13/05/2025: This place was very dishonest and took advantage of us. There were 2 types of steak in the menu, one for €23 and the other €26. My wife ordered the slightly pricier one and the waiter asked if I would therefore like a t-bone. They brought out a huge steak for me that was easily the worst meat I’ve ever eaten - raw, full of sinew and terribly tasting, they then charged me €53! I had to argue for some time to reduce the cost of my t-bone to €40. What an awful, awful experience. Italy rarely disappoints with food but this one is to be avoided at all costs in my opinion.

08/05/2025: We randomly stopped in one morning for just a quick breakfast. I'm so glad we did! In hindsight it was the best breakfast! Service was excellent. We got there early and were the first to be seated and the location allowed us to watch the city center come to life. I can't stop telling people about the most AMAZING pancakes with white chocolate topping i have ever experienced...and trust me i have had my fair share of pancakes over the years. My wife also loved her French toast she ordered and the cappuccino was great too. Do not pass this opportunity during your vacation to indulge on breakfast and if you like sweets then trust me and order the pancakes. You will NOT regret it!!

29/05/2025: Trattoria the Emilia está bien situado en la Marina Grande de Sorrento, con una hermosa vista de la Bahía de Nápoles desde sus mesas al aire libre. Para los amantes de los mariscos como nosotros el menú ofrece varias buenas opciones, y están bien preparados. El servicio es cordial y rápido. El vino local de la casa es sabroso y a un precio muy razonable. Para aquellos que se alojan en el centro de Sorrento como lo hicimos, la ubicación es ideal para aquellos que disfrutan de una passeggiata saludable después de la cena. En general, muy buena, cocina local básica y buen servicio, a un precio lo más justo y razonable.

21/04/2025: I chose this hotel as an ideal starting point to reach multiple destinations (lakes in South Tyrol). I must say that the welcome was excellent, the staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms were clean, with a nice balcony and well serviced. The only complaint concerns the shower, we had some difficulties adjusting it but nothing too impactful. It features convenient parking outside. The breakfast was rich and with a good choice. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

16/05/2025: Torniamo sempre da anni in questo ristorante e devo dire che quest anno qualcosina è cambiato… partiamo dall accoglienza : il cameriere scontroso e antipatico che ti risponde scocciato e annoiato dicendoti che all esterno non c’è posto solo interno e ci sta nulla da dire ma il modo è l atteggiamento scontroso non ci sta … un plauso a Giuseppe che ci ha servito all interno .. gentile e cordiale

17/05/2025: Last minute booking with this gorgeous place. Good location, friendly multilingual staff. We ordered a ravioli and then 2 secondi proteins, steak and vongole which was all amazing!!!! Quick service and great food. Recommend!

25/05/2025: Nous étions venus le midi (60 € de repas) et avions été bien servis. Le soir, nous sommes revenus pour commander une simple pizza. Dès qu’il a compris que nous ne prendrions rien d’autre, le serveur est devenu condescendant. À cause de son comportement, nous avons décidé de prendre à emporter plutôt que de manger sur place. Nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes, probablement parce que notre commande était jugée “trop légère”. Pourtant, peu importe ce qu’un client commande, le respect est une base universelle. Aucun respect pour les clients, surtout ceux qui ne commandent “pas assez” à leur goût. Fuyez ! Quand nous avons reçu la mauvaise pizza et tenté d’expliquer calmement, le serveur s’est énervé, a élevé la voix et a prétendu ne pas comprendre notre anglais, alors qu’il nous comprenait très bien à midi. Heureusement, tous les serveurs n’étaient pas aussi mal élevés que lui, mais cette expérience a suffi à gâcher notre dernière soirée à Sorrente. Très décevant.

17/05/2025: Vine por esta joyita mientras estaba de vacaciones celebrando mi 50 cumpleaños con amigos. Escuché la música al pasar, pensé, nah, entonces decidí tomar un trago rápido. Honestamente Tuve LA mejor noche que he tenido en años, el cantante / guitarrista fue increíble, no puedo recordar su nombre, ya que terminamos destrozados, ya que el brillante personal del bar solo seguía recargando bebidas! Podía girar la mano a cualquier melodía. Terminamos firmando algunas canciones. La mejor noche de la historia

09/04/2025: Y aller pour l’ambiance et la gentillesse des serveurs la nourriture est correcte sans plus je conseille les fleurs de courgettes et le tiramisu et déconseille la friture de crevettes et calamars la salade de thon l’escalope de veau sauce citron le poulet à la milanaise les légumes grillés attention les plats sont amenés avec une garniture qui est facturée en plus…on est à Sorrente

07/04/2025: Ho prenotato a pranzo di sabato e subito ci hanno fatto accomodare. La professionalità e la cortesia sono sempre al top. Piatti spesso abbondanti, con menù vario sia di mare sia di terra, non turistico e con materie prima di qualità. Accontentati anche su una variazione di formato di pasta per il primo piatto. Prezzi nella media per la location. CONSIGLIO SPASSIONATAMENTE A CHI SI TROVERÀ A SORRENTO

24/05/2025: We were in Spicy hotel in May 2025. The hotel is situated in very nice building and has recently renovated. Our room was small, but everything inside was new. The hotel has parking 25 eur per day. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel is about 2,5 km far from the center. The problem is that there is no sidewalk all the way to the center. But, shuttle stop is very near to the hotel for 2 eur to the center. We payed taxi 36 eur to the center. We had nice short holiday in Sorrento!

01/04/2025: Posto che si può chiamare casa,cibo e prodotti a chilometro zero e di qualità,per stare a Sorrento e non mangiare da filippo è davvero peccato mortale. le proprietarie accoglienza e gentilezza,binomio imprescindibile per stare bene.

02/05/2025: Nice location but nothing else. Unfortunately it is the classic tourist place: high prices, small portions and average, if not below, quality of food. The service is rushed and not very attentive, probably because they focus more on the quantity of customers than on satisfaction. The location on the sea is truly suggestive, but not enough to justify the overall experience. It's a shame, because with a little more care it could be much better.
