30/03/2024: Book at least 3 weeks in advance, because it is difficult to find a place. Place with various rooms, welcoming and warm, very kind and professional staff, rating 10 for the Sommelier who recommended two very good wines! Exquisite appetizers and excellent quality products, spectacular freshly made tortelli, I wanted to try the pigeon and I must say I really liked it. Then we can't skip the dessert... a mountain of cream that is immediately noticeable... the goodness is indescribable! I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

31/03/2024: Viaggio nei sapori della cucina regionale abruzzese in questo locale posto in un zona appena periferica di Parma. Ovviamente, grande risalto alle carni e ai classici arrosticini ma tutte le proposte, servite in stoviglie di terracotta, rimandano a tradizioni antiche di una cucina povera ma dai sapori forti. Gentile, professionale e con i giusti tempi il servizio, anche in una giornata faticosa come il pranzo di Pasqua, con il locale, meritatamente, pieno. Discreta la carta dei vini e buoni i dolci. Molto gradita l'entrata di benvenuto e i confetti di Sulmona alla fine del pasto: l'Abruzzo e' terra generosa ed ospitale anche quando e' in trasferta! Conto assolutamente corretto.

The workhorse is the first ones. Tortelli above all! And the capelletti with culatello It was very pleasant and excellent value for money!

21/01/2024: Osteria in name but not in fact. In fact, the place is quite cold for my expectations. But the food was excellent... sublime cappelletti and gorgonzola gnocchi, excellent cured meats and really good desserts. The restaurant had just opened after the holidays so some dishes on the menu were not available, a shame, I will return to taste them.

01/04/2024: We had a wonderful meal in this place. It will be recorded in our memory. Although already a little bit late we were lucky enough to be accepted and get a table. Everything was delicious and very fresh. The wine recommendation was also excellent. It was an Easter menu and luckily we choosed the full menu. The portions were very generous. Things were cooked on the moment and served at their own rhythm. Not a place to go on a hurry (this is not a negative remark, things that are cooked in the moment are supposed to arrive like this).The quality of all ingredients was also quite high, so even things not cooked there (like the cheeses and smoked meats) were amazing. I would gladly return there tomorrow (if not too far away as I will be!).

06/04/2024: Food was really good, the prosciutto is amazing and the mains were also nice (melanzane and tagliatelle). We didn’t have a reservation but they got us a table anyway. The waiters gave us good recommendations for food and wine.

01/04/2024: Nice place, friendly staff, we took a miniature pastiera and two cups (and I stress two cups and not two pots) of tea for a total bill of 11 euros. The cup of tea cost a good 4 euros and this seems excessive to me. If I pass through Parma again, I definitely won't go back
