Certainly the renowned «Marchigiana» is no exception in all its approximately ten variations: certainly one better than the other, from the grill to the pan-fried variations, all finger-licking good! The selection of wines is acceptable, the beers (bottled or drafted) well combined with the various specialties. At this point, when you are able to taste some homemade desserts, you understand the real difference between the goodness of the "genuine" product and the standard of the artisanal/industrial product!
