16/06/2025: Dinner with Jek... far from the center, adjacent to the free beach of Milano Marittima... at Cala Zingaro they manage to make you "unplug"! A lunch, a dinner, an aperitif... whatever your moment of sharing, you will appreciate the simplicity, taste and harmony that its staff manages to transmit to you thanks to a genuine attitude and the proposal of their dishes that do not forget tradition, the excellent choice of raw materials and, something that I really appreciate, seasonality. 25/05/2025: You can't go to the beach and not eat at Mami's. Fresh pasta, lasagne, cappelletti etc... I did the shopping before returning home!!!! Quality food at a fair price.

15/03/2025: If you are a lover of fresh pasta and seafood flavours, Pasta Fresca Ma.Mi is a must-see in Lido Adriano. I tried the seafood salad, the spaghetti with clams and the tagliolini with salmon, and I can say that the freshness of the fish and the perfect cooking of the pasta made every bite a pleasure. The portions are generous, the dishes well seasoned and tasty without being heavy. The service is friendly and fast, especially outside peak times, and the place has a simple but welcoming atmosphere. An excellent quality-price ratio, considering the quality of the raw materials and the generosity of the portions. If you are in the area and want a well-made fish first course, I recommend it without hesitation!

05/07/2025: Very nice service, friendly and attentive, and they also paid close attention to the order. Excellent freshly squeezed orange juice, perfectly warm espresso, short and dark, and delicious toast, all served outside despite the self-service counter. Both smiled and were patient, even when some customers seemed uneducated and cheeky. The atmosphere was great, both inside and out, and on the terrace with parasols, a mid-park setting in the city center. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch, and Sunday evenings. Very fair prices. I'll be coming again.

08/07/2025: We visited Fiore Mio in Faenza on a July evening. The place is welcoming and well-maintained, but extremely noisy: an evening spent at the table risks turning into a bit of an acoustic challenge. A few sound-absorbing panels would really make a difference. We ordered a Marinara (the dough cannot be changed) and a Parmigiana with three consistencies. I received the pizza first, while Giorgia 🍑 had to wait an additional three minutes—nothing serious, but noteworthy for a place that focuses on a refined experience. The Parmigiana is one of the gourmet pizzas offered: beautiful to look at, but a bit thin in the center and with a slightly undercooked sensation inside. The Marinara, on the other hand, stands out for the quality of the tomato, truly remarkable, but overall it didn't impress us as much as we expected, given the rave reviews we'd received previously. We spent €36.50 for two (two pizzas, water, and a Coke), a price in line with gourmet pizzerias, but one that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth given the less than satisfying experience. In short: a well-intentioned place, but overrated, at least in our experience. There's room for improvement both in the management of the space and in the balance of the pizzas.

23/02/2025: Excellent village pizzeria, ideal for takeaway (no consumption on site) very fast service (we went on a Saturday evening without calling and waited very little) TOP quality pizza! The only flaw is that the social channels need to be updated.

18/05/2025: I returned to this restaurant after years and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. A special place, beautiful, but it seems more like a mountain hut than a place in a maritime pine forest. We had tagliatelle with morels (off the menu) ... AMAZING!!! selection of 3 cheeses with piadina romagnola, flan of squacquerone on a fondue of parmesan and seasonal truffle. Excellent desserts, zabaglione "to lick the plate" Price appropriate to the dishes...

05/04/2025: Ai dú Butò si gustano piatti della tradizione Romagnolo leggermente ed ottimamente rivisitati e tutti con materie prime. Location molto elegante ed accogliente, servizio impeccabile (cominciando appena entri con il servizio guardaroba, con il flût di brut accompagnato da una entrèè della Chef). Straordinaria carta dei vini e con una notevole scelta di Rum (anche se non bevo superalcolici). Cappelletti alla spirulina e raviolotti di burrata…non ci sono aggettivi per descrivere la “goduria” assaporandoli. Polpo panato e baccalà croccante…due piatti molto buoni e gustosi. Ottimi impiattamenti. E per finire una discreta zuppa inglese ed un favoloso bonet con caramello al Grand Marnier accompagnati da un’ottimo Recioto passito bianco. Prezzi giusti. Il locale merita anche una deviazione se siete in zona; ottimo ristorante consigliatissimo.

Osteria molto chic con una cura dei dettagli davvero apprezzabile: a partire dal servizio giacche/cappotti appena entrati, all’entrée con calice di benvenuto, alla pasticceria finale. Ottima carta dei vini ed ottima qualità delle pietanze. Location anche davvero carina, da provare assolutamente!
