Park Hotel Pacchiosi Restaurant

21/05/2026: I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel di Parma. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and very well-equipped, and all the hotel facilities were excellent.
What truly made the experience special was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety and high-quality food.
Honestly, I cannot find a single thing to criticize about this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again.

A perfect combination for a stopover or an enchanting stay: a historic building offering excellent modern amenities, quality food and service, a vintage atmosphere, superb decor, a large park, and private indoor parking. Not quite a French palace, but truly excellent service! Bravo!

10/05/2026: The meal was excellent, the lady was incredibly kind, the gentleman a little rough but very friendly. I don't know if I'll ever be back in those parts. I was coming from Friuli, heading for Genoa, but if I ever come back, I'll definitely stop by. I forgot: I spent really little! (By the way, I specifically exited the highway so as not to eat the reheated sandwiches from the grill.)

17/12/2025: A movie-like location, with an antique feel and expertly renovated.
The owners are very attentive, patient, and extremely kind.
The cuisine is good and authentic; you can even find tortellini here in the summer...
The staff serving the tables are the same owners, which makes all the difference.
Free parking is available nearby, but in my opinion.
The only negative: I urgently needed to notify someone, but there were network issues (Wind3). I asked if it was possible to connect to their Wi-Fi, but they told me they didn't have it... too bad the router was in plain sight...
Sometimes a little effort is all it takes to get the fifth star!

10/05/2026: Excellent place, I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. We were nearby as market exhibitors, and unfortunately we were late arriving after 10 pm, but they still welcomed us and served us very quickly, and I'm very grateful for that. I don't understand the (few) negative reviews about the quality and timing of the service; we found everything perfect and excellent, and the bill was very reasonable—in fact, I'd even say below expectations. And they even catered to celiacs who require gluten-free options! It's not easy to find places that serve gluten-free first courses like tortellini. Congratulations! If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

You can enjoy the typical Ferrarese antipasto with cold cuts, cheeses, and the typical "pinzini."
Special Features
All dishes are served at the table with small pans instead of plates.
Higher-than-average price/quality ratio.
For the same menu choice, instead of €70 for two people; here we spent €120.
04/06/2026: We came to Ferrara, a beautiful historic city. For dinner, we ate at this restaurant, hoping to find excellent cuisine and a warm welcome worthy of our beautiful, good Italy. The food was terrible! The cod was incredibly dry and flavorless. I had to order a plate of Parma ham to satisfy my hunger. I spent €64.50, much more than I received. I strongly advise against it!

20/02/2026: The fresh pasta is amazing. I've been a customer for years and have never been disappointed. I recently tried the wild boar tortelli, and this new product surprised me even more! Highly recommended.

11/04/2026: A historic trattoria with a menu primarily based on Bolognese tradition, although some dishes include dishes from other regions, such as some typical desserts from Campania.
The food is good, with quick service and absolutely average prices for the city.
The restaurant has plenty of seating and the atmosphere isn't too noisy, making it easy to chat.
My favorite dish was the two first courses, tagliatelle with onions and passatelli. The desserts were also excellent.
Overall, the dinner was satisfying!

While leaving this place and asking to refill my water bottle due to heath - I was told by a server (spiky hair - chubby guy) to buy a bottle - while he was standing in front of a water tap in front of a bar...

The appetizers—the erbazzone, the baciocca, the Russian salad, the cold cuts with torta fritta, and the pumpkin soufflé—are very good, not to mention the snails à la bourguignonne.
The first courses—the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, the tortelli with herbs, and the anolini in brodo—are all succulent.
The asado is incredibly tender and the stewed snails are delicious... The place is very welcoming and the staff very professional...
Highly recommended!!!
