17/01/2025: We went for the first time on a Saturday evening and despite this we were punctual in being seated!! Quick service and top staff... but above all excellent food!! We got some sandwiches with some excellent beers to accompany!! Try the chips with pistachio and mortadella!! Top!!

22/06/2025: Disappointed with the new location in Cetara. The pizza has nothing to do with the one in Cava unfortunately.

02/05/2025: Pur avendo affidato i fornelli ad un nuovo chef il risultato finale non cambia, confermandosi senza album dubbio tra i migliori riformanti in zona costiere amalfitana La location, situata lungo il suggestivo corso centrale, al suo interno si conferme nella sua semplicità molto elegante ed i colori rievocano quelli del mare della costiera Il perdonale di sala é molto cordiale, garbato , onnipresente giammai invadente La qualità del pescato utilizzato si conferma di primissima fascia Le proposte di chef Tullio sono il frutto di un equilibrato mix tra cucina francese e della tradizione marinara locale Sublimi i paccheri con pesce coccio ed arancia e la torte di mele. Molto buono il baccalà in tempere e la pizza fritta Lasciatevi consigliare da Salvatore e Mino vi prenderanno per mano e vi accompagneranno nei vari percorsi che propone la cucina

03/05/2025: Avevamo prenotato per provare , arriviamo al locale e ci fa entrare la prima cameriera che ci vede senza chiederci il cognome (quindi la prenotazione era andata a vuoto, siamo stati fortunati che si era liberato un tavolo al volo). Sala strapiena di tavoli, uno su l'altro. L'impasto della pizza è stato apprezzato, gli accostamenti ed i gusti invece a nostro parere non bilanciati. Nel complesso pizza buona. Nota dolente, sui menù hanno dei prezzi, in cassa ne applicano altri. Una tovaglietta con un coltello e forchetta, su un tavolino risicato addosso agli altri, in una ex cantina ristrutturata alla buona, non può costare 2,5€ di coperto a persona. Pizze maggiorate di due euro rispetto ai menù. In cassa il titolare faceva orecchie da mercante nonostante le critiche. Oggi la pizza la sanno fare quasi tutti, è il resto che fa la differenza.

01/05/2025: Confesso che non sono solita frequentare i ristoranti Michelin quindi ho deciso di provare questo di Cava Purtroppo le mie aspettative erano alte forse troppo alte e sono rimasta abbastanza delusa Cominciamo dall'inizio: il locale è sobrio il servizio attento ma non invadente ed arriviamo al punto più importante Abbiamo preso due antipasti : dei calamaretti fritti che trovi in qualsiasi trattoria rivisitati per l'accompagnamento di una salsetta rosa e delle cipolle in agrodolce e del carpaccio di baccalà al quale mancava carattere forse una nota agrumata?!!! Sono seguiti due primi: degli gnocchi ripieni di baccalà con fonduta di formaggio ed asparagi ma il formaggio copriva tutti gli altri sapori e della fregola alla pescatora buona ma come la trovi in qualsiasi altro posto decente insomma anonima! Per finire una cheesecake ai frutti di bosco in cui i frutti erano semplicemente uno sciroppo. Mah .......è così che si mangia in ristoranti di questo livello? Beh io nei ristoranti che frequento non blasonati mangio spesso meglio ed a prezzi più contenuti Ah volete sapere quanto abbiamo speso? 110€ con due calici di vino beh il costo non è nemmeno eccessivo ma il rapporto qualità prezzo non convince!!!

29/05/2025: Nell'assoluto rispetto della tradizione culinaria campana, in questo piacevole locale abbiamo assaggiato tutta una serie di portate, molto molto piacevoli! Assolutamente da non farsi scappare questa esperienza se ti trovi a Cava!

28/05/2025: Wonderful cuisine....Umberto and his wife, two cooking enthusiasts like few others.....a love for food that is uncommon nowadays.....if you pass by Cava you must have dinner with them... ..ten out of ten also for the price

13/06/2025: We were treated so badly. The service is slow and the waiters so rude and angry. The starters were slow coming and extremely disappointing and overcooked to the point of hard to chew. Then an hour long wait for our mains. The waiter came out with two identical dishes neither of which we had ordered. The waiter tried to force the dish on us with no apology for their mistake. My partner took it to prevent further argument but I couldn't face it. I asked again for what I had ordered. The waiter went off angrily. So my partner sat waiting for my food to arrive not feeling he could eat when I had no food. Half an hour later it had still not arrived and we could not attract their attention so I walked over to them and asked for the bill and sat down. No bill arrived so we got up to leave and he tried to persuade us to have pudding and coffee. Finally brought the bill when we were waling out. Having arrived at 7:30 we left at 10:45 having had no food that was edible.

09/05/2025: We came across the pizzeria by chance and were more than pleasantly surprised. The pizza was very tasty and the price was really great. Very friendly staff

Super welcome with the personal knowledge of the chef. 2) Very fast service and impeccable preparation of the dishes. 3) Superb quality food, if not excellent. As soon as I read on the menu, ham joselito.... I didn't hesitate 2 times, second appetizer fried artichokes. Incredible. As for meat I tried the Prussian cooked on the grill. Incredible goodness. Let's get to the prices where I read other comments, complaining about the prices..... But have you ever gone to eat in similar restaurants abroad? You have to multiply the price by 2. So for me the price is right if not even low for the quality offered. Keep it up

02/02/2025: We went today for lunch and it was an amazing experience. The place is surrounded by greenery, family-run, with truly genuine and local products. We had a very varied and super abundant starter, 5 different first courses - ravioli with porcini mushrooms, woodsy bark, paccheri larded with porcini mushrooms and speck, gnocchi pan-fried, ravioli with walnuts, speck and scamorza - 3 second courses - escalope with porcini mushrooms, sliced ​​porcini mushrooms and flakes and above all fried fish truly never eaten even in seaside restaurants. All more than abundant and cooked in an excellent manner, with simple and homemade flavours. The most beautiful thing is that it really feels like having lunch at home, with the family, in the most absolute peace of the location in which main room there is a beautiful fireplace where you can relax. What to add? A magnificent place that deserves to be visited! The outdoor area is very large, there is a large gazebo set up for the summer and an area for private parties where you can find coolness on sultry summer evenings. A big thank you to the attentive owners Amedeo and Annamaria to every slightest need, ready to satisfy every desire, in short, great professionals!! Ps last note, the prices are really reasonable and sustainable for anyone, we were incredulous at how much we paid, we expected a lot more more.This is the sign of honest, respectful and serious people in carrying out their work!! If I could I would give 10 with honors!!

14/06/2025: Nice location, but nothing special.... They sat us at a table on the lawn, really nice as an environment, they asked if in the meantime that we decided what to have, they could bring us water. So far so good. But do you want to notice that there are no glasses for water but only those for wine? Oh well, the glasses arrive. The first appetizers arrive, and the napkins are missing. Call the waiter to ask him to bring napkins for all 6 of us. The rest of the dishes arrive: pasta alla Nerano super salty and with a mountain of courgettes and not much pasta; a rib steak, which everything seemed except a rib steak and they got the cooking wrong; a dry sandwich with a super cooked hamburger and a super cooked "bull's eye" egg. The thing that perhaps I preferred, was the wine, which they don't produce. The bill, let's not even talk about it... super salty, they didn't even have the decency to make up for the inconvenience of the glasses and napkins with a discount. I also had to wait at least 15 minutes for Salvatore to pay because he had left. Terrible.

13/06/2025: I'm sorry to leave 1 star but you don't joke around with allergies and food intolerances!!! When a customer reveals a problem, it is unserious and unprofessional to see the staff of this restaurant belittle it by declaring it "a whim". Even more serious is to serve dishes that contain such a product without the customer's knowledge! The quality and taste of the product unfortunately become secondary when you play with the respect, health and life of people!

24/04/2025: Posto carino con gestione familiare tutti i piatti erano buonissimi dagli anti pasti ai primi secondi e dolce tutto buonissimo, il personale e la titolare moto accoglienti, ci siamo trovati benissimo sicuramente torneremo più volte se ci sarà la possibilità

08/06/2025: It is a nice osteria. They do pizza and dishes. My daughter, niece and I had their pasta vongole, grilled beef fillet and a pizza. We had come back another time to buy takeways. The food was really good, tasty and flavourful. It is worth going to try.
