29/04/2026: Finally, in the village of Marzabotto, there's a good restaurant and a comfortable hotel, combined with a bar serving excellent croissants and cappuccinos, served to perfection. In the warmer months, you can be served at tables in the private garden.
From appetizers to dessert, Emilian tradition reigns supreme at the restaurant. The first courses are excellent, the lasagna is truly delicious, my favorite, and among the main courses, the wild boar stew and polenta are mouth-watering. The dishes in general are all high-quality, served with kindness and attentiveness. The dining room, not particularly large but therefore intimate, is well-maintained and very clean. The soft music encourages good conversation, as does the wine selection. Excellent value for money... Book, try, and try again! At the MISA restaurant, you eat well and have a great time.

03/05/2026: Nestled in the Rhine Valley, on an old bend in the highway. Decorated in the 1990s but well-maintained, with just a little background music, the atmosphere is informal, quiet, and familiar. The traditional, varied, and delicious menu, updated seasonally, is explained by the waiter, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh.
Precise flavors, perfectly executed.
Excellent price. A real pleasure to stop by.
22/02/2026: We went there, it was recommended by a friend, a very welcoming place, ample parking, the food is very good, the only thing I can say is the menu and said by voice without knowing the prices, it would be ideal to also write the menu of the day on a blackboard with the respective prices like all restaurants do.

21/07/2026: It's one of those experiences you never forget, because it's not "just a lunch": it's a piece of humanity that's been given to you. ❤️ There's a farmhouse like no other.
As soon as you arrive, you feel like you're entering your grandparents' country house: simple furniture, the smell of cooking, animals roaming freely as if they were part of the family. A pony that looks at you curiously, a sheep treated like a pet, and that atmosphere that immediately melts you. Marcello, Marcello welcomes you with a spontaneous warmth that can't be replicated.
He's one of those hosts who makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. He talks to you, listens to you, tells you stories... and in an instant, you feel like you've known him for years. His wife, a cook who works with love more than recipes.
The homemade pasta is a hug: generous portions, even exaggerated, like when grandma used to tell you, "Eat, you're skinny."
Simple, authentic, no-frills food.
And for that very reason, perfect. Emma, aka "Big Emy," entertains you, tells you stories, and shows you her works with an enthusiasm that draws you into her world.
No sophistication, no poses.
Just a genuine welcome, the kind that stays with you.
It's not for those seeking luxury or refinement.
It's for those seeking heart, authenticity, genuine people, and a lunch that becomes a memory.

06/04/2026: I've known this place for decades, so I wouldn't dwell on the location, service, and presentation as many have. If you know the place, you know what, how, and where.
You have to appreciate it for what it is.
However, I must say that in my last experience, I no longer found the price to be in line with what I've seen.
It's truly unfortunate; to sustain certain prices, you have to give a little more because you're competing with other establishments that actually offer something more.
08/02/2026: A traditional trattoria, run like it once was. If you're looking for sophisticated service, this isn't the place for you. Simple but authentic, it's like eating with family. Excellent food (call ahead for availability and menu). Recommended.

21/04/2024: good ice cream and good coffee. Stopped on the way back from the south, a nice milkshake refreshed us.
