02/11/2025: In my opinion, this is a good restaurant offering tasty dishes. The cured meats and chestnuts with beans served as part of the house antipasto are excellent, as is the grilled meat. The only flaw was the dessert, a tiramisu served too cold. The staff was friendly and helpful.

12/10/2025: Mastrillo: A must-visit every time we come to Cusano Mutri! A gorgeous, always spotlessly clean place with a beautifully kept garden and beautiful lighting. It's a peaceful, warm, and welcoming space, homey yet elegant, with ample space for events. The food is excellent, and being local, it's especially fresh. The flavors are typical and characteristic of the area, so rustic and homely. We always spend wonderful evenings here and leave full and happy!

04/10/2025: Pizzas ordered on Jast Eat with a delivery date of 7:50 PM arrived at 9:15 PM, but Jast Eat showed them as being delivered on time. I want to stop by because it's Saturday night and the delay could be expected. But the pizzas that arrived had been prepared much earlier, were cold and rubbery. The kids ate a piece and didn't want any more. I honestly won't buy from you again! I'll report this to Jast Eat.

23/11/2025: We ordered a pizza with a typical Roman name, which supposedly contained guanciale (cheek bacon), but instead contained the typical pancetta from the discounter's trays. Furthermore, the restaurant's "special feature" is supposed to be the barrels, which, being unheated, meant we couldn't enjoy our pizza because it was so cold; we had to dine with our coats on.

21/10/2025: The Parco Hotel in Lecco enjoys a truly strategic and panoramic location, with a marvelous view of the lake. The hotel has a large, convenient, and spacious rear parking lot, accommodating several cars; additional parking spaces are also available at the front, ideal for short stays. A pizzeria and several shops are nearby, making the area both convenient and lively. It's an excellent base for business travelers, offering easy access to both Lecco city center and the Upper Lake District. It's also a good choice for tourists, thanks to its lakeside location and tranquil setting. The hotel is overall beautiful and welcoming, with clean rooms and a generous, well-served breakfast. Perhaps a little more attention could be paid to aesthetic details, such as wall maintenance or minor interior improvements, but overall it remains a very solid and pleasant establishment, definitely worth recommending.

20/10/2025: Horrible stay. The only redeeming factor to this place is the beautiful view of the lake. But beware of booking a mountain view room for more money, because you’ll face a busy road. This review was initially posted on Booking.com. 20min after I posted it, I got a call from an Indian man who started screaming at me on the phone about leaving a bad review of the hotel. He was bribing me trying to take it down. After the phone call he marked me as “missed my reservation” which therefore doesn’t allow to leave a review on the site. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS -The room had very clear water damage throughout the room. One of us is sensitive to mold and water damage. After seeing the water damage in the room we brought this up to the front desk to ask for either a change of room or refund. The front desk acknowledged that there had been major leaks and flooding throughout the room and hotel. This was clear upon booking the room. We were advised by that no room change or refund would be available even through booking.com allowed me the option of booking a room on the same night through the app. All this lead to one of us getting very bad strep throat and a sinus infection due to the obvious black mold in the room. (We were unable to go elsewhere this night due to budget and time of night checking in). -Other issues with this hotel include the bed. It is extremely uncomfortable and you can feel the springs in the mattress when you lay on it. The bed is quite literally two separate single beds pushed together with two separate frames. They don't use fitted sheets on the bed, so throughout the night the sheet moves and you end up sleeping right on the mattress. The mattress we got was stained in a previous guests blood which is beyond disgusting. -The hotel itself needs major renovations as it's outdated. -The staff are unknowledgeable on the ferry and train schedules. Sayid told us multiple wrong times for both which caused us to miss and delay us an hour due to infrequent scheduled trains -If you visit in off season it's worth noting that this town is basically seasonal so all shops and restaurants are shut down. You must commute into Lecco or elsewhere and the trains stop early

16/08/2025: Review by Giuseppe Orlando and Maria Degani. We stayed a week at this hotel-restaurant and had a wonderful time. The welcome was impeccable, and the staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and meticulously maintained, as well as spotlessly clean. The restaurant deserves special mention: excellent quality dishes and attentive service. A very pleasant experience that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

30/08/2025: There were 10 of us at a table. We all ordered pizza except one. The pizza was good, but it arrived after my neighbor had already finished his. The bathrooms were clean, but there was a strong smell...

18/08/2025: The place is very welcoming, German-style, with great attention to detail, and truly charming. The problem was the service; I don't know if it was just for this evening, but I didn't have a great experience. We arrived at 8:40 PM and ate at 10:00 PM because they took care of the takeout service first. Overall, the pizza was good and didn't leave me feeling bloated. I'll be back to try the fish, which they say is delicious!

30/09/2025: First, the positive: "We really enjoyed the food. One waitress struck me as very positive and friendly. Unfortunately, today was my last day. Otherwise, I would have come back. The waiter was quite impatient and dismissive, which really spoiled the evening. There are really such nice people here, and you always get along with each other with gestures. Well... Prices seem reasonable."

27/08/2025: Excellent experience. Exceptional mussels, fresh fish, excellent pizzas, and excellent value. The best part is Massimo's presence, who with his English humor is truly invaluable, professional, and helpful. I recommend it.

21/09/2025: 5 well-deserved stars. We went to this restaurant for my son's baptism and had a wonderful time. The location is enchanting with a beautiful view. You're slightly higher up, so it's less hot. The building is very characteristic, made of white stone. The food was very good and the portions were generous. But the real highlight is the service. From the owners to the waiters, everyone is very attentive and friendly, and you feel like you're part of the family. The entertainment was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable, and they created lots of games for the kids. I hope to return soon for an evening aperitif because it was truly a delightful day.

29/09/2025: An excellent place to spend a few days in Paestum in peace and comfort. Just two minutes from the Archaeological Park, with breakfast and parking included, it's a truly welcoming property. Meticulously maintained, it also offers rooms with whirlpool tubs. The owner is truly a wonderful lady. Go there!

31/08/2025: I'm sorry to have to share a bad experience I had with a store I've always frequented: yesterday I bought some "fresh" lupini beans. At first glance, I wasn't entirely convinced, but since I trust the place where I've often shopped, I didn't ask too many questions. When I got home, I soaked the lupini beans, but the rotten smell was unbearable. I had to throw everything away, and the stench continued to permeate the house. The frozen ones are excellent, but you can keep the fresh ones.

25/09/2025: Although I'm not a fan of the fantasy genre (the theme chosen for the restaurant's decor), I appreciated the atmosphere, made welcoming by the appropriately dimmed lighting. One notable detail: the background music, ubiquitous in many places, here is low-volume and '80s pop, pleasant and never annoying. The food is excellent: the sandwiches have soft bread and generous, flavorful fillings. The cuts of meat are also very good. Special mention goes to the appetizers, almost all prepared directly in the restaurant's kitchen. The service is quick and very courteous. Finally, the prices are in line with the quality offered.
