11/07/2025: Outstanding gelato and crepes. Also tried the gluten free cake which was fantastic. Would highly recommend for an afternoon break.

08/07/2025: I’m giving one star because the ice cream was good, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They pretend not to understand what you’re saying and they didn’t even want to let us sit inside, even though we had ordered ice cream and drinks. I won’t be coming back

15/07/2025: Initially, the service was very fast, and the young staff were friendly but poorly trained. The pizza was bland and the fish was passable. The desserts were bad, and I was served one dessert instead of another. When I pointed this out at the cashier, I was rudely responded to.

03/07/2025: I felt so incredibly disappointed with the food. It was just plain ordinary and very expensive for what was served up….. A few prawns. Tasteless tough calamari. One tiny piece of octopus.

29/05/2025: Bonito lugar para sentarse y una decoración ecléctica que es agradable para una imagen si eso es lo que te gusta. Tristemente hoy el servicio decepcionó el estilo. El menú es bastante limitado, pero elegimos un par de bruschetta y una ensalada. Creo que el pedido se mezcló ya que la entrega fue muy retrasada y scattergun. La persona que tomó la orden estaba bastante desinteresada y un colega hizo todo lo posible para ayudar. No era caro per se, pero la ensalada era principalmente lechuga y no ofrecía mucho sabor, las bruschetta eran buenas. Un detonante húmedo para nosotros. Hemos tenido mejor en Sortento.

05/05/2025: Fantástica comida, Pino el camarero era muy servicial con respecto a la comida sin gluten. Sin duda recomendaría. Pudo tener entrante con pan caliente, plato principal y postre. No te preocupes por la contaminación con gluten

10/05/2025: Sono stata oggi a pranzo al ristorante la Cazzarola. voglio partire dalla gentilezza con cui sono stata accolta dai ragazzi fuori, davvero calorosi e simpaticissimi. Entrando nel locale ti salta subito all’occhio lo stile Sorrentino del ristorante. Il cibo era delizioso e il personale era estremamente cordiale e attento. Il pesce molto fresco, partendo dal polipo ai calamari. Il soutè di vongole che ho preso aveva un profumo di mare. Anche i primi piatti, cottura e condimento al punto giusto. Ed infine ho terminato il pranzo con un buonissimo tiramisù. Durante il pranzo mi si è avvicinato anche il direttore, con molta gentilezza, ad assicurarsi se tutto era di nostro gradimento. Per il prossimo viaggio a Sorrento, la Cazzarola sarà la mia tappa fissa. Faccio i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff, alla prossima.

03/05/2025: Sn stato con la mia compagna in prima serata sembrava tutto molto bello e accogliente. Personale gentile, abbiamo preso una zuppa di cozze, un sautè di vongole e una pizza margherita, un acqua, una coca e 2 caffè. Zuppa di cozze buona, sautè di vongole buono ma i gamberetti un po’ amarognoli. La pizza margherita non era un gran credo che lì ci sia un problema di impasto. Spero questa recensione possa aiutarvi a migliorare

09/06/2025: Spesso andiamo a cena in questo ristorante. Location gradevole e soprattutto fresca. Cibo abbondante, buono e di qualità. Lo consiglio vivamente.

17/05/2025: Estaba deseando sentarse en el jardín, pero no abierto todavía, así que comimos en interiores en una zona alegre y luminosa junto a una gran ventana abierta con vistas a un parque infantil. Fresca brisa que a veces llevaba el olor a estiércol tan contento de que estábamos dentro. El servicio era amable, pero la comprensión del inglés no es la mejor y mi italiano no lo suficientemente fuerte para ser útil. También los servidores tardan en volver para comprobar si necesitábamos algo más. Tenía 3 langostinos grandes con linguini que era excelente pero desordenado aunque las herramientas que enviaron eran excelentes en el agrietamiento y limpieza de cáscara. Mi esposa tenía un espagueti especial que era bueno. Ensalada Caprese un poco en el lado verde tan temprano en la temporada para los tomates. 72 euros con bebidas y sin postre

17/06/2025: Ruccio was an an amazing restaurant. The view was spectacular! Make a reso because it gets busy! The vibes are so nice and it’s right on the beautiful water. Eugene is the best waiter there is. He’s so nice and caring! Ask for him if you can! He will take care of you and make sure you have the most beautiful time! The food was also so amazing! Mortadella pizza was soooooo good! Come here! You won’t forget it!

11/07/2025: The rating of this restaurant definitely depends on how you rate the view. We were there several times just before sunset, and the atmosphere was great, although on some days (especially weekends) the visitor terrace was quite crowded. We only ever had a drink. The drinks aren't cheap, but you always have to consider the location. In addition, there's usually a small snack available in the early evening, along with the usual nibbles.

11/06/2025: I just bought two sandwiches at the store. I bought a box of strawberries to go with them. Unfortunately, I only looked at them at home and got strawberries that were bad old rotten.Unfortunately, I don't recommend it to anyone. The strawberries I saw were amazing, and since I didn't look at them, I took home the bad strawberries they put in the bag.

19/05/2025: We spent five nights in this hotel and had a great time. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location for visiting the city thanks to the hotel shuttle or organized tours. All the staff were always kind and helpful, helping to create a truly welcoming environment. We recommend it to those looking for relaxation and quality!

09/03/2025: Locale sul mare, cortesia ed ospitalità del personale che al giorno di oggi fa la differenza. Antipasti (baccalà fritto delizioso) e primi buoni, amari offerti dalla casa, prezzi in linea con il luogo anche se tre fiori di zucca ripieni a 14 euro forse è un po' caro, unico appunto da fare è l'addebito sul conto di un prezzo maggiore di quello riportato a menù per quanto concerne le bevande, sia su acqua sia su vino. Quindi non essendo un errore vi consiglio per non perdere clienti di aggiornare il menù.
