with a view of the seafront (which, given the season, is now less busy and parking was easy). As always, simple, quality cuisine in a family-friendly atmosphere. The interior has remained the same as its original, with a slightly retro charm. I ordered a mixed grill (monkfish, sole, and a skewer of tender cuttlefish), a green and red salad, and water. In addition to bread, they brought me a piadina. I spent €28, which I'd say is normal for a seafood meal. The staff were friendly and professional.

07/04/2026: Incredibly affordable and delicious pizza. The taste is first-class! No extra charges per person like in many restaurants. Water is only €1. You can sit outside on wooden benches. Unfortunately, there's only one table. We were lucky and it was free. The service is very attentive. Short waiting times. We would come again, but we're not in the area anymore. Greetings to the owners and staff from three people and a child.

19/03/2026: A truly unique and unconventional place. I had excellent burgers, accompanied by a truly excellent selection of beers. The service was quick and very friendly. I'll definitely be back!
