27/09/2025: We came in because we needed to change my daughter's diaper. We all asked for coffee, but at 9 pm they had already turned off the machine. At a certain point, a man criticized us for being inside and not consuming anything, even though we had asked for drinks, and it was his fault for not providing me with service. Before leaving, I left him €5 at the counter for his inconvenience, and he said, "You did your duty." Shameful.

22/09/2025: We went to this bar, and I have to say the experience was truly disappointing. We ordered a Red Bull and a Coke, two very simple drinks, and the bill came to €9 in total (€4.50 per glass). Definitely overpriced for what we were served. The service was terrible: the waiter was rude and, to make matters worse, didn't even ask if we wanted ice or lemon in our drinks. He decided for us and served them to us as is, without any choice. Unprofessional attitude and questionable pricing. Definitely not a place I'll return to or recommend.

11/10/2025: A truly disgusting place, dirty everywhere, a toilet that makes you sick, don't touch anything. The cheapest sandwich costs €8.90, a slice of tomato and a slice of mozzarella. These deserve a complaint and a thorough inspection. Are we still in Italy? Stay away from this place!

08/09/2025: My overall experience was decent, but there are some areas that could be improved. The prices are quite high, likely due to the restaurant's central location. The staff was very friendly, but my partner and I had to wait about 15–20 minutes for someone to take our order, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Also, when we ordered, we were asked if we wanted appetizers... but in the end, nothing arrived.

04/11/2025: The welcome bordered on "it would have been the same even if you hadn't come in." Courtesy and a smile are mandatory for anyone working in the restaurant industry. We were served two wines by the glass, a Falnghina and an Aglianico. The Aglianico came with a floating cork in the glass. Both wines were of poor quality. The first course (spaghetti cacio e pepe), although lacking in seasoning, was decent, neither bad nor good. The grilled vegetables hadn't seen a drizzle of oil since 2024; they were dry and shriveled. To finish, we had to ask for some bread, which arrived after the dish was already empty.

01/11/2025: The star for the food isn't accurate because, unfortunately, I couldn't eat the pizza because the pizzeria doesn't have a POS in 2025, or it wasn't working. On a Saturday night? I was very disappointed, even though the aroma was truly inviting.

24/10/2025: The set menu costs 12 euros. But the portions are tiny and starving. These portions aren't even enough for an 8-year-old. I'll never come back.

19/10/2025: Went today for Sunday lunch, the staff is really poor... they have no idea how to work, waited 40 minutes for a starter... the food was good and the price was right, however, there is a lot of room for improvement.

03/08/2025: The steak is big enough for a child, but definitely not for an adult. The pizza is burnt and tasteless. The pasta is excellent. Haha, the service may be a little confused, but friendly and helpful. (Apparently, in this part of Italy, everyone is a little distracted.😁🙃😅)

02/11/2025: I'd read terrible reviews, but after eating there, I think they were all false. The food was good, the service was friendly and fast, and the price was more than fair. It was Saturday night with seven friends, and after eating a lot and drinking wine, water, etc., we spent €32 each. Unfortunately, there weren't many people. At this point, I think it's mainly because of the nasty things that have been written and done, that something should be done about these unfair practices.

26/10/2025: Avoidable. First of all, the €2.80 cover charge per person is unbearable. It's an exaggeration and even feels like a joke because you know €3 would be outrageous, so you charge me €2.80. More than €2 for a cover charge in a trattoria (even a really ugly one isn't acceptable). The food isn't bad. The tigelle are dry. The fried gnocco is average. The cold cuts are good. The cheeses are incredibly expensive and paid for separately. This, too, is absurd. In a decent restaurant that serves gnocco and tigelle, cold cuts and cheeses are included, and you don't charge me for them at a premium. You'll end up here once by mistake, and never again. Bye.

24/02/2025: We think we have seen some errors, due to inexperience. Let's give the benefit of the doubt because they are just getting started (February 1, 2025). We ate what we paid for. Without praise and without infamy. Just be in good company. However, when it came to the bill, Mrs. Orchidea managed to close with a smile. We are sure to return and see an improvement.

09/07/2025: Partiamo dal locale con parecchi posti a sedere Personale di sala cortese ambiente bello con parecchia gente Tempi di attesa nella norma Pizze:avendo preso 3 gourmet il prezzo è un po’ alto 18 euro cad una la pizza ha un impasto soffice e’ più alta della solita ma più ristretta pertanto nel piatto sembra molto ridotta cosa buona sono gli ingredienti perché sono molto buoni e dí quantità infatti c’era più contenuto che pizza!!! Se dovessi tornare proverei anche l’altra con impasto tradizionale!!!

29/05/2025: Una cameriera ha rovesciato una birra su una cliente, invece che scusarsi si è messa a ridere. Noi commensali allibiti. Il proprietario indifferente anche dopo una nostra richiesta almeno di uno sconto (abbiamo mangiato 1 ora dopo a causa dell'incidente), con aria di sufficienza ha detto "sono cose che capitano" senza nemmeno offrirci un caffè. A lui l'educazione "non è capitata". Vergognoso. Anche noi non capiteremo mai più in quel locale!!!

22/10/2025: CHEAP PIZZA, SO DON'T EXPECT EXCELLENT QUALITY! Many people don't have the guts to understand that paying €3 for a whole Margherita pizza—a ridiculous price in my opinion—indicates that the quality isn't the best in the world. Despite this, it must be said that of all the €3 pizzas in Bologna, Pizzeria Casa is clearly the best, and by far. The pizza is okay, not the best, obviously, but for €3 it's absolutely worth it. All pizzas have a €1 surcharge if you sit at the tables to eat. The staff, I must say, is truly rude, especially the girl at the counter and the bouncer(?). I understand that the place focuses on crowds and therefore needs to provide space for people to flow, but that honestly doesn't justify their manners. Personally, it doesn't bother me, but I understand that some people might be offended. Anyway, to recap, the service, although objectively terrible, does not offset the ridiculously low price. I recommend it for students given its proximity to the university and, above all, the speed of the service.

13/07/2025: We had a coffee and a croissant, the croissant was very delicious. There is also a toilet available on request once you buy something.

14/09/2025: Very good pizza! Don‘t let other reviews fool you. Pizza took 10-15 minutes and was the best we had since some time. Ideal pizza thickness and ingredients. Service was good and the ambience outside ind the small „garden“ is great! (inside the light is a bit too bright and cold, so try to get a place outside) Prices are also fair and not too expensive for what you get.

14/09/2025: Today we ordered diavola, piccante and cilentana. The Service was very helpful and was answering all of our questions. The pizza was delivered quickly, within 15 minutes and all of them were very delicious. A lot of ingredients were at the top of the pizza. The thickness was not too thick. I can only recommend it.
