28/04/2026: We went there several times before reviewing this place, and we tried both the mini pastries and the puff pastry ones. What stands out is the pastry chef's skill; everything is impeccable and beautiful to look at, without a single flaw; attention to detail is his strong point, and it shows. The staff is kind and helpful. The idea of ​​launching a specialty each month is excellent; they're truly worth a try. I didn't give it 5 stars for the following reasons: - the mini pastries are all beautiful to look at, and the key thing is that the flavors are distinct, but the ubiquitous shortbread is used as a base too often! - the super-flaky croissants, all identical and perfect (uncommon), but unfortunately the dough lacks flavor, there's no aroma, it's practically bland, and you can't taste the butter! The pistachio cream inside is a complete failure (you can tell by the color), too sweet with a very low percentage of pistachios, and you can taste it. Overall, these are small details that could certainly be improved, but we would gladly return...
