07/04/2025: 2 stars for the amazing wine, and that’s it. The chef is an amazing person. But I have to be honest; the veal was too salty and thin. The little artichokes, as part of the dish, were ok but nothing extraordinary. We, as a couple, ordered 2 veals because we cannot eat two dishes at dinner, so we refused the “primo piato”. We payed 100 euros for 2 veals, one bottle of an amazing local wine (36,00 euros) , and potatoes as entrance and desert that we didn’t know that was an option (5,00 each desert). I understand Italian, but even though, nobody told me the prices of the entrance and the desert. We didn’t receive the menu. The chef presented us with the dishes of the day. I think we were overcharged and, the worst thing was, it was my birthday and me and my husband were the only ones in the restaurant. You know, we are also workers who work really hard to make ends meet so, this was a disrespect towards us.

28/05/2025: Trattoria centralissima a Salerno,molto carina all'interno e con un proprietario cordiale,caloroso e capace di consigliare i piatti più adatti per ogni commensale. Abbiamo optato per un ricco antipasto di mare,a seguire primi a base di pesce,poi pesce spada al pomodoro e un'ottima frittura.Il tutto innaffiato da un Fiano di Avellino da leccarsi i baffi. Buonissimi anche i dolci. Porzioni abbondanti e rapporto qualità prezzo buono per le pietanze consumate. Vale sicuramente la pena.

22/04/2025: I really enjoyed this place, the waiters were lovely and told me that their calamari was the best in the city! I didn't doubt, for it was the best I have ever had. Really took the time to speak to the guests which as a solo traveller I always appreciate. The seafood with clams was good but could have done with more clams! They did bring an extra beer which I didn't mind but I didn't ask for it. Finished off by giving me a delightful glass of Lemocello

29/04/2025: Applause for the beautiful Tenuta Cerreto - Agriturismo. We spent a wonderful Easter in their estate with a vegan menu specially designed for us, it is not obvious in a context where we usually eat meat to take so much care towards vegan options! They all use 0 km products, very often produced by themselves, so they have a flavor and authenticity that can be perceived from the first taste. The very kind staff continually came to ask us if we liked what the chef had prepared. I didn't photograph the appetizer but they brought battered vegetables, soup, battered tofu and grilled vegetables from their garden! In the first photo, near the grilled vegetables, there is a piece of tofu that seems to have been cooked raw, but in reality it is made with a particular smoking process that made it look a lot like a caciotta cheese (my grandmother couldn't believe it was tofu 😹) VERY GOOD!! SUPER RECOMMENDED 🥰

16/03/2025: The lady serving the first and second courses was kind. In my opinion, both the portion of raw vegetables (too small) and the strong cooking smell, which you can immediately smell as soon as you enter, need to be reviewed. It's a shame because in essence the food is decent and lends itself to a quick lunch break. First course, second course, side dish, bread and water for 11 Euros.

30/05/2025: Excelente comida, sin embargo revise su factura y tenga en cuenta su cargo de servicio del 20% que solo se entera al final de la comida. Nos cobraron por bebidas que nunca tuvimos y también es el único lugar que hemos comido en Maiori que ha añadido un cargo de servicio del 20%. Debería haber algo en el menú que diga eso. La comida es hermosa, pero las cargas ocultas dejan un sabor amargo que es un poco decepcionante

31/05/2025: Qui non puoi sbagliare. Numero 1 a Palinuro e dintorni. Se ci vai una volta ,non puoi non tornare. Di sicuro riporterai a casa sia, il ricordo di prodotti di qualità eccellente e sapori unici ,sia, qualche chiletto in più :-) ;-)

05/05/2025: Siamo stati in questa pasticceria la sera x gustare un cornetto, la mattina x fare colazione.... Tutto buonissimo e soprattutto tanta varietà.... Personale sempre attento, preciso, gentile e disponibile. Nel pomeriggio prima di rientrare ci siamo fermati di nuovo x prendere dei dolcetti.... Una signora molto gentile ha avuto il garbo di farci un gradito omaggio... Un gesto davvero molto gentile.... Ci ritorneremo tutte le volte che verremo a Palinuro. Per noi ovviamente ottima esperienza.

30/03/2025: Unfortunately it is no longer what it was before, exorbitant prices (1 saucer of grilled aubergines and 1 of peppers 32 euros), seafood first courses all tasted and left there, with the exception of the first package with stockfish which was good, indecipherable meat, hard and flavourless. The gem is a cake, I think 2 kg for the modest sum of 65 euros. Honestly never again. For what we spent we honestly have much better elsewhere. Disappointment
