13/10/2025: A truly beautiful location with a select atmosphere. The service is excellent, even for events—I've celebrated several birthdays there—and the value for money is excellent! They have a very large terrace, perfect for spending hours in company. The manager is very professional and knowledgeable, and can advise you on your needs if you're planning an event. I highly recommend this lounge bar.

25/09/2025: L'Arcata is a restaurant that immediately strikes you with its scenic location: directly on the seafront of Santa Maria di Castellabate, made famous by the film by Alessandro Siani. The atmosphere is truly evocative, romantic, and perfect for a special dinner, especially if you choose the outdoor deck, which offers a unique experience just steps from the waves. The service was friendly and professional, attentive without being intrusive. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn't live up to the setting: the dishes were decent, but nothing memorable, especially considering the prices, which were decidedly too high. It felt like we were paying more for the location than for the actual dining experience. It's a real shame, because the place has enormous potential. With greater attention to the culinary offerings and a more even balance between quality and price, L'Arcata could truly become an absolute reference point in the area. I sincerely hope they work on it, because the setting undoubtedly deserves it.

15/09/2025: It was simply fantastic. Excellent service, even in German, and the buffalo mozzarella and mussels were delicious. As were the wine and beer. Prices were absolutely reasonable.

22/07/2025: What can I say? Simply home. From the professionalism of the waiters to the kindness of the hosts. The food? Exceptional. Appetizers, first courses, pizzas, desserts, the famous pasticciotto with cream and black cherry is something extraordinary. The cocktails? Absolutely must-try, one leads to another. The national bar is home ❤️

05/10/2025: Very basic place. Staff not up to par, almost waiters by chance. Pizza is decent, fry-up service nothing special. Beer, only draft, is fine; lager only, is fine, but served in a small glass, no mug, not a good one. A positive note is the large, free parking lot. Receipts are not issued, and almost no one.

28/09/2025: A table of four, we ordered a €15 appetizer from their menu. They brought us cured meats, fried foods, and melon; the quantity was generous for a single appetizer, but paltry for two (I remember we'd specifically asked for just one appetizer because we wanted to try the pizza). We decided not to order any further, and were surprised by the bill: not only were we charged €15 for two appetizers, but we were also charged separately for dishes that were supposed to be included in the appetizer menu, and some were priced higher than on the menu! Result? We expected to pay €24, but instead it was €51! I complained, but the waitress said the owner hadn't updated the menu yet (I read here in other reviews that this has been going on for years!) and that she had added things to the order on her own initiative. How dare she? It's not a pizzeria, it's a trap!

31/07/2025: un posto molto bello!suggerito da amici per la bellezza del luogo e la grande pulizia all'interno dell'albergo.devo confermare con molta enfasi tutto sia la bellezza del posto sia la grande pulizia delle camere difficile trovare cosi' oggi giorno ed io per lavoro giro molto e vivo in albergo.davvero tutto piacevole camera perfettamente curata ,pulitissima e la biancheria bianchissima e profumata.complimenti a chi si occupa della gestione dell'hotel.cibo buono ma un po di caos per il pranzo ...unica pecca nel servizio un po lenti ma va apprezzato tutto, un grazie di cuore per avermi fatto trascorrere due giorni in completo relax.

21/07/2025: Sempre di piu!sono stato nuovamente in questo agriturismo...tutto pulito e tutto eccellente ma i miei amici sono rimasti tutti strabiliati per la pulizia delle camere ,eravamo con 10 camere,e non mi credevano quando glielo raccontavo! Una pulizia estrema,biancheria bianchissima e profumata proprio da 5 stelle. Struttura fantastica e bella e cibo abbondandante e buono!piscine ben tenute e accoglienti. Complimenti al proprietario!

10/10/2025: Great takeaway pizza place with fair prices and delicious pizza. The service was friendly and efficient, and there are plenty of other dishes on the menu we haven’t tried yet. They also offer wine, drinks, and the option to sit and eat on site.

16/07/2025: È un locale storico di Ischia da visitare assolutamente perché si cucina senza trucchi e si mangia genuino. Ti accolgono con la cucina tipica ischitana w non ti svuotano il portafoglio. Gente gentile e professionale. Andateci

11/07/2025: Une salade de la mer vendue pour deux personnes mais en réalité pour 1 personne vue la quantité minime. Peu diversifée dans son contenu, préparée de manière superficielle sans réel goût… ou assaisonnement, salade insipide. Et le pire tiramisu jamais mangé de ma vie, 😡 mouligasse et imbibé d’eau. Et on est ressortis en ayant faim ! Pour 47€… par contre les clients italiens semblaient bénéficier d’un traitement de régime et de faveur différent : assiettes copieuses. Bref un resto qui se moque des touristes. A éviter !

28/07/2025: Fornito di parcheggio per auto e location semplice ma piena di particolari. Cibo ottimo, dagli antipasti ai primi dove purtroppo ci siamo fermati , prezzi più che giusti e personale super carino e disponibile. Lo consiglierei a tutti e spero di tornarci presto per provare il loro coniglio.

28/07/2025: La location è molto bella e curata, immersa nel verde, il personale è gentile e disponibile, e si interessa molto al cliente. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, cibo di qualità, e prezzi ottimi , dunque rapporto qualità-prezzo perfetto. Abbiamo diviso in due un antipasto per 1 persona ed era molto buono, così come anche i due primi. È possibile parcheggiare la macchina in un parcheggio davanti al ristorante dove però si accede attraverso una stradina che non permette il passaggio di più di una macchina,oppure c’è un parcheggio a pagamento a 10 minuti a piedi dal ristorante, a cui si accede attraverso una salita un po’ lunga. Mi dispiace che il ristorante sia un po’ nascosto, perché merita veramente tanto

25/04/2025: A group of five friends passing through Salerno on their way to Pompeii stopped at this restaurant for lunch. The place is lovely, clean, and the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. The bill was very fair. We were completely satisfied.

13/04/2025: The food was truly poor: the appetizers were soft and oily. The bruschetta was soggy, but the anchovies were good. Various soups with various preparations were all oily. Honorable mention goes to the zucchini flowers, which had a thorn that stuck in the roof of one of the diners' mouths (we didn't know they were fish; no one pointed it out). The first courses were mediocre. Service wasn't excellent: the first lady who approached our table when we asked for information shouted at her colleague (because we asked if certain dishes were suitable for pregnant women) and said, "You see, the ladies here are pregnant!" All in all, in a loud voice, and with the dining room quite full. A nice location overall, but no view. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The price was average.
