21/09/2025: I would have liked to eat at this restaurant since I saw the positive reviews, but the entrance?????? It doesn't exist!!! We parked in front, got out with the kids, and arrived at the door of the large room and.... Nope, there was no one there. After knocking several times, we decided to enter through the hotel entrance and surprise, nothing! They told us to go out with the car, get out, ring the intercom, enter a gate for the goods delivery, and then go up to I don't know what floor to go to this room. Too complicated, don't you think?? Isn't it easier for customers to enter through the restaurant's entrance??? We left and ate (very well, by the way) at a nearby grill restaurant, where the entrance door was, like everywhere else, accessible and visible!!!!

It's cheap, the food is great, the people (because they're not waiters, they're like I don't know... going to eat at some very dear friends') are super kind and attentive to their customers' needs!!

04/01/2026: We went to the pizzeria to make a reservation at 6:30 PM. The guy who took our order told everyone for 9:15 PM... that already showed how unprofessional he was! We called them back at 10 PM and they still hadn't been prepared. Constant teasing over the phone. In the end, they showed up at 10:30 PM. Ridiculous! Never again...

04/01/2026: I placed a delivery order at 6:00 PM, scheduled for 9:00 PM. At 10:30 PM, they deign to answer the phone after 10 rejected calls, telling me the pizza was "about to come out of the oven" and even giving me rude replies. You're incapable of managing your workload, you're unprofessional, and your pizza is mediocre to boot. You should be thankful you don't have much competition in Casoria; you're shameful. Edit, since you took so long to reply: use the same energy you put into responding to reviews written by your "customers" to answer the phone and perhaps apologize directly to the people you're inconveniencing, instead of just doing it here, behind a screen, to protect yourselves.

22/02/2026: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was quite good, no complaints there, but the staff was rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful to customers. Such behavior completely ruins the evening, especially if you're coming with family for a quiet moment. It's a real shame, because with better service, it could be a good place. If you have to come here, I recommend going elsewhere: even if the food is decent, the staff's behavior risks ruining the evening.

18/02/2026: Delicious pizza with the soul of the town! The atmosphere is incredibly Italian!

25/02/2026: For Valentine's Day, we let them pamper us: a spa treatment and massage 💆🏻‍♀️ It was a wonderful experience, the facility is incredible: a historic residence of the poet Saltovar, which was converted into a spa with the help of architects 🧖‍♀️ The staff were kind, attentive, and professional, and took care of everything: from explaining the treatment to offering us a variety of food and drinks. Thanks again 🤍 We'll definitely be back. It's a shame we couldn't find a place to sleep there!

30/10/2025: The massage sucks. They just smeared oil on my body and that's it.

14/12/2025: Good, natural pasta. The tomato sauce was very natural. It could use a touch more salt, but it was still very good. The carbonara was excellent. Compared to the spaghetti in New York for $26, it was a bargain at €5, especially considering the generous portion.

26/10/2025: The staff was very attentive, explaining each dish and recommending options without pressure. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with perfect texture and flavorful sauces; you could tell they used quality ingredients. I appreciated the quietness of the place, which made it ideal for enjoying a leisurely meal. The prices were reasonable for what they offered, and the service was prompt. Overall, it was a very positive experience that makes me want to return soon.
