26/07/2025: Nice café and pastry shop, a bit of a line at the register, but it was peak time. The service is good because they serve you at your table, which isn't always the case; the croissants are good, and the latte macchiato and cappuccino are also good.
Prices are average.

20/07/2025: Ci siamo capitati per caso ed è stata una gran fortuna... atmosfera e cucina casalinga sembra di essere a pranzo dalla nonna porzioni abbondanti e personale molto cordiale, bello anche l'arredamento stile come una volta riporta a ricordi dell'infanzia... se avremo occasione ci torneremo sicuramente

My girlfriend and I stopped in on a Saturday evening in August, and since there weren't many people inside, we were seated right away.
Since she's a vegetarian, she opted for a vegetarian main course, a dish that cost the same as a burger: €15.
(This is the dish: ALL VEG
Carrots in three textures (roasted, emulsified with ginger, very raw), tofu marinated in beetroot soy sauce, dried cherry tomatoes, gommasio, and tandoori masala. All served on chickpea hummus.)
Result: Me happily munching on my burger while she tucked into baby carrots and two pieces of tofu. The menu boasted a dish that in reality turned out to be a mockery. The dish could have been included among the €5/6 appetizers, but not as a €15 main course, given that it contained literally two squares of tofu, and you expect something substantial from a second course! No bread, no side dish. I ask the waiter if this was a deliberate choice or perhaps the chef had carelessly assembled the dish.
Response: "The main ingredient is carrot, and it was conceived as a play on textures." "Would you like something else?"
I understand, to a certain extent, the choice to defend one's own culinary philosophy...
Final bill: A 33cl bottle of beer, water, cover charge, a burger, and the veggie dish: €22.50 per person. €45 total!
Disastrous figures.
The biggest reason we felt so bad was the lack of sympathy for our obvious disappointment. A simple "I'm sorry" or a "Would you like a liqueur?" would have been enough.
The fact that they pretended nothing was happening and asked us at the cash register, "Was everything okay?", clearly shows their desire to embellish the menu to make as much money as possible.
It's a shame, because the place has potential.

05/08/2025: Very good restaurant, excellent value.
The location is convenient, although finding parking is practically impossible. Hypothetically, it could be reached by bus, and if it weren't for the construction, it would be quite easy.
The atmosphere is simple, nothing exceptional, but welcoming. I recommend going during the Christmas season: they have a Christmas tree made entirely of wine bottles... so cute.
The only downside: the bees/wasps. It's not their fault, of course, but with all the flowers around, they were inevitable.
The service is good: the staff is kind and helpful. The only downsides are a few small things, like the crumbs found in the glass (a sign it hadn't been cleaned properly) and the wait, both for payment and for the dishes to arrive.
But I understand they're probably short-staffed—a very common occurrence in August due to the holidays—and in any case, they're so nice that, while you wait, they bring you a sort of "schiacciatina" (a small cake) as a courtesy.
The price is fair: two seafood entrees and a bottle of water, €55. The cover charge, however, is a bit steep: €3 per person seems excessive, considering we're in Casalecchio and both the location and the service are pretty average.
In conclusion, I highly recommend it if you're in the area!
We haven't tried the pizzas, but they have a reputation for being truly excellent... so try them and believe them!
05/08/2025: Not knowing Casalecchio, I chose Ristorante Bersagliere based on instinct, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. I dined there two nights and was impressed by the quality and freshness of the fish, the generous portions, the excellent house wine, and the truly excellent service. Not to mention the magnificent outdoor area, well-lit and meticulously maintained.
Bersagliere: A restaurant that stands out for its excellent cuisine and customer service. I highly recommend it!

Without a doubt, the best pizza place we've had so far.
It was worth the 3 km walk to try one of the best Italian pizzas in the Bologna area.
The atmosphere is beautifully decorated, it feels like paradise.
I sincerely appreciate the service.
You're the best.

30/07/2025: Truly excellent food! Typical Emilian fare, not too many dishes, but truly delicious and of the highest quality.
I've been there several times over the past year, both with colleagues and as a couple.
Unfortunately, the service is a major disappointment. The staff is sparse and particularly unpleasant.
16/07/2025: A lovely place with outdoor seating. Very carefully prepared, traditional Emilian cuisine. I've eaten there several times, most recently last night, and it's always been excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Grigliata buonissima e il piatto chiamato alla Luciana è un ottimo antipasto.
Personale cordiale ed educato.
La location è datata, ma quando dai la prima forchettata al piatto il resto non conta più niente.

27/07/2025: My husband and I usually go here when we want pulled pork because it's very good. Lately, however, the portions have been smaller than usual and the prices have gone up. This is also because the side dish is no longer included like it used to be, but is paid separately. Yesterday, we must have been unlucky, but the fries were very dry and less flavorful than usual.
The service was good, and aside from the fries, the food was all good.

31/05/2025: The welcome was definitely below one star, the staff was pissed off, the waitress was rude, almost as if she was doing us a favor, we kindly asked to move from the table (we hadn't sat down yet) and she snorted in our face! Same thing when we asked for water... if we had had time to waste we would have left like a table of guys who arrived after us did. Absolutely not recommended.

23/08/2025: Tonight, after a few years, we went to this place for an aperitif.
In our opinion, the dishes on display were of poor quality and lacking variety; there were only frozen fried foods and two cold first courses, with a few mediocre sandwiches!
For €12, other places offer better selection and quality.
When I complained, the girl behind the counter seemed surprised and said the menu was extensive, but in reality it was poor compared to the years I've been there in the past. Bottom line: we won't be returning; we don't recommend it.
