12/10/2025: Very friendly and caring staff. We had baba with rum and ice cream which was delicious and also lemon delight cake. Both made by Maria.

09/10/2025: Best Gelato in town! Me and my wife tried the “Ricotta cheese and Pear” gelato on our first night and we got addicted to it! We literally planned our next day in a way that we end it on a high with the same gelato. Unfortunately, the staff mentioned that the flavour was sold out. We got really bummed as we were actually waiting for the whole day to get our hands on the lovely gelato. After hearing our plight, fortunately, the lovely lady on the counter asked us to wait for 5 minutes. She came out with the fresh gelato of our beloved flavour and we relished every lick of it!!! Cheers to the staff, their kindness and love, and the amazing gelato they serve!!!

08/06/2025: This was a spot I would describe as a complete tourist trap- No locals and very misleading reviews. The pizza was mediocre- not neopolitan Or Roman and very bland. Crust and sauce were sub par. Gnocchi Sorentina Was fine and the eggplant Parmesan was very greasy - possibly jarred eggplant smothered in cheese/oil. The limoncello spritz was also not drinkable. My review would have been more favorable had the service been slightly good- it was not. Do not fall for the good reviews here- try somewhere else in Sorrento.

12/07/2025: Me encontré con el mismísimo Ciro sentado afuera de este pequeño y genial bar en las calles de Sorrento y tuve que entrar. Enormes bruschetta frescas, pizzas y cervezas heladas fueron el plato del día en dos visitas. Ciro es un auténtico personaje y, aunque no pudimos asistir, ¡al parecer la música en directo crea un auténtico ambiente de fiesta por la noche!

10/07/2025: El dueño es un tipo excelente (que vive su mejor vida) y el muchacho que cocina la comida es de primera. La comida estaba deliciosa. El dueño es muy divertido. No estamos ahí para estafarte. Te hace feliz solo estar allí Muy realista. Te cuida y la factura será exactamente la correcta. Albóndigas irreales. Acompañado de unas ricas patatas u otros acompañamientos.

20/07/2025: Siamo stati al Ristorante Da Filippo in occasione di una cena. Posto leggermente affollato ma personale efficiente nei tempi di attesa. Abbiamo ordinato un primo piatto, due tagliate di carne e un dolce. Prezzi modici per la qualità del posto e del cibo, inoltre le porzioni erano adeguate ne abbondanti né insufficienti. Che dir si voglia, ma non che non abbia rispettato le nostre aspettative. Citando un noto poeta: “fu tzoppu beddu stu manciari sangò”.

02/08/2025: Absolutely fabulous hidden gem in the heart of Sorrento, near the Basilica. Staff lovely. Always remembered our order from previous visits! Loved this cafe/lounge bar so much that we visited every day of our 10 day stay, sometimes more than once a day. Best coffee in Sorrento!! See you next year!

01/08/2025: A beautiful spot in Sorrento with a wonderful design and feel to it. We have visited here a few times now during our stay and each time we cannot fault it. The staff are attentive and friendly and the drinks menu is fantastic. It just feels fun. If you are visiting Sorrento, I recommend a stop here for a nice cocktail or a refreshing aperitif.

19/09/2025: We shared an octopus salad, and then I ordered cream cheese, which arrived frozen, but even that didn't ruin our meal. The waiter was very friendly and explained what each fruit was.

17/09/2025: Update Just ate here again and different experience. Ordered t-bone steak again and we suggested 800 grams. Waiter said larger would be better so we said less than 1kg. We had to force ourselves to finish the meat and we didn't feel that great. The bill showed that the weight was way over 1kg. Nearer 1.5kg. Dined here twice. Good quality food well prepared. Ordered a large t-bone steak to share between 4. Told that it would be better if we had two. Indeed it was excellent and better than the single large one we had the week before elsewhere which wasn't cooked through. Fish, pasta and pizza also good. Maybe better to go elsewhere for pizza if that's all you want. Given a free tiramisu to compare with my wife's. It was not as good.

08/10/2025: Good pizza! To be honest, we're yet to find a bad pizza here, but this one was especially good. The prices were a litte higher than expected, but overall a great experience. The server was really nice, we tipped 15%.

26/09/2025: Excellent customer service. Good food. Friendly staff. If ever in Sorrento again, I would eat there again.

13/09/2025: Total disappointment, two raw, deflated brioches. Obviously they weren't on display in the window, they were put in my takeaway bag while they served me a coffee. Not very correct!!

27/08/2025: Giardino Mediterraneo is a great bar with a beautiful view! They have super comfortable lounge seats and the best Aperol spritz I’ve ever had. Our server Andrea was super present and anticipated everything we needed including bringing us more fresh olives and plantain chips without us even having to ask. 10/10 recommend!

07/10/2025: I travel a lot and usually leave only positive reviews. If you look at my profile, you’ll see that I’m generally fair and kind in my feedback. Unfortunately, this place was a real disappointment. They entered a higher price into the system than what was listed on the menu, and when we pointed it out, they refused to correct it and were extremely rude. They even made offensive comments about us being foreigners and told us to stay in our own country. We ended up paying just to avoid further conflict, but the situation felt very uncomfortable and disrespectful. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

10/10/2025: It's been 22 years, and today, October 8, 2025, I'm here again. Nothing has changed: the atmosphere, the waiters, everything is wonderful... Not to mention the EXCELLENT food. Even the simple salad is tastier than at other places. It must be thanks to this wonderful city that overflows with peace and, of course, the wonderful restaurant staff. Thank you so much!

04/10/2025: Great service, we were looking for some quick and easy pizzas to takeaway after a long flight. Staff were very welcoming, offered us seats, and a drink, while we waited. Food was ready very quickly and pizza were very tasty that we ate back at our apartment.

17/08/2025: We had the pleasure of staying at Artis Domus and our experience was extremely positive. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy by the owners, three sisters Rita, Ilaria, and Francesca, whose kindness made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The location stands out for its serene and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. Special thanks also to the chef, who delighted us with truly delicious dishes. We particularly appreciated the family atmosphere and the various amenities offered by the property. In particular, the pool was a real treat on this hot August afternoon, offering us a moment of refreshing relaxation. An experience we highly recommend and hope to repeat soon! Anna and Alberto

08/08/2025: The spa was a pretty cave, but the experience was absolutely terrible when I called at 2:57 PM. She told me to come at three. I told her it was not possible. She said OK come at three. I told her again it wasn’t possible and she said just come now I proceeded to walk over. I paid over $100 for a 50 minute massage. They stuffed me in a room with no air no music a rock hard bed… they b didn’t even cover my naked body!!!. I tried telling the lady that I had a bruise and to be careful of that area. She had zero idea what I was saying she then continued to start with my feet, which was absolutely ridiculous. I had a cut on my foot as well. She was rubbing it… I Immediately got up and walked out And politely asked for my money back and the lady said she could not give me my money back. Completely rude and unprofessional. UPDATE: you should have someone communicating that speaks English is my point about the time. And NO, that is a lie they did not offer me a massage the next day she said it wasn’t possible. They said they would put me in a different room. I told her I wanted a different masseuse and she said no.
