A guarantee! I've been frequenting this restaurant for years now, and it's always a pleasure to stop by. The signature dish is, of course, the Borlengo, which is incredibly delicious, but the first and second courses, as well as the fried crescentine, are equally as delicious. I recommend trying everything on the menu, because you definitely won't regret it. The restaurant was recently renovated and is even more welcoming, thanks in part to the friendly and accommodating staff. It's truly a great place for any occasion and season, as you can keep cool in the summer at the outdoor tables and warm by the fireplace in the winter!

This restaurant serves home-cooked food, with good first courses and also good tagliata. If you go to this restaurant, you should definitely try at least one borlengo, which is really good! Excellent value for money.

The place recently changed management.
The pasta is good. The borlenghi are always excellent.
The crescentine are terrible: unleavened dough, overcooked. Inedible. I'm sorry, but we're not there. Unpresentable.
The cold cuts were also poor.
Service is a bit sketchy, but it will surely improve with experience.
1 first course, 5 borlenghi, crescentine for 2, 1 medium beer, 1 small beer, water, and 1 sorbet.
81 euros
Simple and casual place, a bit older but clean and quiet. It's family-run, and the owners are very kind.
It offers a fairly wide selection of dishes, simple but tasty cuisine. The first courses are good, the borlenghi and fried crescentine are delicious. The cold cuts are plentiful and of excellent quality. The price is good. The place is in an isolated location in the hills, and the surrounding area is also beautiful, worth a visit.

After the recent change in management, this evening was rather disappointing. The borlengo has certainly improved, but the wait times are long and our table of 6 people was unable to eat at the same time... two dishes were cancelled because after about 50 minutes they still hadn't arrived... when it came to dessert, the choice fell on the Black Forest and a dessert in a glass was brought to the table... I pointed out to the owner that perhaps it would be time to change the name of the dessert, because if the customer asks for the Black Forest, they expect a completely different dessert 🤷 I was told that he decides the names of the desserts and that if I don't like it I can choose something else... undoubtedly I can and will choose something else, and without a doubt I will, but if I choose a Black Forest I expect the dessert that everyone knows and that until a few months ago the same place served, industrial or not... I understand that it's a moment from waiter to owner, but courtesy is an optional that should never be lacking... bye

An excellent borlengo with sausage and parmesan. Followed by pappardelle with wild boar and a platter of gnocco fritto and tigelle. Traditional cuisine made with simple, tasty ingredients. Don't be fooled by the retro location; once you step inside, you won't regret it.

We went to lunch with friends at a vintage restaurant with a fireplace. The welcome was warm. I had the borlengo with pesto and wild boar stew with tigelle. I'd say we ate very well... congratulations.
