This is a place for people who appreciate cocktails as craft rather than routine. The staff are highly professional, the space is stylish without trying too hard, and the location is hard to beat: right in the historic center of Bologna, just a short walk from Piazza Maggiore. The aperitivo also includes a buffet with a good selection of snacks and small bites. While the food doesn’t quite reach the same level as the drinks, it is still enjoyable and well above average. My only suggestion would be to give a bit more attention to the background music and overall sound quality. A place with this much character deserves a more carefully curated soundtrack and a better audio setup. That small refinement would elevate the experience even further. That said, the prices are remarkably fair considering the quality of the cocktails, the setting, and the service. A very impressive place overall — well done.
