16/09/2025: Since we were half an hour early, we were told to wait outside. We weren't even offered an aperitif. The location was okay. The staff were unfriendly. I have no sympathy for this kind of thing.
14/09/2025: Really good, just a bit of a wait because there were a couple of tables, but otherwise everything was perfect.

30/08/2025: Nice establishment, but in need of renovation. The tiled but broken tables. If you're not a dog lover, avoid them. The dishes served were meaningless. The appetizers were thrown on small plates (they had been discarded!), haphazard, cold, and unappetizing. Other things... tap water, and wine!!! The lady serving never cracked a smile. The price was modest, but in proportion to the quality. Did we choose a bad day? I hope so.

We stayed a week at this hotel-restaurant and had a wonderful time. The welcome was impeccable, and the staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and meticulously maintained, as well as spotlessly clean. The restaurant deserves special mention: excellent quality dishes and attentive service. A very pleasant experience that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

08/08/2025: Excellent pizzas and bread! Excellent leavening, excellent rolling, and excellent baking. A very thoughtful menu with a decent selection of local products. The atmosphere is simple, yet authentic and welcoming, with great potential.
30/07/2025: I bought some dough this morning to make pizza at home. The dough is excellent and, above all, easy to digest. The multigrain dough is amazing. I'll definitely be back for pizza at the restaurant. Congratulations!

21/09/2025: We had lunch at the restaurant. The waiters often need to be called to remind them to serve the next course, otherwise they make you wait needlessly. It took us two and a half hours to be served. In the end, they didn't bring us dessert because they'd run out, but they still demanded that we pay in full for the set menu, despite having one less course.

09/10/2025: It's always a pleasure to talk about Colle Verde: simply furnished, comfortable, and well-heated in the winter. Maximum hygiene throughout, and high-quality Irpinian cuisine. The staff is attentive, helpful, and always friendly. A true gem of agritourism in Caposele (AV).
20/09/2025: The place is small and has parking problems. It can be reached by car from the sanctuary because it's too far to walk. Service is fairly quick considering the number of people present. The food is acceptable, but you have to accept what they've prepared (fixed-price menu - drinks not included).
