01/04/2024: I often frequent this pizza restaurant and I must say that I always feel at home... friendly and very knowledgeable staff, fish cooked very well and always of high quality... and superlative pizza
Really a place to spend a nice evening with friends and relatives
30/03/2024: We were 2 weeks ago, 14 people, decent cold appetizers, smoked swordfish only tasted of vinegar, hot appetizers, undone Luciana-style octopus, let's move on, first courses with lobster but I don't know where the flavor of the lobster was, spaghetti with rock the mussels were not very fresh, kind waiters for goodness sake, house wine, fresh water and sorbet total 530 euros for goodness sake the price is ok but I have a lot to say about the quality

01/05/2024: It doesn't take much to be worse than this place, especially the kitchen service and the owner's total lack of education, respect and code of ethics.
If you still decide to go and try something to eat here, arm yourself with great patience even if the place isn't full! Biblical times for gnocco and tigelle, part of the starter did not arrive, just as the first course never arrived. So much so that after half an hour of waiting, we got up and went to pay. And like us, many other customers who, pointing out the reason, saw themselves literally insulted by the owner who, immediately afterwards, saw fit to escape from the kitchen, abandoning the staff (among other things very young and yet to be fully trained ).
He should just be ashamed of how he behaves towards customers, and then towards his own staff!
Having said that I can say that we will certainly never go back again!
I attach photos and reviews of the only things that arrived.
I love fried dumplings, unfortunately this one isn't much, very empty and greasy. The tigelle, which I don't particularly like, however, were less worse than the gnocco.
The cold cuts for two consisted of 4 slices of 3 different sausages: coppa, salami and raw. If you want giardiniera, it must be ordered separately for €4 (4 carrots and 2 cauliflower florets and 2 small squares of pepper).
Lambrusco ok and sparkling water ok.
I would have liked to eat the fried polenta and the tortelloni, but they never arrived! I woke up still hungry and I think it's one of the worst things when you go to a restaurant!
Oh and it's certainly not cheap. €60 to eat just 4 tigelle and 15 gnocchi! Exaggerated prices for the quantity of cold cuts! I attach the receipt.
27/04/2024: Both the gnocco and the tigelle with local cured meats are excellent, not least the lasagna and tortelli, the wide range of excellent wines, the kind and welcoming staff

03/04/2024: Arriving for an aperitif, we were made very welcome by the staff, a simple but very good aperitif! As for the food, it was excellent and the staff was attentive to any request. We will be back soon!
03/04/2024: These are certainly things that can happen but it is the subsequent attitude that is totally unspeakable.
A beer was spilled completely on me and, without receiving an apology, I was given 2 napkins and not even the possibility of accessing the toilet to clean myself. The owner at the time of payment also seemed annoyed that I had asked for something to dry myself. Terrible service

03/04/2024: Absolutely exceptional, the best gluten-free pizza I have eaten... And I have eaten many (in addition to being celiac for about ten years so I also know the "real" pizza...).. Plus very fresh raw materials and courtesy. Last thing, the price, very honest. Well done!

31/03/2024: Went during aperitif time, on the menu it says that the minimum drink was 6 euros, on the menu there was only one beer for 6 euros, the rest was 5 or 7 euros and up. I really don't understand this thing, basically by ordering, with the prices that are there, you exceed them, so why specify it?
They then brought us some platters, which I didn't see on the menu and therefore I can't understand the price.
Apparently there isn't an aperitif formula like in normal places.
From the calculations I deduce they cost at least 8-10 euros each. But they weren't plentiful.
Very high heating in the room.
I didn't like it at all

05/04/2024: This restaurant was so welcoming to this travel-weary family group of Australians.
We were treated with such grace, courtesy and good humour.
Our limited Italian was not an obstacle and we had a beautiful meal which included a large selection of gluten free options. Personally, all this gf mother wanted was a pizza and I was looked after beautifully. They brought me some gf bread to start, freshly baked, and my pizza was divine! Everything was just so lovely! Thank you so much. It was one of our best meals in Italy in two weeks. Molto bene grazie.
02/04/2024: I would say excellent, the only flaw is the light, the dimness is ok but in my opinion this is exaggerated.
Excellent service and food as well.

03/04/2024: I found this place while walking along Via Emilia and, considering the time and the large car park in front, I decided to stop for a quick lunch. Very friendly staff and quick service, they offer a variable menu of the day with 3/4 first courses and as many second courses, as well as cold dishes and salads..... frankly before expressing an opinion I would like to try again, as, no, I was very satisfied . Very, very modest prices..... Maybe it was a special day and for the kindness of the staff and the manager/owner, it definitely deserves another chance.....

05/04/2024: Very convenient traditional pizzeria in the center of Modena and close to the Ferrari car park. Very friendly staff, excellent quality pizza both classic and by the meter. Also with delivery and takeaway. Also open on Mondays, when many other places are closed.

24/03/2024: Palm Sunday, 1pm. After booking 5 days ago to have a place. 4 of the 5 people come specifically from Modena. They decide not to let us in because of a 5kg dumb West Highlander. Even though there are free tables outside, they don't want us to sit outside in any way, leaving us with a 7 year old child without food, with the impossibility of finding anywhere else in the area. I believe that in 2024 these choices are truly INCONCEIVABLE, not to mention SHAMEFUL. The annoyance and arrogance of the "lady" who sent us away are truly vomiting, something inconceivable for a public place.

01/04/2024: My partner and I came here for lunch on Easter Monday. There was a fixed menu for 20 euros which included an encore of first courses, a second course with side dish, homemade dessert, water, wine and coffee. The portions were generous and very tasty, the roast veal melted in your mouth, the desserts very fresh. We ate really well at a competitive price. The staff is very kind and attentive, the atmosphere is informal (it is a restaurant frequented mostly by truck drivers) but clean and welcoming. For us it was a pleasant discovery and we will definitely return.
