09/04/2025: We only had drinks (very delicious limoncello spritz), we only came with the desire to eat pasta or pizza (here you will find breakfast sandwiches and some snacks, it is a more limited menu), the service was not very friendly

07/04/2025: Most unfriendly service from the waiter - after a bad cappuccino I was just told I would be the first to complain. There are many better alternatives here - tourist trap!

14/02/2025: Sweet little sweet shop run by the same lovely lady since the 1960's. We popped in during a chilly Vespa ride along the coast for hot tea and coffee and some scrumptious pistachio pastries.

23/03/2025: We got a seat which was at passage and we had to feel the servers passing by right behind us through the whole dinner time. Only one server who could speak English well was the rudest. Most food was mediocre and the steak was like rubber. We love steak usually but as it was too hard to bite it we had to leave more than half of it even though we tried so hard.

23/03/2025: This was worse than pasta from a can. I’m not exaggerating, DISGUSTING. If I were Italian, I’d be ashamed to serve this. We had spaghetti and it was terrible—bland, no seasoning, not even pepper. Worst meal in Italy so far. My whole table agreed it was bland and bad. Hope they improve the quality as it’s a real shame.

23/03/2025: We had lunch here with 4 friends on the recommendation of our hotel and several people and I must say that it was truly a disappointing experience. 2 starters 50 euros but I think the one bought at Lidl for 3 euros is perhaps better, everything frozen and cheap. We took the Sorrento gnocchi and the sauce was acidic (if I try at home maybe I'll make it better) and finally I can't comment on the frying! Go elsewhere as there are many alternatives

25/01/2025: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this bar. Despite the appearance of a fairly welcoming and well-managed place, it is clear that behind the scenes the situation is anything but positive. It is well known (including through firsthand testimonies) that employees are treated disrespectfully. Incidents of disrespect, unjustified pressure and a toxic work atmosphere are unfortunately commonplace. It is unacceptable that in 2025 there are still businesses that do not recognize the importance of a healthy and dignified working environment. On top of this, the staff is underpaid for the work they do. This is a serious issue: employees, who often work long hours without adequate breaks, deserve to be paid in a fair and transparent manner. Ignoring workers' rights is not only immoral, but also damages the social image. Such a negative working environment inevitably reflects on the service. I noticed unmotivated and stressed staff, which had a direct impact on the overall experience. It is clear that better management would benefit not only workers, but also customers. I cannot support a business that does not respect its employees. Treating staff with dignity and guaranteeing fair remuneration is not only a moral obligation, but also an intelligent choice for those who want to build a long-lasting and successful business. I invite the owners to think seriously about these issues and to change direction, because by doing so they damage not only their employees, but also the reputation of the place. I hope this review helps others make informed choices and managers improve the situation.

31/10/2024: Easily one of the best gelatos I ever tried. The Pistacio had full pistachio nuts. The gelato was itself really creamy and full. The single cone for 6.50 Euro is a big portion, you can ask for two flavors if you would like to. Friendly and patient lady behind the counter, would go there again.

19/12/2024: Very cute..quaint restaurant right on the street. Just far enough for privacy and to enjoy a romantic lunch! We loved sharing a pizza and talking while watching the locals.

Piatti spesso abbondanti, con menù vario sia di mare sia di terra, non turistico e con materie prima di qualità. Accontentati anche su una variazione di formato di pasta per il primo piatto. Prezzi nella media per la location. CONSIGLIO SPASSIONATAMENTE A CHI SI TROVERÀ A SORRENTO

11/04/2025: Don't come to this place. It's expensive and the treatment is horrible. We ordered the remaining food to go, and they brought us a paper envelope for us to wrap it ourselves! I don't recommend it.

08/11/2024: We're not there. Nice place on the beach, the positive notes end here. In addition to sky-high prices, which are truly exaggerated, the service is terrible. We sit down to eat and after several minutes they only bring us water. Another twenty minutes of waiting and we finally manage to order, when whoever comes to the table hears that we only want the first course he blurts out saying "so you have to wait half an hour, today only first courses" We left, needless to say.
