19/11/2025: San Montano was absolutely amazing! This was our last place of our 2.5 week honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better place. It was the best place end the trip; truly relaxing and taking it easy with the thermal pool. The rooms was beyond beautiful. We were graciously upgraded and omg the tile floor of our room was gorgeous. The breakfast was also top notch. Best one out of all the places we stayed. I would have given anything to leave a little later, just to have the breakfast again.
The views of the place and thermal pools were unbelievable! If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy the scenery, this is your spot.
10/11/2025: This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! Every single staff member went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and make sure our stay was seamless. It’s not just the stunning property and service that makes this place special, it’s the staff and the island. This is one of my favorite hotels. The food and drinks were also incredible.Counting down the days until I return.

18/09/2025: Today 18.09.2025 we went to this place to buy a bottle of wine.
Instead of being served, we have been asked "What we want" and we have left without wine. Big disappointment, rude woman, big prices.
15/09/2025: My mum and me had a great lunch here while in the thermal baths. The restaurant is part of them. Our fish (catch of the day) with olives and capers was just what we needed, the aubergine parmigiana and provolone stuffed pepper too. we even got an extra stuffed pepper with provolone cheese, very tasty.

23/09/2025: An experience you absolutely must repeat... Chef Pasquale Palamaro's cuisine is a never boring local Mediterranean cuisine... from the welcome to the final pampering, a crescendo of flavors... if I had to make a musical comparison, Maurice Ravel's Bolero is the soundtrack to his menu...
The dining room staff manages to complete the experience in an excellent manner...

15/08/2025: impeccable food, extraordinary wine, and warm service, all in a truly astonishing setting. continually surprising in the best way, well deserving of its star and even two more… cannot recommend highly enough for a special occasion on the island of ischia. If I’m fortunate enough to one day return I certainly will!!

21/10/2025: A really great fish restaurant in a great location of Lacco Ameno. The staff are fantastic and really knowledgeable. Help with choices of fish pasta and wine. You have to try the octopus here it is really special.
We actually visited twice.

06/01/2026: What can I say? The pizza is spectacular, one of the best I've ever had, and the staff is friendly and the restaurant is welcoming! The desserts are also worth trying! You absolutely have to try this pizzeria!
01/01/2026: We ate lunch on the 31st in the small room. The staff certainly wasn't expecting so many people. The waiters were confused, the orders were all wrong, and once we asked for the "famous zingara," it was served with pizza bread instead of homemade bread. We pointed this out to the waiter, and he replied that the manager, when taking our order, hadn't specified how it was made, since the menu said it was made with bread. All in all, a disappointment, considering we were looking for a typical dish! It needs work; there's room for improvement.

13/11/2025: Yesterday, Francesco made us feel like we were at a friend's house. We came in for a drink and a bite to eat, but in the end we ate, and a lot because he even offered us something. 4 stars only because I wasn't expecting to pay €10 for a spritz, but maybe that's the island's prices 😊. I know I'll be back.
08/11/2025: Fantastic evening with friends! Excellent seafood menu, including gluten-free options for celiacs!

14/08/2025: The pool is nice and big, yes, but it's crowded everywhere, especially by the pool. We wanted to have something for lunch, and the only thing they had was some pizzas with tomato sauce and a toasted sandwich with a slice of small square cooked ham and a slice of cheese, dry and flavorless. There was nothing else to eat. We asked if they could put a piece of tomato on the toast and they said no. It's a bit strange to have a kitchen and not have some food, including a simple tomato. The food price is too high for the quality, which in my opinion isn't there. It's a shame because if they were better organized, it would have been nice, as they have a beautiful pool.
26/07/2025: Not just pizza, but also excellent arrosticini! Very tender. The service staff are excellent.

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

31/07/2025: We visited Ristorante O’ Pignattello for an aperitif last weekend.
The hospitality is sublime, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The staff, from the maître to the commis waiters, is attentive, professional, and kind, making sure you are well taken care of at all times.
The venue is meticulously curated down to the finest details. From handcrafted tables to unique ceramic centerpieces, it’s clear that the aim was to create a welcoming space rich in artisanal references to Ischia and the Campania region.
The food was the cherry on top. From the amuse-bouches prepared by the chef, to the bread basket and the final sweet pastries, every element was delightful.
A special mention goes to the rabbit braciola, a delicious recipe and a creative take on the traditional Ischian rabbit dish truly outstanding.
We absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Camerieri professionisti ed educati, ottimo anche il servizio, prezzi giusti ed adeguati.
Ci siamo stati 2 volte, in una abbiamo mangiato pesce ... tutto ottimo soprattutto la frittura e ben presentato, nell altra una buona pizza.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
27/06/2025: Buona la posizione, servizio ottimo specialmente se serviti da un cameriere di origine albanese. Buono il cibo. Un punto a sfavore è riservato al musicista, poca l' offerta-troppo alto il volume

spaghetto allo scoglio con troppo sugo non si sentiva sapore di mare - coperto da troppo sugo.
abbiamo chiesto vino della casa dà 18 euro ed invece ci hanno servito e fatto pagare vino scelto da loro da 30 euro.

10/05/2025: Ottimo locale sia per il cibo, sia per l atmosfera. Si trova cortesia simpatia e professionalità da parte del direttore di sala Vittorio, perbene e gentili tutto il personale nello specifico abbiamo fatto conoscenza di Ettore. Nel locale si respira aria napoletana non è una semplice attività commerciale ma un'azienda familiare.
