04/07/2025: visited here last May 2025 from Canada, we were on a tight schedule due to an excursion, but the food here was quick, prompt, and the taste is excellent too! highly recommended 🤤

17/06/2025: It's an excellent place. Laura was dedicated and attentive at all times. We dined in a relaxed atmosphere, away from the typical hustle and bustle of the tourist trail. The food came out perfectly and in record time. Laura's recommendations were key.

08/08/2025: The spa was a pretty cave, but the experience was absolutely terrible when I called at 2:57 PM. She told me to come at three. I told her it was not possible. She said OK come at three. I told her again it wasn’t possible and she said just come now I proceeded to walk over. I paid over $100 for a 50 minute massage. They stuffed me in a room with no air no music a rock hard bed… they b didn’t even cover my naked body!!!. I tried telling the lady that I had a bruise and to be careful of that area. She had zero idea what I was saying she then continued to start with my feet, which was absolutely ridiculous. I had a cut on my foot as well. She was rubbing it… I Immediately got up and walked out And politely asked for my money back and the lady said she could not give me my money back. Completely rude and unprofessional. UPDATE: you should have someone communicating that speaks English is my point about the time. And NO, that is a lie they did not offer me a massage the next day she said it wasn’t possible. They said they would put me in a different room. I told her I wanted a different masseuse and she said no.

30/07/2025: Whilst staying nearby at a guest house, the Artis Domus Spa was a recommendation by their staff & I attended for a full body massage (my wife stayed on the beach). Reception staff were very helpful as I was apprehensive by myself & explained fully my treatment. I was given a robe & disposable small knickers to wear after changing in a private room. My female masseur was lovely, gentle & very pleasant so overall I was most satisfied. I then had a refreshing shower. Excellent facilities. Unfortunately I did not get her name as I would mention her personally in my review. I received my massage 23/06/25 at 5pm, so hopefully the spa management can check to commend her fully. Thank you.

24/07/2025: Very high prices, but they are not indicated on the counter. The taste of the pastries is quite ordinary, we discovered a bakery across the street, with fixed, signed prices and pastries of incredible taste

10/07/2025: The sweetest Nonna brought us our pastries and I felt more welcome than ever. Excellent cappacino!

15/08/2025: Everything was delicious. I was especially impressed by the Caprese, which was creamy and soft but not dry. The staff was helpful and the atmosphere was welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

29/07/2025: Sono stata al Ristorante Sorrento e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. I piatti erano super buoni, cucinati con cura e davvero saporiti. Il servizio è ottimo: il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e mi ha fatta sentire subito la benvenuta. L’ambiente è accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Anche il prezzo è giusto, considerando l’alta qualità del cibo e l’attenzione che viene data al cliente. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

20/08/2025: Be careful with the bar, they rip off tourists. They charge you whatever price they want. It's more like the Moroccan medina than Sorrento.

10/05/2025: Sono stata oggi a pranzo al ristorante la Cazzarola. voglio partire dalla gentilezza con cui sono stata accolta dai ragazzi fuori, davvero calorosi e simpaticissimi. Entrando nel locale ti salta subito all’occhio lo stile Sorrentino del ristorante. Il cibo era delizioso e il personale era estremamente cordiale e attento. Il pesce molto fresco, partendo dal polipo ai calamari. Il soutè di vongole che ho preso aveva un profumo di mare. Anche i primi piatti, cottura e condimento al punto giusto. Ed infine ho terminato il pranzo con un buonissimo tiramisù. Durante il pranzo mi si è avvicinato anche il direttore, con molta gentilezza, ad assicurarsi se tutto era di nostro gradimento. Per il prossimo viaggio a Sorrento, la Cazzarola sarà la mia tappa fissa. Faccio i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff, alla prossima.

03/05/2025: Sn stato con la mia compagna in prima serata sembrava tutto molto bello e accogliente. Personale gentile, abbiamo preso una zuppa di cozze, un sautè di vongole e una pizza margherita, un acqua, una coca e 2 caffè. Zuppa di cozze buona, sautè di vongole buono ma i gamberetti un po’ amarognoli. La pizza margherita non era un gran credo che lì ci sia un problema di impasto. Spero questa recensione possa aiutarvi a migliorare

16/08/2025: A restaurant on the harbor where you can spend some quiet time and savor the local delicacies. I recommend the lemon tagliolini 🍋, delicious and tasty! The staff is friendly and welcoming!

15/08/2025: When the waiter (an old guy) came to take our order, we asked for 5 more minutes to decide and he ironically answered tell me in 2 hours if you want. This was very rude. The food that we ordered was fine.

24/08/2025: Great place to eat and drink, friendly and helpful staff. I left my wallet on the bar with everything in it, passport etc, a staff member had found & kept it safe for me, Marica thank you for your help and kindness, your service was awesome.

20/08/2025: The lasagna was heavenly. The bathroom was tiny, but I think it deserves 3 stars 😉. I highly recommend eating here. The cheeseburger was very dry and tasteless. But otherwise, it was delicious. And very quiet 😶‍🌫️ Friendly staff.

17/08/2025: The view is stunning but the food is incredibly mid. My fiancé who eats everything couldn’t even finish his panino because it was too salty & he said the fries tasted frozen. The bruschetta was overcooked and the tomatoes just tasted plain weird? It was also $5 each per bottle of water that they definitely just refilled from the tap. Would recommend maybe for a 8€ glass of house white but other than that don’t eat here.

11/06/2025: I just bought two sandwiches at the store. I bought a box of strawberries to go with them. Unfortunately, I only looked at them at home and got strawberries that were bad old rotten.Unfortunately, I don't recommend it to anyone. The strawberries I saw were amazing, and since I didn't look at them, I took home the bad strawberries they put in the bag.

19/05/2025: We spent five nights in this hotel and had a great time. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location for visiting the city thanks to the hotel shuttle or organized tours. All the staff were always kind and helpful, helping to create a truly welcoming environment. We recommend it to those looking for relaxation and quality!
